The Angelic Accord Wars (FT Open)

"Man we've been busy of late."

Looking out the vast viewports of the Eternal Destiny, at the starts that he feels more familiar with, than any other, even at the border of this universe itself, he remarks said to his closest souls near him. The Command Platform set on the central deck, Lord Ackronus, Lady Tsunami, Lady Arashi Lord Azusa and Lady Yurika nearest.

Before them all in view, the very edge of the universe of this dimension itself. A vast white expanse of super hot matter still being formed, as if Genesis was still occuring.

Behind them, the portions of the universe that concerned themselves with matters all their own.

Here, Aleaic looked at another matter coming from an entirely different dimension, as the war they had first joined a good decade and a half ago, now was coming to the mortal dimension in full for the first time. A war if done right, the rest of this dimension would never know about.

If not, a 'lot' of galaxies were going to die in an extremely short order. It was for this reason that the Holo-Globe showing behind them, showed the positions of over thirty million warships along a ten Parsec front.

And something coming was 'just' as vast. Having the help of several Ascendant Allies along side them, as well as six Icona Intracel Fleet Legions of Heaven itself was a comfort.

What was coming, didn't do that.

"Makes one want that old time back at the mall doesn't it." Lady Tsunami quips with wary amusement. Aleaic chuckled back.. "Indeed."

For five years, after the placement of the Intracel Gate in the Milky Way Core Galaxy, the Ascendancy and it's Accord Allies had suddenly been thrust into invasion upon other mortal dimensions, by the same enemy that the Ascendancy was tasked to fight in the first place, ever since the Angelic Accords were initiated. The only thing that could turn the eyes of the Ascendancy away from it's war against the Dark Eternals.

Hell.

"~ One can only hope that the battle will remain here alone. ~" Ackronus remarks, as reports filter through to Advisory One behind them all at the said central Sector station of the mighty vessel.

Al sighs a bit too dour for his own good. "Tell that to Murphy."

--

A vast panoramic view outside the immense vessel, shows that the stars seem to be in equal of numbers, to the number of starvessels all around the A-SSD. Infact, there was a LOT of A-SSD, not to mention countless 'smaller' warships and superwarships, with hornet clouds of starfighters and Mobile Suits flitting about on patrols.

All were of one mind of pent up fear and uncertainy, as they await the coming of forces that existed to make fear itself.

Worse, was that there was no exact timetable. Only certainty that the forces of Hell itself 'was' coming.

*The Homeworld System - White Diamond/Sapphire - Intracel Plane*

The nominal existence of the Ascendancy, it's vast startraffic and prolific life in motion of a civilization at it's peak prior to the Ascendance, continues on unabated, with the glow of Heaven itself, in starscape form, all about the Ascendancy Capital world and system.

The hyper-bright, crystal sharp, and multi-colored existence of Heaven, with a backdrop of a galaxy of titanic proportions, gives partial credence of the new life led by one of the Allies of Heaven. One that suited the civilization upon it's own themes and familiar existence. After all, Heaven was that which suited those that came unto the Accord in the first place.

For the Ascendancy, this meant Heaven was a seperate universe, all it's own, acting all like a normal universe in all aspects, with the impossible glory and power of Heaven laid on top of it. That meant planets and stars here were as much planets and stars, as much also gateways for angelic agents and other Allies to pass into the 'existence' the Ascendancy was existing in.

And for a realm that gained command over 100,000 galaxies now, in addition to the ones from the Archonis Supercluster, that meant a huge number of portals. It was a testamite to how deep in fabric, the life of the Ascendancy was intertwined with, it's Allies now.

And all it did, was enhance the lives of the Ascendancy, and gave more strength to Heaven, a realm of expanse without end. Every Ally of the Accord experienced this.

And why Hell fumed against it so much.

The Holy Planet itself was a haolic glow upon it's very landscapes of familiar note now, as the populace here waited to hear news of the invasion of their old dimension.

Here was where Isarra, Misao and Sasami were, in command of the planet until the Holy Council returned.

"If..." Misao softly commented. Sasami looked back over to her longtime friend, all but a sister in name. "They'll come back. They've been through too much to be killed for real." Sasami notes.

"It'll go moreso than just that." Isarra, her mother's tone, and father's demeanor responding in kind.

"I heard that Intracel hs planned a massive counterattack if they assault our former dimension. The Infernals that is."

Sasami and Misao look over with unease. "So the Truce is ending again." Sasami notes. Isarra sighs and nods.

"Worse..." Isarra bluntly responds.

*The Intracel Gate - Milky Way Core Galaxy*

The sense of impending multi-dimensional, full scale total war was not lost here either, as the now fully empowered starbase-supergate felt the tremors of the future coming at a bull's rush.

Here, the one place where Intracel, the current Ascendancy realm, and the D-3 Sector dimension where the Ascendancy once resided in full, was also the only place to get rumors of the invasion, of any that was spoken on the mortal side of the gate. The angelic side was a full rumor mill.

In the attached Starbase-City along the full angelic gate rim (on both sides of the gate in fact too..) was another blood member of the Holy Council, as Lady Sirrana (Al and Arashi's kinseth..) and Lady Diana (Al and Jennifer's kinseth..) watched with just as much unease, as the wars in the mortal D-3 dimension, as well as normal life there commenced, the unknown horrors threatening this entire universe at once, went unheeded as intended.

The same wasn't said for the two Lady Princesses, as they walked along one of the Prominades, the view of one small part of the superbase-city (in all directions near infinite..) complimented to the one of a sidelong view of the energized gate, and the whiteish-pinkish-bluish-everythingish that is glowish.. erhm.. view within. The starscape was a nice touch too.

"Still no word?"

Sirrana shrugged to her younger sister. "Ziltch."

For much of the way, this was all that was said. Something that echoed the silence of the low keytone feel of the monolithic station. Other than the occasional voices of commerce and mall shopping in one of the numerous arcades about the place, and the movement of vessels into and out of the gate on the D-3 side, the mood was still.

No one knew what was coming. Hence the need for conversation by 'anyone' in the Republic-Empire of the Ascendancy was needless.

"~ There are signs of increased trans-dimensional tunneling activity. May be a... ~"

"It is.." Aleaic calmly injects, responding to Ackronus's apparent unease.

Lord Azusa is over at Strategic One Sector, with Lady Yurika, as they listen in. Azusa offers his thoughts.. "Might be ten hours. Might be ten minutes. But it's certain now it's coming."

Yurika looks over the long distance, some one hundred ten meters away and up another twenty-five to the port of Command Platform. Her voice carries through echo enhancement arrays in the vast Command Core, to Aleaic's ears (as did Azusa's..) "Might as well advise to stage Yellow-One. Bring in the patrols to rest for the fight to come. Let's hope it's ten hours."

Aleaic nods, but adds... "Hope is a luxury now. Let's defer to strategem.

Deploy Dimensional shock minefields in a double screen now. Bring the screens in, but on hot seat standby. And inform Intacell that contact is imminent. Defer final strategic counteract to the High Lords Council.

And..... pray."

Azusa and Yurika nod, as Tsunami wipes her scalp with a hand. "I think I'll lead that last part dear."

Al looks back at her. "I'll join ya."

*Where no light reigns...*

The 'vibration' felt on the side of the D-3 realm, is caused by the one in the aptly named D-I.666 dimensional tunnel rift line. The tunnel needed for this version of a Fold Jump, is so vast, that several dead galaxies from a number of dying dimensions are actually force feeding the forming portal.

On this side, is numbers and instruments exceeding the fears of the waiting defenders, using the themes and knowledges of the D-3 target dimension to waiting effect most terrifying. The darkness, only betrayed by the reddish version of Infernal 'genesis', or the universal barrier on this side of all that is wrong, numbers uncountable once more. As well as things of vicious sizes. Tools of the invasion to come.

The very aura here is a cowing nature to even itself.

It suits the one leading the assault. One lent to a mirror most warped. A reality where an existence shattered of all hope of peace, where justice and light are concerned.

