I'm bored out of my skull, and as it is the only nations I know are either much larger than me, very n00bish and a waste of time, my ally or have many other powerful allies. Therefore, I ask if there is anyone out there wanting a war.

I only have a few wishes. The first being that you are roughly the same size as myself, number two being that we refrain from using WMD's to destroy planets, land assaults are alot more fun anyways. And three that we keep it between us, one on one.

Altho I will make exceptions to the last rule, so that multiple small nations can gang up on me. Well, that's about it. Who wants to fight?

I'd love too. We are a fair sized nation with a strong tank fleet. We control one venus-sized planet and several man-made colanies.

Our leader is High Chairman Yegor Zakarov, who's face is not known. We were recently in the control of a grander empire but gained freedom after a 12-year war. And yes, the nation is Soviet-themed.

And military is priotery one, crushin economy to pay for the military is prioerty two. Citizens freedoms, health, and saftey are least important on the High Chairman's agenda.
