hello, everyone. I have recently founded a small empire called Zabner, after yours truly. Now i come to you all to formally state my presence. I am not an emperor to be just tossed aside. I have the blood of Augustus Octavion flowing in my veins. Now, i do not intend for world domination, only to make a sizeable empire and peacefully make an impact on the world. My motto is Power is Victory, and i think that would sum um my intentions perfectly. I am power, simple. This is just a message to all world leaders of my presence.

We welcome another recently formed country to our ranks, though feel slightlly insulted by the message you have recently sent to us. The people of Kattor see war as an immense failure of communication that must be used only as a last resort, though please do not confuse this with weakness. As a word of advice to a fellow beginning nation. You are only as powerful as your people. Also power is not always the best way to win. We wish you well on your chosen paths and hope one day we may become reasonable trade partners.

The Principality of Nuekallaya would like to extend it's greetings to the Empire of Zabner. We would also like to open the posability of an alliance. Nuekallaya has recently suffered at the hands of a larger imperialist nation, and I believe the two of us could meet an agreement, Nuekallaya needs to re-build it's navy and air force, and we could also give a great deal to Zanbner as well.

To Emperor Weldom the First,

Let me be frank: Your claim for power is not a viable position your government would like to adopt. You must be a dictator, which is unfortunate. I hope that your government's position will change in the near future, but if it does not, do not come knocking when rebellion is being shoved down your throat.

Also, you have a very agressive demeanor about you. "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Keep that line in mind when you make your decisions.

i think there was some confusion, i am the emperor of zabner, and i am Wedrom the first. i have disregarded my real name ( neglactus Freonticus) and taken the name of Wedrom the first. So, i am the emperor of Zabner, but my name is Wedrom I. also, it has come to my attenion that some of you feel that absolute dicatorship fails. well, seemingly this would be proven throughout histroy as being a resounding yes. But however, my empire is different. I am not on a military conquest. i do not wish to take world domination. Zabner is placed in the artic North with much land not taken, therefore, i am formally anouncing that i have seized these lands and my lands have increased by 1%( a total of 100 sq. ft.) thank you