It suits too perfectly.

Footsteps in the dark, come with voiced breath.. "{~ The barrier is almost at critical. ~}"

The very dark one does not speak, nor even reacts to give visible creedence of presence in the viewing chamber, looking out at the vastly warped existence of space, in Infernal terms, all applicable. Instead, a mental note is only given, by the Dark Emperor.

Lord Soth nods. "{~ Agreed. ~}"

The Dark Hand bows and leaves with no more word.

At that, focus returns to the reddish-black starscape, and to a reckogning decades in the planning.

A poisonous smile, unseen, creeps across the necrocromatic facade.

*The Sol System*

A mere three weeks before, Aleaic and Tsunami had been on their origin planet, as they celebrated a private anniversary vacation, one on the date they first met in that mall in Florida.

At the same time, the Ascendancy had been trying to find a new location for an embassy-cultural center, after the one in Florida Province had been destroyed by a nasty hurricane there a month prior. As Al led this attempt, the residents of Earth, mainly U.N. types, took notice and confronted Al and Tsui concerning Ascendancy presence on Terra.

The result was that the Ascendancy would leave the Earth entirely for a century, or at least until the Terran race had accomplished true star travel. Other than the nation Evil Woody Thoughts, the Ascendancy would only remain at it's Lunar and Zenith Jump Point starbase outposts. The rest was removed, save a tiny guard fleet of thirty vessels. All Ascendancy tourists had left by now.

That didn't stop the possible tragedy occuring, as a 'seperate' portal was being formed, at GREAT expense of energy and time, in the darkside of Neptune.

Someone else had idea to destroy the heart of the mortal enemy at it's very place of birth.

*Comms between D-3 and Intracell*

"BUT MOM!!?!"

":: No buts dear. I mean it. ::"

Diana reacted with more erractic emotions, as she taked to her mother Lady Jennifer, whom was in the Intracel Core Center at that very moment. Diana just learned that the invasion was about to commence.

And something that no daughter wants to hear from a mother.

Imminent separation.

"But what if.."

Jennifer sighs deeply. ":: It won't help if you try to go anywhere else at this point, and we lose track of you. Just stay with your Sister and do not come looking for any of us. ::"

Diana half grumbles, half holds herself back from tears. "But what if I don't... we don't..."

Jennifer tries to smile over the vidsceen, not very convincingly, since she herself was not used to all of this as well. Being the go between for her husband on the front, and the Lords Council itself, meant to give instant updates over Hikari Link, even across the dimensions, was itself along unsettling.

Much less why this was done.

":: We will come back. We always do. It's our own reality that's being threatened. We know what's at stake. Both what to stop, and why we're doing it.

No 'matter' what, you have to respect your Father's decision, in case the most unlikely happens. ::"

"Doesn't sound so unlikely mom." Diana replies, wipping tears away.

Jennifer just shrugs back. ":: Hey, I'm trying to give us all hope. Sometimes you have to do that to face things you don't want to. Between that and deathly fear, I'll take your father's version and hope. ::"

Diana nods. "O..okay.. so we'll remain vigilant at the gate here."

Jennifer adds.. ":: If it comes to it, I want you to go to earth and hide. Do 'not' come looking for us. If you respect your father in the last, you 'have' to obey this one.

Sirrana and Isarra will be doing the same, if it comes to it, so you won;t be alone. ::"

Diana nods. Words after this, small talk and all in the face of possible finality, are less important as words, and more as something to hold on.

These are not well times acoming...

The Imperial Mothership Fzoul was on patrol in the Milky way. The Mothership was phase cloaked and was searching for human ships that would be a vulenerable target.

The Grand Shadow Empire of Deatharon was in a state of utter confusion with the untimely demise of Shadow Emperor Alfred Von Antheron. The Current rumors of his sister a human woman taking the throne did not help ease the populations worry. They feared a normal human could not run the Grand Shadow Empire and leave. This however had not stopped the Empire from going about it's bussiness.

The Imperial Mothership had not detected anything yet but the Captain Mishiu Von Antheron had a feeling something big was out there and he had to find it and see if it was benifical to the Empire and the Antarans. The Gods of the Grand Shadow Empire of Deathaorn.

OOC: Note the many races of Deatharon had been purged shortly after the Antarans ascended and proclaimed themselves gods to the other races and spread there word of true origin. (A normal Deatharon looks like this D&D Mindflayer and a noble looks like a paragon Mindflayer. If you want a picture send a tg to me and I will put one on this thread... ) This however has led to the Deatharon belief in there own superiority. Shadow Emperor Alfred's sister was exiled during this time thus her being human. The majority of the population is uneasy about her ruling. To them it is like making your lunch become your Emperor...

*The Observation Dome of the Eternal Destiny*

Everything could be seen here, as if the breadth of eternity 'could' be seen all at once, at the same time. The perspective was no less imposing to the will, and the sheer mortality of it all.

The view to, and below the horizon of the diamond crystal view dome and crystal clear floor, aided by sensor input, to give a feel below, of almost no floor at all. Hence, the vast fleet in the immediate area, giving credence to the vaster Fleet beyond, was impacting to the soul.

The forming off color red, swirl upon the white of forming genesis at the edge of the current universe, where all dimensional vectors of this Dimension began and existed at the same moment, gave birth and death facing the unfortunately, 'small' fleet. (If you want 'big', the fleet would span 'half' the circumference map edge of this 'entire' universe at once.

That stuff resides in Heaven's Reserves for the counterattack...)

Here lies the footing of an Excellency, looking out at this very scene. In public before his subjects, he seems iron clad and confident. It's no less like any decent leader, to act for the good of her or his people, to give them hope in the face of the unthinkable. Even the doorstep of the Dark Eternals upon the Ascendancy home system was still seen with 'some' form of defiant hope and courage.

Only facing Hell itself, it's inummerable forces, could give a true sense of terror in this proud civilization. Aleaic is himself here, utterly insecure as he can 'feel' the approach of henious darkness. He keeps clutching his arms despite himself, especially after trying to calm himself constantly. He had moved galaxies, led greatness, repaired the fabric of the universe itself, and even become a father.

Now, he's like the child facing a bully of the kind that facing 'means' terror beyond reason. No matter how much you know you can face it, and compose yourself with the usual expectations a bully conducts their affairs. No matter the amount of logic. This bully if flat out why horror movies on Earth are made.

Facing terror incarnite, in the form that the meaning of such things were created from. And in this case, 'creation' is one only death itself 'can' create of such a thing, soon to be consumed upon the souls it drags with it all.

This is what Aleaic feels inside, and from the forming portal of epic size, at the eve of the Infernal invasion of the mortal realm of his birth.

The visible shaking, as bad as the flu strains he used to suffer as a normal mortal child, grips him in this solitude.

"Dear... goddess.. I can't stop." ..he mumbles/chatters to himself in his stupor.

Suddenly a single being wraps him in a fearful embrace of love, facing the exact same danger facing it. Tsunami, whom had left Aleaic only about fifteen minutes before to attend to talking to Isarra, as Jennifer did Diana, and Arashi to Sirrana, returns, seeing her eternal beloved in a state of terror stricken apathy.

Aleaic recieves this almost immediately (1.2 secs.) when Tsunami returns. For her own state, she is no less. The hug is for the both of them, clutching for so much dear life and love.

Al moans very much reactively.. "Tsui..." ..in as much a moment of need, as anything.

"I thought I saw you scarred back when you exiled yourself, years ago. I hope I have a right to understand what you are feeling." Tsui whispers, burrying her head into Al's back. Al manages a chuckle, with.. "When did anything like that ever stop you in the past babe?

Mindlink nonwithstanding."

Tsui giggles, passionately glomming deeper still. "It sure works in the bedroom."

Al blushes as per normal. "Man, even in a time like this, you..."

Tsui starts laughing out loud. So much that Al actually forgets his terror enstrickenment, and turns around to looks at the first true love of all his mated loves. At that moment, the words flat out die, except for...

