The Holy Empire of Saint Fedski has recently held general elections. The format was as follows.

Each Republic will be divided into territories of 80,000 people. Each territory will have no more than 18 persons running in the election. The runners must meet the following requirements:
1) A petition signed by 4200 people.
2) A degree in economics, political science, history, environmental science or one approved by the current government.
3) A staff (an advisor, an aide, and 2 secretaries) selected. The aide will serve as the potential minister's deputy and must therefore be just as qualified.

Once each territory has elected their member, he or she will then be sworn in as a Member of Parliament.

After being sworn in as a member of parliament, the election for Chairman will begin. Only MP's are permitted to run for Chairman. Members have 7 days following their election to apply for Chairman, after those seven days, no more applications will be accepted.

Chairman applicants must meet the following requirements:
1) A signed petition of 10,001 signatures
2) The signed acceptance of atleast six other MPs.
3) A seperate staff (providing the MP is elected, his or her aide will then represent the MP in sessions of parliament.
4) A cabinet selected from elected MP's (suiting their qualifications)
5) The support of one foreign head of state, providing the nation has an embassy in the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski.

Following the 7 day application period, applicants will have 14 days to campaign. The final step, exactly 30 days following the general election, the vote for the next chairman will begin. Each citizens in the Commonwealth has one vote to cast. The applicant with the most votes is declared Chairman. Parliament has two weeks following the declaration of Chairman to approve of the new Head of State. If the Parliament fails to approve, another election shall be declared with the same applicants. This election is final, unless over turned by the judiciary in which case the Chief Justice will announce that the current Cabinet remain in power until all election disputes have been settled.

OCC comment: How many territories are there going to be and how many members of paraliament and Chairmen will their be total? Or have you not figured that out yet? Other then that it looks good. I might steal some of your names. Don't worry if I do I change them. :D

OOC: Are forigen nations allowed to back canidinates or put up their own canidnates, then try to infulence elections so their ideologies enter into your nation, in a secert plan to take your nation over?

Well there's only one chairperson and that's Katherine Schleicher. The Vice-Chairperson is also given the title of Chairman as long as they remain in office. Past Chairperson's are forever known as chairmen. And I'm too lazy at the moment to calculate the amount of territories and members. I will probably add more details (committees, councils, etc) later.

Nice. BTW, I've a question for you. When Saint Fedski gets enough money and more manpower, will it upgrade it's weapons to more NS warfare standards?
