The UCTCR has allocated 300 acres of communal land to the cultivation of various strains of the Cannabis Sativa plant. The UCTCR has long-since declared the plant's production, sale, and use legal within the territories. Recognizing the financial possibility of the sale and trafficking of the product, the Minister of Agriculture has placed all production under state control in what has been named the Controlled Narcotics Distribution Program, or CNDP. The CNDP guarantees that all products of the cannabis sativa plant will be defect-free, clean, and safe. The CNDP assures a fixed price and a fair deal, and allows the byproducts of the cannabis sativa plant--namely hemp--to be put to use in a thrifty manner. The CNDP is now also exporting its product internationally. The manifesto and details follow:

Hemp is a wonderful and natural substance with many uses. Our industrial-grade hemp is able to be produced at a quantity of 10,000 tons per anum due to the sophistication of its refining. Any financial donation will assist in the refineries upgrading to an experimental steam explosion/ultrasonic wave refining process, and the openings of further refineries to increase output and generate a bulk rate for customers.

Suelo is our low-cost alternative for countries wishing to purchase a rather large amount. Suelo is grown in our rich soils naturally, being of a pure strain originating around the 1960s. Not de-seeded.

Bronce is a very fine strain of the cannabis sativa. Its buds are almost of full reddish-orange "hairs." Bronce comes in "nuggets" of about 1/32 of an ounce each. De-seeded.

Arándano is a specialty product in very high demand and with a great amount of popularity. This strain of cannabis sativa is grown inside of our in close proximity to a blueberry bush, infusing the marijuana with a taste likened to "crunch berries" and producing a very blueberry-like smell upon burning. Violada is another specialty product in great demand. Violada is a strain of the cannabis sativa plant grown especially to maintain a very high quantity of THC (Tetra-hydra cannabinol) crystals on its leaves and buds, and to gain a purple tint where its name originated from. Very High Quality. De-seeded. "Nuggets."

Corazón is the heart (excuse the pun) of our operation. Corazón is grown very meticulously in a hydroponic environment. Corazón maintains the normal appearance of a high-quality cannabis sativa strain but is coated with a large amount of THC crystals. Extremely high quality. De-seeded. Large "nuggets."
>Cabeza Blanca--$40,000
Currently the best strain that the CNDP labs have engineered, the Cabeza Blanca derives its name from the appearance of its enormous buds. Due to the complete crystallization of THC on its surface, all parts of the plant appear to be sprinkled with sugar, giving it a white appearance. Highest Grade. De-seeded. Due to small supply, cabeza blanca is delivered in net weight only, which may contain "shake," (small leaves, pieces of "nuggets") "nuggets," and may contain stems. (Stems also coated with THC and may be chewed on.)