"No Infernal action or event. No enslavement of death, and certainly no seperation through the dimensions, will stop me from loving you. I swear this much, as much as I can promise anything." Al says, looking deep into her pink eyes of rose liquid. Stroking her silken teal blue hair of gorgeous length.

"I will find you and we'll start it all again."

Tsui smiles, and then responds.. "How about we kick the demonesc arses of Hell back where they belong, and save all of your idea for another existence love. I just redid the maternity room you know."

Al suddenly looks PALE. "Another child!? NOW!?"

Tsui barks back, in Al's arms.. "I WANT A FAMILY AS BIG AS YOUR AND MY DAD'S ARE!!!"

Al endures and wrings his right ear. "Okay okay. Let's just get through all this."

Tsui just responds by leap kissing (even in the hug embrace they are in..) into Al, with a passion that ends up on the crystal floor. They are so deep into each other, that only one thing interrupts it.

*Harsh, blaring klaxon overcomm*

":: Detecting massive portal breach rising in intensity 72%. Detecting massive energy signatures approaching!! repeat, Breach of portal imminent!!! ::"

Al and Tsui hear, like black dagger hitting their mutual hearts. They both rise and mutually gulp. "Looks like it's time." Tsunami says in a dry sigh, tinged with fear. Aleaic solemnly nods. At that, he teleports them both directly to Command Core below and the Command Platform.

After arriving via a shimmering white teleport, Al bellows back despite his previous (and still) state. "Give it by the numbers!!"

Ackronus replies calmly... "~ If the readings through celestial based sensors are correct, we're seeing numbers that exceed our current field strength by six fold.

Mind you.. ~"

Al.. "...it's not a complete picture. 6 to 1 odds against us would be more preferable.

Like Hell will give us such a break. Inform all forces to deploy all assets. Inform Reserve the situation.

It finally comes my fellow Allies. It's time to fight."

Outside, the view continues to swirl upon the hyper-bright genesis barrier, as the Infernal portal flat out continues to rip asunder all physics between dimensions, to deliver the ungodly of all such things on us all.

But just as Al is seeing this, he 'sees'... "Dear goddess.. VISUAL CONTACT 132.88!! Ten degrees minus axis X and sixteen starboard Y!!!"

All eyes afix to Al's enhanced vision, as a small, black, but VERY unfriendly dot appears upon the portal swirl.

Hell hath come at last.

((OC- @Hansia - Deatharon, you evil sock puppet you.. die evil sock puppet DIE!!! :mp5:

oh.. @Empryia - All standard capital ship sizes, and then up to the max of 500km for the Ascendancy Class A-SSD. The idea is that the majority of the Allied fleet is NPCs from Heaven and it's Allies. The idea is to scare the hell out of everyone with a battle that removes normal NS reality rules, for a damn good story line. Trust moi, you'll 'all' see why soon. *evil laugh* ))

--

*Elsewhere...*

The edge of the universe were not the only places in this universe that were getting very ill begotten attention. As the main portal begins to breach, two more begin to rip open through tertiary shunt energies, to send more forces out at the same time, though far smaller in number to what is coming at the Allied Fleet.

The Intracel Gate..

The Sol System..

Only White Diamond/Sapphire was sparred for the mere moment, due to being heavily protected by Angelic Fleet Forces. That means Isarra is supposedly safe..

Sirrana, Diana and Earth itself could not say the same.

--

Meanwhile, the Allied Fleet, and anything daring to be near at this moment, have their sensors begin to overload from the sheer power of the Infernal approach, the portal loosing such energies, that the Genesis barrier itself is ripping apart under the strain of the titanic portal.

One that soon spread like solar wildfire across the view of all vessels. Soon all the defended Parsecs will be faced with a single Portal of singularly equal SIZE.

This gives credence to the size of the Enemy itself that approaches.

This is why Aleaic was terrified so much in the first place.
Empryia
26-11-2005, 09:03
The Empryian Royal Navy Dreadnaught Gloria in Excelsis held position above the planet Kiloma, and in formation around her, the 6th Fleet. The 30.23km warship bristled with firepower, encompassed in a globe of the six 22.9 km Fire Thone-class Super Heavy Battleships. With more than enough firepower to lay waste to the planet below one-hundred times over, the seven warships of the 6th Fleet constituted an achievement of Empyrian military might.

Just five weeks before, the Dreadnaught Ave Bellum and the two remaining Throne's Emperor's Light and Emperor's Fury of the 2nd Fleet had laid waste to the single moon of their Ancient Enemy's home planet with a concentrated antimatter strike. Soon after, their Enemy had surrendered, ending the 200 year war.

So, Fleet Admiral Hirasin Yllushin held sway over the reinforced 6th Fleet, fought to 5% strength in one of the cataclysmic battles against the Ancient Enemy barely 15 years before. He paced the dreadnaught's bridge in anticipation for when his fleet would be sent into the deep, to once again bring war to the Eternal Enemy. For four weeks, Empryia and it's Empire knew peace. But the Eternal Enemy had returned, and the unending War of the Universe continued.

Task Force 91 of the 5th Fleet under the battlecruiser Foundation's Edge had engaged a hidden starbase of the Eternal Enemy in a colony galaxy. They had reported heavy losses, but that they were victorious. Similar reports had come in from attacks on the Eternal Enemy's formerly hidden bases near the colonies of the Empire in other galaxies.

Sixteen Fleets of the Empryian Navy. One fleet for each Dreadnaught. One Dreadnaught for each of the Gods of Light in the Heavens above Empryia. While there were multiple flotillas which were the same as Fleets, Fleets could only be made during times of war against the Eternal Enemy, as was commanded by the first Emperor, Ilunai, when he first took the fight to them aboard his starship Dread Nought.

And now, the 1580 starships of the 6th Fleet prepared to once again engage in war. Entire asteroid belts had been mined to bring the 6th Fleet back up to full strength. They were poised and ready.

"Sir, Fleet Admiral Takana of the 4th Fleet has sent word. He has engaged the Eternal Enemy. They have returned."

And so the Exiles returned to do battle. Their corrupted cousins, held in sway under the banner of the Old Gods.

Hirasin turned to the young officer sitting at the comm station. She was pretty, and smart. She wouldn't live to see the end of this war, "Lieutenant. Open a communication to the Fleet."

"Done sir,"

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the 6th Fleet, this is Fleet Admiral Hirasin Yllushin. Three weeks ago, we were told of the coming of the Eternal Enemy, as told by the Heavens above. We were told to prepare. This, right after we had finally defeated our Ancient Enemy.

"Now, is the time for endings. One enemy, for nearly two millenia, has stood against us. Now, they stand against us no more. They have been incorporated into the Empire. They stand resolute, with us, as the rest of the Nations of this galaxy will.

"The Eternal Enemy has returned, as was foretold. Our Ancestors cast them and their followers out long ago. We have stood on the defensive since the beginning of time.

"No more.

"We will beat down the gates of Hell and drive our swords into their hearts. They have returned not just to our galaxy, but to elsewhere our Priests tell us. Their taint spreads everywhere. We now take the fight to them, as decreed by the Emperor of Empryia. His light be with us."

He looked down at the helms officer, "Captains of the 6th Fleet, in the glory of His name, engage dimensional rifts."

And the 1580 starships of the Empryian Royal Navy's 6th Fleet entered into the Immaterium, towards the gates of hell.

One very bored Barinato was half sleeping as data flowed past his eyes. All of a sudden he was shocked awake by one disturbing piece of information. He called it up and examined it more closely. A portal that large... It can only mean one thing. His eyes narrowed.

One minute later....

Ten humanoid figures were sitting at a table debating what action to take.

"Mithithele, sir, we cannot just sit by and watch as these monsters just obliterate everything they see!" yelled a very angry Molqaer.

"I have to agree with him, two other smaller portals have also appeared that are related to the main gate." another said calmly, though very shaken from what was happening.

