We have a piece of land (5 acres) availiable outside our Capital city of Edikan, we shall begin building of your embassy right away, it will have a main meeting room, 24 normal suites and a grand suite for Admiral Lord Minythin. On the roof there is a helipad.
There will be a cafeteria on the grounds for your needs. Plus a seperate building for your security people (which connects to the main building for quick entry). Should the Admiral arrive while it is under construction he will be given room in the main city in one of our hotels until it is built.

That is indeed acceptable, the Embassy has been built as well as a security building for your guards. The Ambassador has a large luxurious suite (with large bathroom.) and the Aide has a good room as well. The advisors will have seperate Housing on the estate, but it is comfortable. A meeting room is in the center of the building on the second floor and is expensively furnished. There is a kitchen and large dining room on the first floor as well.
