(OOC: lo everyone. I just started Nationstates like a week ago. My friend Phatman Dover linked it and I always liked the idea of running my own country so. Then he told me *as a joke* that he made the nation for genetic experiments on his people. Now I knew this was a joke but it gave me afew ideas, I ran it by him, and he liked. I figured this would be a good introduction of my nation to the NationStates world so here it is. Thank you.)

CNN: This just in. The Kattor region of Omega Isle has been declared a war zone with rebellions raging on from the mountains to the barrens. This began after the area's 'Puppet Rulers', as the new rebellion is calling them, passed a bill allowing for random genetic testing on prisioners. This comes days after the passing of the legistration for a series of "Clone Troopers" to be researched on. More news as it developes.

CNN: Breaking News from Omega Isle, the year long rebellion has been quelled, leaving the Kattor Region in shambles. The Omega Isle Parliment has vetoed a bill to send releif to this area, despite the pleas of his Holiness Relos Deodo to send aid, saying they brought this upon themselves.
-Present Day-
CNN: It has taken 3 long horrid years but the Kattor Region of Omega Isle has finally rebuilt, better then ever some say. However this may change as a more formal rebellion is now taking place. The local Senate has passed their version of the Delcaration of Independece, proclaiming themselves as an indepent nation. The Region of Kattor is now known as the Democratic Republic of Kattor. Studies prove this rebellion may turn out in the Kattori's favor, as their strong arms industry that began from the end of the One Year Rebellion as it has come to be known gives them a slight advantage. But the most dangerous part of this new rebellion is both side have nucelar warheads, and both are aiming at the other. This combined with the fact the Kattori are striving to create a new breed of military personal known as "Clone Troopers" and tanks known as "Makai Tnaks". This brings fear of this war from many sides. Many nations in the region beg for a peaceful resolution to the two side' problems without having to bring sensless bloodshed into the mix, but neither side seems willing to stand down. In other news a strange hacking has deleted the information of the "Clone Troopers" mentioned in the previous report, but only in public cloning companies in Kattor and Omega Isle. Neither side claims responsiblity for these actions.

There comes a time in the life of a region under a iron fist when it's people can no longer endure the hardships placed in front of them. Now is one of those times. The Region of Kattor formaly declares itsself a free land. We do this in hopes of a better life for our people. We bear no ill will towards you and hope this can be settled without shots being fired, thought we are preapred to defend our lives, rights, and lands. We do this also after deep consideration of the consequences. We also wish you bear in mind that the freedoms you have infringed upon will no longer be tollerated by the people of Kattor. These freedoms include, but are not limited to in-humane testing of our citizens. We will no longer withstand genetic testing on random areas of the country. You're in-humane treatment of our people has pushed us to far. Also the tarrifs you have placed on our industries. This has hindered our economic growth for far too long and cannot be allowed to continue. We regret it must come to this and wish it not escalate to civil war. But as stated before we will defend ourselves.