"This is the arrival of Hell itself!" said Mithithele. "We cannot just leap in foolishly. We must plan. Even if we could beat them in a head-on battle, the aftermath would still be terrible. That is why for now, we must merely observe and hope the Allied fleet has their own plan."

"Besides," added an old Molqaer to his left. "We are not sure what they are planning, if we were to offer our assistance now, their plan might go terribly awry. I hate to say it, but we have no choice but to wait.""

"To be prepared however, I shall have the 3rd, 7th, and 41st fleet on standby, ready to launch at a moment's notice." said Mithithele.

Reluctantly everyone agreed. Then a screen appeared displaying the opening of the main portal....

*The Front*

About ten lightyears 'behind' the main front where the full force of the portal breach was commencing, a vast, thin screen of guard vessels held station across the entire Allied portal front. They were there, centered upon several Star Shield Class A-SSDs, there as protection for any that stumbled across (or deliberately made their way towards..) this soon to be most foul of battlezones.

Those that arrive are told the flat out truth, if need to be bothered with. If they passed by to assist, they took their very souls upon risk of eternal enslavement, in hand. Death was 'not' going to save them here.

Even from here, the dull glow of the Genesis Barrier not as intensely bright here, the Infernal breach made sensors go haywire, making those guarding this area very much afraid.

Lady Ayeka, leading the guard front effort, upon the Star Sword A-SSD Rose Heart, mentioned it all clearly.

"Fear is so unladylike. I fear nonetheless."

Sirrana and Diana had finally made it back to the command center of the Gate complex, when they noted why they had been summoned in such panicked haste. The outright flurry of command personnel all over the large command center was enough of a indication..

...why was lying, as the two Lady Princesses rushed to the viewports, off the starboard of the Gate, some 250,000 kilometers. It only made the clarity of the sight of the warped portal forming all the more frightening.

Sirrana yells back to her deck commanders.. "Tell me NOT what that is!"

Commander Orack replies in the Avian tongue.. "~ Indeed it 'is' what I should not say. We've already informed Intracel of this new breach. A distress call is being sent out as well. ~"

Sirrana looks from Orack to Diana and replies much like her mother.. "I said not to tell me. This ain't good."

Diana queries in a high pich tone.. "What do we do!? The fleet her can't stand up to any serious assault!? What if Dad and Moms find out and..."

Sirrana grabs Diana's shoulders.. "Sis, what did I say about being calm. I know, I know it all already anyway." ..she then looks up at Orack. "Send a general distress call for 'any' assistance that can rteach us in time. If this Gate falls, the Infernals will have a shortcut to Intracel's core sectors, to say nothing to out own worlds in the way.

Massacre won't do justice to what will happen to us all."

Orack nods and relays to Comm for the following.

Then comes word of the portal forming in the Sol System, from outposts there. The addition quickly makes it into the distress call.

~ :: DISTRESS CALL PRIORITY ONE

We will be blunt, and make not mistake, this is no drill or even fantasy. Ascendancy sensors indicate two distinct portals, seperate from the one being created at the edge of this universe, has formed in the following areas.

~ The Sol System
~ The Intracel Gate

We can only presume that the intent is immolation of both targets, a prelude to a larger invasion, 'if' they accomplish a beachhead in our mutual Dimension. We therefore plead for any nearby assistance of local forces of ANY kind, good and evil alike in this universe, to aid us long enough to prevent the Enemy from breaching fully upon us.

To lose here, would mean all here would be enslaved. Not a maybe.

This call is no permanent, the line would only need to be held long enough for Heaven's Allied Forces to arrive to drive the Infernals back. This call for help has no strings attached, and honor, reward and glory would be bestowed upon each ally equally without measure of restriction.

We 'need' help if we are to survive.

Regards,

Ladies Sirrana and Diana Kerensky
Second and Third Princesses of the Ascendancy :: ~

Meanwhile, the present forces in each location, no better than a half understrength Fleet Flotilla in total, about 780 vessels and three Galaxies of naval mech calvary.

No where near enough against what is coming.

Deep within the Eternal Empire through the vastness of space covered by great numbers of galaxies within the center of this was the Eternal home galaxy. Deeper within shrouded by ancient stars and ageless planets was a great star that was located near the core of the galaxy, but not even the shining of the core stars combined could dim the light of that star. That star gloomed a mighty and warm light to a beautiful world that was covered with emerald green and great towers broke of diamond cut out of the atmosphere into space. This world was the home world of the Eternals.

Upon the home world of the Eternals stood the palace of the Eldest One, the ruler of the Eternal Empire. His palace was made of a magnificent unknown substance. Upon his throne of diamonds and gold he sent out a message to the all good Ascendants and Eternals saying,” The power of darkness is growing beyond the point that both of us can contain the Dark Ascendants are now powerful enough to break the barrier that has kept them at bay. When they escape at all costs they must be prevented from combining their force with that of the Dark Eternals or a war that could destroy all we have worked for untold years. How amongst us will march to war against them?”

Upon hearing this message the Eternals true to their oaths to fight against Darkness gathered a force even greater then the one they had used in the
Wars of Destruction. This was made up of Eternals, half-Eternals, and the immortal races of the Eternal Empire. Upon conformation of the Eldest One and the Ascendants they would sent off to war.

The Forager was a massive ship designed for a single purpose, to create the energy source Sord Raze. The Emperor had given orders for an expedition team to go into an old ally's territory to see what remained. The Abh Empire had lost contact with their Gaian allies for some time now after the United Mankind war.

The now Emperor Dusanyu walked the bridge of the massive ship with his Chief of Staff Kenesh. "How long has it been Kenesh? How many years has it been since we have had contact with an old ally?"

Kenesh stood beside her Emperor, ever loyal. "I do not know your highness. It has been a long time though. Might I inquire as to why you have given this order?"

Dusanyu slid his command saber out from his belt and rested it next to a large cushioned chair as he plopped down. "We are not officialy claiming the territory in the name of the Empire. We are here to establish Sords so that this territory can be monitored in the Gaian's absence. It will also be able for us to move our fleets so that no others can claim it as well."

Kenesh raised an eyebrow. "And if no one claims it and the Gaians do not return?"

The Emperor merely shrugged. "Then that will be decided at a latter date. We aren't here to start trouble anyways. We only have this ship and two Victory Class Destroyers as defense. I want to get the first Sord operational as soon as possible."

"Then what is our destination your highness?"

He drew his saber and pointed in no where particular out front. "To the once Capital of the Gaians. That will be our starting point from where we will branch out and can request forces. Set course Chief of Staff."

Kenesh saluted with two fingers at her Alpha. "Yes your highness."

The large ship with its two escorts glided through space heading for their destination. They were unaware of anything that was happening or if even the Gaians still lived on the planets. All the Emperor knew was that contact had gone silent for quite some time and they wanted to investigate.

OOC: Might as well aid an old friend, no?

IC:

The old Mao Zedong IIa ship was moving slowly, followed by a few of its sisters, participating in exercises. Since the formation of the Terran Socialist Republic, Republican forces had been drilling in the ways of the New Dornalian Armed Forces. For waht, they were not sure. They were not called as disposables for any sort of conflict; this fear was allayed. But they were bored.

And so it was that an Admiral, Admiral Yueng Ma, was leading his toy fleet. It was formidable at 60 ships, the standard organizational structure of the New Dornalian System. The three other fleets with him, one of Prochkhorovka Is, the others of Mao IIs, were formidable. But they were older ships, compared to the shiny Mao III's of the People's Navy, they were faded beauties, hopeless against brilliant, sanguine newness.

The call would come however. The New Dornalians were busy with the Yevonese. And, in a flash, a vision came to Ma, an apocalyptic one.....he was Force sensitive, and had held a People's Acolyte Sensei and Navy Admiral status, as the Republican Navy was short of men. But I digress.

The vision was of demons. Many demons. Demons that, to him, seemed to be led by Ifrit himself. Allah was calling to him, but why? Allah's will was always odd like that. Never predictable, but always true.

