Fellow world leaders. Since Exetonias return to the international world she has felt lonely in her region with only a small nation, Coruponia for company. (ooc:My other fledgling nation because sometimes its fun to rp from the beggining and to not have the support of your bigger country in most ways)

She now seeks alliances of the economic and military kind from nations small and large to prosper and also extends an invite to join The Established Lands (my region, TG me for password). Though that is only an invitation and not a demand.

Exetonia is willing to offer to those nations that join:

1:Nuclear power plants and materials to sustain these plants (this material will be sent under oath that it will not be used to proliferate nuclear weapons) until such a point as the country is able to mine her own Uranium.
2:Free Trade Routes (FTR's). These will allow free trade between nations who have enterd into an economic alliance with exetonia.
3:Help with space projects
4:Use of Exetonian military bases for training purposes and/or launching purposes. (Numbers of troops, aircraft and naval vessels will be limited) This will hopefully build some launching stations closer to enemy targets for natiuons in a military alliance with exetonia.
5:Diplomatic immunity to all diplomats visiting Exetonia (Unless accuse of terrorism though extensive proof will be needed. [ooc: should this ever happen it will be decided that this will happen ooc with the nation whos diplomat is being accused...]

We are glad to hear Exetonia's acception of our alliance. Our military is not the strongest because it is very small compared to other nations in the world today. We mainly specialize in snipers, but could use great help in tanks, artillery, and soldiers. So if you have some instructors specializing in those areas they would be greatly appreciated. We currently have severals research progects in Miltary Manufacturing going and as an Ally you would get access to their sales before the rest of the world. These projects include the Gold Hawke Stealth Attack/Fight Plane and a new Assault Rifle.

Kattor. Unfortunately, though your offer was indeed kind, you have nothing of value to offer Exetonia. We have the ability to mass produce military products at such a rate that we are actually considering scaling down production to focus on research ourselves in other ares.

I've read in this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=455372) that your military is severely outta date and needs whipping into shape. You also desire Super-Dreadnaughts to replace your Iowa-class battleships as command vessels for your fleet. ooc: FYI, i have purchased some super dreads already :P but they seem a bit crap compared with the one you have suggest :). Also, i am trying to expand my military and my navy and airforce but I dont want to get into stupid unmanageable numbers like a lot of the big players here do... ooc: well that would be counter productive seemings i own shares in DMI, and the more i (an others buy) the greater the stocks rise thus the more money i get for my shares...

OOC: Not to rain on you parade, but DMI's stuff isn't that great IMHO, their are many other store fronts that are much better IMO, such as The Macabee's store front, Sarzonia's naval store front (Portland Iron Works), even his air and land store front isn't that bad, it's not good to rely on all you weapons for just one place.

OOC: So am I. I also rely on DMG's storefront for the most part, but I also use other storefronts. I have investments with him, but I try to keep an open mind. And ICly, DMG is a VERY TOUGH customer when it comes to forging an alliance, I've been doing it for the past few months since I came to the forum and saw his company and bought from him. He's a tough nut to crack, but go ahead if you want. Keep an open mind though.

(ooc: even if he doesnt want an alliance it would be fun to rp with trying to get one (better tg him actually :P). Ive already pushed him twice on the shares fromt for his store (one ooc and once IC) and he seemed very accomadating both times.