He had heard of many figures of the past, driven by visions. Some had died, to perish in Hell. Others had gone to glory, to enter the gates of heaven for winning in spiritual, military, or social achievement. Something stirred in him. He had a headache, this vision was giving him an awful migraine.

"Sir?" A soldier asked.

Ma said, "Back off. I am...fine, soldier."

He then leaned back, and drank some water. He then said to the soldier, "Tell me, do you believe that God is the All-Powerful?"

The soldier said, "Uh....yes sir. I do."

Ma then said, "Would it then be mad to say, I recieved a vision from Him?"

The soldier, slightly nervous now, said, "Uh....a little sir. What's it look like?"

Ma said, "It is of demons and angels, soldier. A war between Heaven and Hell. The apocalypse."

The soldier then said, "Are you sure that you're not hallucinating. We have been drilling for 18 hours sir, with no breaks."

Ma said, "No, I saw it with my eyes. The All-Powerful granted me the vision of a war, a cataclysm. I felt a disturbance in the Force, a manifestation of His will. I am an Acolyte; I know these things."

The soldier said, "Okay...." and walked off, slightly creeped out.

Then, comms said, "Sir, I've a message. An all call. A distress signal from the Gaian Ascendancy."

Ma said, "Patch it through."

It was the Gaian distress call. Since the Republic was close to Gaian space-it had been torn from the bosom of the United Mankind, the same bosom the Abh and Gaians tore from-it could be heard.

Ma then said, quietly to himself, "Oh God, the All-Powerful, the Magnificent. I am an instrument of Your will. Make me useful to You and Your children."

The bridge crew then looked at him for a moment, slightly oddly. They then said, "Sir?"

Ma then said, "All hands, battle stations. We go to the Intracel Gate! We must intervene."

The Political Officer then said, "We have no authorization from the Prime Minister and Governor General. We cannot intervene!"

Ma then said, "Wire a dispatch. Tell them of the Gaian situation."

This was done. A simple reply was, "Due to the nature of the threat and the danger it poses to the Republic, you may intervene."

Ma said, "Forward, brothers and sisters, forward!"

The ships then went to Warp.....and the newest addition to the armies of heaven were fast moving towards the Intracel Gate.

Sixteen magnificent fleets of Empryia, built over a lifetime of war and destruction. Eight fleets would be sent into the infernal abyss of Hell, to combat the enemy on their own ground. Six fleets would stay at home, one per capital of the Empire. Two would go, to another place within the galaxy, as dictated by 'The Book'. The coordinates were locked in...

And the Sixteenth Fleet watched. It would soon be joined by a ship that would hopefully help hold the enemy at bay. But, it was not ready, and the time was now. The two portals had been opened, as told by 'The Book'. The Sixteenth Fleet, led by the dreadnaught 'Crux Imperialis', watched over the home planet.

And the Emperor sat in the command chair, as was written when Ilunai first led the sixteenth fleet, the savior fleet, the last defense fleet, into the maw of Eternal Enemy's forces.

And so it would be now. The Second and Sixteenth Fleets would move to each open gate of hell, the two open gates, and hold the enemy. They would hold them at all costs.

And with a wave of his hand, the Sixteenth Fleet, all 1,580 ships of the Empryian Monarchy, warped to the first gate, over the planet the humans of his Empire refered to as 'Sol'.

The time had come..

Aleaic and his crew watched as the single black dot, magnified upon sensors visual to show the object, a small sphere of malignant evil, half technological, half infernal wretched, writhed as it seemed to sit there for a moment.

It was Tsunami to realize first.. "It's a portal mine."

Aleaic reacts violently with.. "TARGET THAT THING BEFORE...."

..too late. In one horrible moment, the 'mine' deonates, in a mass of power far too large for it's apparent mass. It's like it's a negative version of a fraction of the power that created the Big Bang itself. In fact, the effect is very similar, due to the fact that specific signatures are requited to breach major portals between different dimensions, especially ones as diametrically opposing in existence, as mortal reality, and the Infernal one.

The detonation creates a several light-year across superwave that acts as a tunneling blast, the forming portal, needing a energy catalyst to finish tearing open. The rules between Hell and other dimensions requires such an amount of power, that the entire portal was a massed format of explosive of the unimaginable level. The mine was the focal detonator.

The result is the worst of all to come, as the portal begins to implode upon itself, the shockwave focused more on the portal, and not the fleet facing it, where the explosion would not have done very much damage in the first place. Besides, there is enough of that to come.

Within the implosion, the portal literally 'sucks' into the Genesis Barrier, merging with the one from the Infernal Dimension. Within, is a titanic portal that will have no other equal for Eons to come.

Within minutes, as the Gaians watch helplessly as this all occurs, they begin to note that something is starting to come through.

Aleaic looks on with as much horror as anyone else witnessing.

"We are in a universe of hurt here." Tsui just nods.

--

Meanwhile, this entire action, causes the other two portals to rupture as well, forming, believe it or nor, feeder tubes from the 'same' forming portal, as if it was some kind of nightmarish subway system.

It also causes a VAST spike in ALL sensors, both technological, and psychic format, of a MASSIVE negative energy wave of horrible proportions. Those that feel this in their minds, feel a singular spike of the coldest, blackest energy ever to be sensed. It all flat out levels all Force and psychic types for a few moments, in a torrent of living nightmares. Only the strongest can stand to not fall in a ball and not sob.

In any other case, it is pure shock.

This 'is' it.

The Deatharon Crew feel the massive backlash towards there Psy power. The lesser crew members huddle in fear and terror.

The Officers however were much more powerful mentally and psychicaly. They start to use there own power to try and block out this back lash and protect the lesser crew memebers in the Psy link..

The Grand Shadow Empire of Deatharon's sensors easily picked this up and sent word to the new Shadow Empress Maria Von Antheron, It would be pivotal if she brought in the Imperial Space Navy. However she feared for her own life and throne agaisnt the nobles that wanted to overthrow her. The only reason they had not is because the Warmaster and the Imperial Military was only following her command and not those of the Dukes of the Imperial High Command...

*One last prelude before immolation....*

The final actors in the play, are the authors of all this themselves. As the Infernal side of the Gate finishes forming, the one of utter darkness watching notes all this, and through Infernal mindthrawl..

"{{{{{~ Begin the intial advance of the forward sentries and the Gate and Sol strike fleets. The Main to 7th Reserve waves will follow our flagship soon after. On my command alone. ~}}}}}"

A flurry of acknowledgements return back through the link, many less than happy about the commander, but all obediant to the same goal. To rape a universe of all it cherishes, and such the husk dry to it's core.

But one other commanded Lord Mulhorand, as he realizes He is present as well.

Mulhorand asks.. "{{{{{~ I presume all is accepting to proceed? ~}}}}}"

Unseen as no more is needed, the voice of the One Evil returns with.. "<<{{{~ Expect the counterattack soon after your initial engagement with the Allied Enemy. Your task is to convince the Heavens their mistake in their loyalty to the mortal plane I covet above all others. This one is ripe with the greed and avarice I long for, and those that try to supplant this deserve the torture only I can devise.

Therefore go and deliver the final damnation upon them all. Seek no ally for they will covet my power and betray me in the end. Do not give hope of victory to them, for they will seek to come here and further that end. And fail me not, for enslavement to such a failiure has no end of torment in time in my mind.

Go and deliver to me the Dimension targeted, and do NOT fail! Destroy them ALL!! ~}}}>>"

Mulhorand chuckles in a RARE display of such an emotion. A greed retort returns with... "{{{{{~ I will keep one slave and one whore to my own whims, and the rest I will deliver as my utter promise to my prostrate to your Will. The targets are doomed. ~}}}}}"

No reply returns, and Mulhorand seeks none. Then he hears one commander of the Hell Death Fleet respond to the news that a mortal fleet is trying to preemptive attack them on Hell's own territory.

Mulhorand simply replies... "{{{{{~ These mortals fracture in mindset so easily. Let them come and die in shock and awe of a REAL Hell at it's peak of power.

Begin the assault! ~}}}}}"

At that, millions of Infernal warships of the barely allied Demon and Devil enclaves, move as one to tear the D-3 Dimension asunder.

The first begin through the portal.

The Imperial High Command...

The Shadow Empress Maria Von Antheron sat in her throne watching her Dukes and Duchess of the Great Houses were trying to convince her to deploy the Imperial Space Navy against the unknown enemy that was threatening the Empire's very core the Psy power.

The Shadow Empress sighs and responds via Psy link, "I will not unleash Imperial Forces untill I am sure that the Grand Shadow Empire is secure."

The Dukes respond as one, "You just want to secure your own throne from an uprising you would gladly sacrifice the Empire if it meant your own life was safe and your postion as Shadow Empress."

The Arch Duke Nym Kazar and Avatar of the Antarans saids, " I can personally annouce that if you send our forces. I will protect you and your throne from any possiable insurrection."

The Shadow Empress smiled and saids, "An oath like that is binding Nym. I expect you to live up to it."

The Arch Duke Saids, "Of course your Imperial Highness."

The Human Shadow Empress Maria Von Antheron began to send out orders to mobilze the First and Third Imperial Warfleets in the direction of the of the odd Psy backlash...
The Humankind Abh
27-11-2005, 23:33
The unique anatomy of the Abh allowed them to travel through space unaware of the events taking place or the pure evil ripping through the stars. The froch located in the middle of every Abh's forehead, focused thier senses into the ship. If the ship was unharmed, then they felt no pain. The small expedition force finally arrived at the once Capital of the Gaians. The Emperor walked to the upper tier of the bridge to look over the large tactical map that was down on the first level. It showed the moons and planets of the system. He scrolled through a few phases finally reaching to where it only showed a fraction of the planet and contained the currents of space.

The Emperor's pale hands rested on the railing as he leaned forward. "Chief of Staff, move the Forager forward and begin operations."

Kenesh's pale eyes looked back at Dusanyu a little confused. "Shouldn't we send communication links to the planet and surrounding areas to see if there are several of the Gaians left?"

Dusanyu grinned as he closed his eyes. "My dear Chief of Staff, before we go about broadcasting that we are here we should make sure that reinforcements can arrive if need be. If it is just the Gaians then we need not fear any attack."

Her pale eyes narrowed even more. "Perhaps but it would be the curtious thing to do. What if their opinions of them of us have changed?"

"Then that is unfortunate."

Kenesh squared her shoulders to him. "For them or us?"

Dusanyu's grin only widened. "If it would give you piece of mind dear Kenesh, then go ahead and send a message. In the mean time, we will still begin creating an artificial sord."

The woman brought two fingers next to her tiara in a salute. "Yes your highness. Thank you." She walked down a level to where the communication's officer was seated.

"Communications, dispatch a message. I went some power behind so it can reach out far."

The young man nodded his head. "Yes ma'am. Opening channel now."

This is Chief of Staff Kenesh of the Forager from the Abh Empire. This message is intended for the Gaians or any others that are occupying this territory. We are here to reestablish communications with the Gaians who have been silent to us for some time now. Please trace the frequency back to this ship for a reply.

In the meantime, the Emperor had already given the orders for the ship to begin its job. Power surged in its two main ports as blue energy rumbled through the ship. The entire front of the ship began glow as the power came forth until it was there in front glowing and pulsing. A small red orb was shot into the blue energy as the large ship pushed away.

The engines were set to maximum as they tried to get out of the way. The blue mass of energy begin to flux as it began expanding. Blue light flickered off and on as it began to shrink on itself. In a brief moment everything had gone dark until there came a massive wave of blue energy that managed to rock the ship and knock a few sensors off line. In an instant, blinding white light formed where the blue energy had been. It appeared as if the gates of heaven itself had visited space. As soon as it came, it disappeared as well to the constant blue green hue of Sord Raze. The entrance to Space Time. It had taken the Empire many years to discover this technique and it was still far from perfect but the results they received were what was desired.

The Emperor smiled wide as he saw the energy become more stable. "Crews to their stations. We need to set up the stations to keep this thing active. You have two hours to complete the task."

Cargo bays began to open as the ship moved back in. Shuttles began shooting out carrying supplies to begin construction.

Hirasin looked out from his viewscreen into the darkness of hell. The solar system they had jumped into looked the same. A star burning in the distance, planets orbitting it, asteroid fields containing high yield metals, natural satellites orbitting the planets.

But the difference was there. They could all feel it, even the psy-inept humans. The Sidarim could feel it tearing at their souls, could feel the wrongness of the Enemy and his space. The humans could feel the disturbance, the chilling feeling that permeated everything. There was no escaping this feeling, even the warm presense of nearby Guardians could only ease the effects so much.

And the three planets, shrowded in darkness and with eire light eminating from them. The target was there. The annihilation of those three planets, searing them in the flames of antimatter and psy-energy, was the Sixth Fleet's goal. Gloria in Excelsis was prepped and ready. The destruction of those three planets was in order.

From the plot, Hirasin noticed the traffic in between the planets. The few mining-outposts on the outer asteroid belts. And the large fleet-base orbiting the sixth planet, a gas giant. And another, operating on the other side of the solar plane orbiting the ninth-planet.

"Captain, signal the fleet. Prepare to move us to the sixth planet."

Captain Kelsar nodded, and turned to issue orders. Nearly 450 starships of the Eternal Enemy hung over the sixth planet, none bigger than a battlecruiser, and another 300 on the other planet, but two light battleships accompanied them. It would be a battle worth remembering.

"The fleet is prepared to move Admiral."

The beginning of the end...

"Execute Mr. Kelsar."

****

The Sixteenth fleet arrived over Sol, just in time to watch the gate being its final phases in opening up. The Emperor ordered all shields and weapons online, and to deploy into wall formation. The Fleet lumbered forward, ready to engage the enemy.

Somewhere in Gaian Space-

Where in the Name of the Prophet where they? Adm. Ma was very puzzled by this. He had had his men send out signals to the Gaians so they could gain entry legally. Yet no response was forthcoming. It was as if the thing had been a sham.

Then-

"SIR! MASSIVE SPIKE-AH, HOLY S**T!"

The comms man fell, wincing in pain. The screens flickered, sparks flew, and Ma nearly missed being cooked by a shower of them. He also got a migraine for a moment- a really big one. He then said, nearly stumbling from the pain-

"So, it has begun."

As soon as the others got up, Ma said, "Status Report!"

One of the uninjured crew said, "Sir, Sensors got some really big signals, an unknown energy type. Presumably, its psychic. We're not sure."

Ma said, "It probably was. I felt it."

The others said, "Shouldn't we turn back? This is getting really wierd."

Ma said, "No turning back. None. My visions are true, sent by God across the Force. They are not produced by madmen. You need not fear me."

One man said, "That's not who I fear, sir."

Ma then said, "Soldiers, wait until you see the enemy to be scared. This was a mere psychic wave, a disturbance in the Force. It is but a portender of things to come."

The crew then looked skeptically at him. Ma then said, "Look, I'll share the rewards we get, okay?"

The crew said, "This better be worth it."

Ma said, "Oh, it will. Move towards the source of the disturbance."

The helmsman said, "Aye sir. Triangulating source.....got it, we are good to go."

The flagship then led the others, as they went into Warp, to the source of the trouble......they were greeted by an unholy scene....

Ma then said, "Allah protect us. Allah protect us all. Power up weapons! Deploy fighters!"

OOC: Damnit, I want the war to begin, but what exactly are we fighting on the mortal plane? Other starships? Biological Entities? What exactly? The universe the Sixth Fleet (and the seven others like it), have entered is more-so of a different plane but with the same rules. Ie, starships, weapons, explosions, but also with daemonic entities. What exactly is coming through the portal?
Gaian Ascendancy
28-11-2005, 05:56
((OC- Maybe this will help a little, what it's all about. ))

For the unknowing, there was something different these days about the way the Ascendancy operated on the concept of 'territory'. For one, at the time at the end of the first phase of the Dark Eternal war, the Ascendancy controlled vast swaths of territory, and had strong relationships with the civilizations in the D-3 Dimensional Expanse.

That all changed fifteen years ago, when the Heavenly masters enacted the long held promise of the Angelic Accord, one that the Gaian made five years after the Kerensky Family and their volunteers found the White Diamond/Sapphire star system, back when it was originally in the Milky Way Core Galaxy. For the promisse of angelic 'assistance' in helping the Ascendancy grow and survive to thrive to the interloper nation it became, the Ascendancy would one day assist directly, the forces of Heaven, in it's expected war with Hell. When the Excellency made the agreement at the time, imagination was woefully underprepared for what was in store when the Accord was enacted.

Somehow, the fifteen years since shown the Ascendancy far greater wonders and terrors of the Eternal War, as the Ascendancy joined a vast Alliance of Heavenly Accorded. The Gaians found that they were only one civilization that were a part of the VAST Alliance, some hundreds of thousands of 'known' Allies the Ascendancy came to know, if in at least name..

..and many others far more directly. The Ancients, Elder Races, and more were among them. The Gaians grew to know knowledge that simply was beyond the ken of regular mortal understanding. It was in fact, as much magic in it's core form, as it was ascended knowledge. The line is so blurred, that it's IS better not to swel on it, and simply accept it all as is.

When the Ascendancy answered the Accord, one done with a near entire majority of the civilization, trillions of allied Confederacy States souls of the Allied Sphere included, to fight the true ultimate evil, as such can be truly appreciated as such. Of course many others had fought actual Hell before the Gaians.

But not with the complexity and devestation of Ultimate Scale Warfare that had occured when the Demons and Devils united to attempt to crush Heaven, and gain access to the Dimensional Thruway. The focal point where all dimensions conincide as one, at the same moment as True Creation existed as well. Here, all Dimensions were born, and their coincidental Universes after. Here, was the one Gateway where ALL reality could be travelled to. Or, dominated without question. Heaven was charged by some unknown power of ALL possible unknown Powers, to guard this Thruway. The Infernals saw the trove of all souls to feast, enslave, and corrupt to create All Hell with, and tilt the Balance Scale to it's Final End.

All existence would essentially die, everywhere, if that happened. Even Time would end. The Infernals invaded finally on this premise, and the Heavens enacted ALL Accords throughout the Existence as a result. That was why the Gaians went. The greatest battle against evil was what the Gaians were created for. The concerns of mortal empires paled in comparison, and was part of the reason for the long silence.

The other, was the nature of the Ascendance, the moment that the entire Gaian Ascendancy became one with their Heavenly masters, and individual among Power Races the same. At that moment, trillions of Gaian citizens were ascended, knowing the Heavens needed all the soulpower it could get. At the same time, the planets in all Ascendancy Sphere territories, fell silent to mortal communication, as the Ascendancy worlds and territories, phased from normal existence, and mostly into celestial existence. In essence, the Ascendancy existed in two places at once, but paied attention to only one of them. Which one was obvious.

This is why there had bee no communications at all with any race. All pleased unanswered. The Ascendancy could partially exist in mortal space of their D-3 Dimension, but only as an anchor, as the Ascendancy was not fully Ascended, in the sense the Ascendants had once been. In fact, it was this two-way door effect that allowed the Ascendancy to keep in contact with the D-3 Dimension at all, placing the Intracel Gate and such, when they got the chance.

The change being, when ten previous years of war came to a cool down phase. The Ascendancy had been in battles of such scale, those that rejoiced in war. Gods that infused themselves in it, could weep at the unbridled beauty of the vast carnage of it all. A usual battle, across whole Parsecs alone, would be filled with millions upon millions of vessels. The Ascendancy grew to understand quickly, that the way of battle experienced by them, was a version their minds could comprehend. Another civilization's mindset could be totally magical or prehistoric in 'view'.

The Ascendancy version was of epic scale captial ship battles, with billions of angels and demons/devils, rendering into each other at a whim. And the Gaians were plugged into the dead center of it all.

It IS a wonder how the Gaians managed to survive as semi-intact as they did, using all their current then, and newfound knowledge to equal epic scale effect. It was thus, that the Ascendancy, within a few of these vast battles, acting as plug in reserves mostly till they gained the proper 'feel' of this kind of war, where millions died per second, and most reborn on either side to replenish both sides, done over and over so, till pure fatigue overcame both sides, or tactics broke one line or the other, entire worlds dying in the process, and then 'also' being reborn to either side's needs per determination of whom made the lethal blow to said planet.

The Gaians grew in knowledge, and six years later at the battle of Presceuss XX, took initianative, as they not only took the part as dummy reserves, but then a spear thrust of equal vast scale, at the time, three hundred plus Fleet Legions, 'and' supporting ground and space infantry. It was this that splintered the Devils and Demons assaulting the third line of Heaven's immense defense lines (six Parsecs long and wide at the Front..) in three vast entities. Then they led an assault that literally wiped out the 789th Demon Fleet Legion, and crippled six more along side.

The Heavens gained control again of the Fourth line six days after this, as a slew of rearward assaults broke thrity more Legions. It was the single largest mass victory in ten centuries, even since the 'last' Eternal War. (This was only the 187,933rd War after all. Eternity lasts forever, after all.. =^^= ) This was a MAJOR victory, and all but directly led to the Truce Line, when the Infernal Alliance was forced back all the way to the Seventh Line, and almost were about to be assaulted on Hell's ground itself once more.

That was five years ago. The Ascendancy only recenly returned, after learning full well their part in the Truce, and whom the Infernals intended to punish for it.

That was why the Ascendancy preempted with the placement of the Intracel Gate, and eveything leading up to the Portal Breach at the Genesis Barrier.

The Ascendancy knew the D-3 Dimension would be attacked. But they did not want the Infernals to try and woo any of the other nations there into the alliance of Hell. This was not the Hell of the bible or anything. The Gaians only called it Hell, because it was what their minds knew to comprehend the very word. As far as any other civilized race of any other existence knew, it was as much any other name, to the same effect, as was Heaven. existences of good and evil utterly incarnite. How they were viewed in person, was what their mind did of such. Trying to consider otherwise was sheer madness. Those that did try, literally immolated their brains alive.

Thus they had to prevent any ill intentioned nation of this Dimension, from being suduced by the realms of pure evil. There 'was' no reward for doing so. Evil in it's incarnite form, does not reward for anything, but rather absorbs the evil into's it's greater whole for it's own exacting use.

That is, unless you can match that kind of evil, with one that is as incarnite. The Dark Ascendancy was also an empire that held bvast territory, but it used them to such abuse, that whole worlds were ash husks, drained even of life force of the planets themselves. Lord Mulhorand cared nothing for life, and worse craved the same mutilations upon all he saw before him. The more Entropy created, was the 'only' thing he saw as joy. Any care for territory, was expunged for the sake of destroying all in the same wake.

Mulhorand knewthat allying with Hell would be his downfall. He didn't care about that. He only wanted to forward his ideal of Entropy so badly, that he sold his entire civilization in doing it. Infact, the Dark Ascendancy was no longer made up of his own former subjects.

It was made up of slaves that did 'not' know better when they agreed to help hell for their own aims. A literal army and fleet of traitors. His own people were reduced to a few loyal souls for the present moment. Beyond that, the rest were dead. Trillions of them. In their place, evil and hell alone.

That was why the Ascendancy was here, back where it was born. If the D-3 Dimension fell. No one would be left alive in it's wake.

No one at all.......

--

This was the threat, as the first vessels could be visually seen at all three portals. The vessels were terrifying in their mutilated shape, and also as much as how 'familiar' the vessels looked. The sizes were varryingly vast as well. Mere meters to hundreds of kilometers along, were in the first vanguard alone as the Fleets of Hell began to slowly emerge.

They took their time. They knew death was ready to be feasted upon soon enough.

The Infernals could see their mortal prey more and more clearly on their end, through the vicious mists of the portal swirl.

OOC: What happened to the three half-Eternal princesses when all the Gaians ascended?
__________________________________________________________
IC (know this is short, but I just want to get in this post before I go to sleep):
The Eternals sent this message both telepathically and through the regular communication systems of the younger races. The message was,” This war as the Ascendants know all to well will not be one fought through the conventional means of warfare on this plane. We will not be battling beings that are good and just, but dark creatures that will go to any means to achieve victory or to destroy us if they fail. That is why we Eternals propose that we either estanlish a untied force to fight them or all of forces launch attacks on the enemy forces on different fronts at the same time as to try to spread thin their forces.”

"::~ REPEAT, WARNING ONE ACTIVE, REPEAT, WARNING ONE ACTIVE!! INFERNAL FORCES HAVE BREACHED DIMENSION D-3!! HOSTILITIES IMMINENT, POSSIBILITY OF TERMINAL COMMUNICATIONS AT ANY TIME!!

REPEAT, WARNING ONE ACTIVE!!! ~ ::"

The warning was broadcast from the Intracell Gate and Sol System Zenith Station locations. The former twenty-lightyears from where the Abh were.

The Gaians acknoweledged immediately, when the Emperiya forces arrive, and wonder if the numbers brought to both locations will be enough.

The Great Enemy was soon swarming out in numbers starting to surpass 3:1 odds.

The key to all of this was simple. "If the forces here can somehow manage to hold out for one hour, the Allies full Reserves will arrive at each location. The Counterattack will take place at the same time." Lady Sirrana informed her compatriots, over open comm for all to hear. Her words were ironclad as Lady Diana watched from Sirrana's left.

"However, the Infernals are fully capable to destroying us outright within five minutes. Our Father's fleet at the Genesis Barrier included. The catch will be to fight them on our terms, not theirs. Therefore we got a few suprises waiting for them when they start the attack. They won't attack in chaotic peacemeal. They'll form ranks and assault enmass in numbers that should overwhelm us completely. Morale is also a part of their strategem, and 'that' is where we shall beat them.

Not spiritually, but in another way. When the time is right, enact Plan Gamma. Now, go and hope to live past this dark day my friends."

At that, the impromptu meeting ends and commanders in what few present warships are present, begin to take up in a most non-unified fleet line, broken up in clusters, and apparently leaving the Gate wide open.

In the Sol System, the few dozen vessels present, begin to meld with the arrivals of other nation's fleets, and are ordered to take position at the polar zone of Saturn.

And then, they wait.... a whole thirty minutes as the Infernal fleet arrives. Firing them now when they are still too far attached to the Infernal realm, will only feed the entropic nature of these beings, not kill them.

Only when they are fully exposed, even in their immense numbers of several thousand per tertiary portal at both locations, will they be truly able to be killed. Enough to remove them from the battlezone for the time period needed for the Allies to arrive in full.

The Allies would be here, but that would 'also' be a breach of the Treaty, as such, only the Ascendancy and direct Ascendant and Angelic allies were present. The rest had to wait.

The wait would end as soon as a single Infernal vessel even so much as fires a flare gun.

Before then, the rules of the Celestial Accord between Heaven and Hell had to be obeyed. All sides were accountable, no matter how unfair it all seemed at the moment.

The Infernals were going through a Portal, not actively fighting yet.

That would change....

Emperor Destartes watched as the infernal ships exited from the portal. They did not fire, even as the twenty Bulldozer-class cruisers maneuvered through them, depositing little demons of their own: Remote controlled anitmatter missile packs. Each R-CAMP carried within it ten seperate antimatter filled cruise missiles that went hyper velocity within milliseconds of activation. Destartes was proud. He thought he would have had to deploy them on the run, as he would have to fight immediately upon them entering the system. But now he could seed them right upon their entrance gate and in between their formations.

But even he knew it would do little to diminish their numbers.

"Make sure they target different targets. The objective is to damage as many of them as possible. Killing them should only be secondary to crippling them."

The entire fleet was ready for an engagement. His own Cherub-class Dreadnaught was a Leviathan-type. The weapons it carried were designed with one purpose in mind: planet killing... literally. It sacrificed the multiple capital-ship weapon systems to carry 10 Devastator Missile Racks, 6 Annihilator Cannons, and a few scattered capital-ship weapons and anti-fighter weapons.

There were two types of missiles aboard. The first was the A-100 model, which was an antimatter warhead, a warhead that would easily cause an impact crater the size of New York, built around a micro jump-drive and afterburner, which allowed it to just launch from the rack, move a few meters away from the ship, and 'jump' to its target, and it was accurate to within 20 meters. Once there, it hit the afterburner, and slammed into the target. The design was excessively expensive, and reserved for especially tough to crack planetary defenses and or large fleet engagements.

The second type was the A-143 model. Basically the same as a R-CAM, but with the ability to maneuver into position. The delivery system carried one of the best ECM and plasma shield systems available to get the missiles into place to launch. While many other missiles systems used the R-CAM model, none carried the amount of warheads the A-143 did. Not even a Dreadnaught could survive more than five direct hits by either the A-143 or A-100 models.

Eight more Dreadnaughts were within the formation, but none of the Leviathan-type. 27 Throne-Class Super Heavy Battleships, 36 Domination-Class Heavy Battleships, 6 Landslide-Class Super Carriers, 45 Virtue-Class Battleships, 45 Power-Class Battleships, and 72 Principality-Class Battleships, 81 ArchAngel-class Battleships, 81 Angel-Class Fast Battleships, 12 Stalker Assault Carriers and 45 Saviour-class Light Battleships represented the Capital-Ship line up for the entire Sixteenth Fleet. 459 Heavy Capital Ships. The rest of the 1121 ships were made up of Battlewagons down to the lowly Frigate.

And so they waited. They were ready.

Kenesh calmly strode up to the bridge with a report in her hand and looked for the Emperor. Dusanyu was sitting in his chair with his head in his hands and eyes closed. Dusanyu peered up through closed eye lids. "The sord is stable now and the gates are currently being finished. I have established a message with Admiral Wakapale and told her to have her forces on standby and to rouse the human commanders as well."

Kenesh merely nodded. "Your highness, there are reports of high energy spikes coming from a sector not far away from here."

The Emperor opened his eyes a little bit more. "How far would it take us to get there?"

Her shoulders rose and fell. "About five minutes at the most but if we are to leave for that sector, Admiral Wakapale's fleet would not be able to aid us should any conflict arise. We would have to depend on the land dwellers ships and forces."

Dusanyu looked up. "That does not matter. Some of them are more powerful like the Destroyers that are accompanying us and this ship. It will all be fine. Is there anything else?"

"Yes. A SeaQuestian exploration ship was attacked unjustly. Admiral Bebaus has engaged the agressors and they appear to be winning."

The Emperor sighed. "Once the battle is won, give orders to Admiral Mustaf and Rulef to blockade their system. They will have to learn to play nice with the rest of the universe."

"Thank you sir. That's all I have." Kenesh turned to walk away and headed for the communicator.

Outside sparks could be seen as parts of the gate were being welded together by construction crews from the Abh vessels. The last piece was connected and the workers ignited their thruster packs to get clear of their job. The engineers aboard the Forager brought the gate online through a series of screens and security codes. Blue energy waves eminated from each section of the gate. This would allow the Sord to continue and keep it stabilize. Artificial sords couldn't last without a power source keeping it from fluxuating. If the gate was destroyed then the Sord would eventually collapse. Several ships from the Abh Empire where already inroute to secure the area and to setup defenses.

The Abh fleet opened jumpgates and began moving toward the source of the energy spike. They didn't know what was going to be there waiting for them.

Ma then saw his foes coming once more.....the blood in his veins grew hot, and his pulse quickened as he saw the enemy. Their monstrosities, large and small, were indeed like demons from Dante's works.....they scared the crew, and many began praying to their respective Gods-or if they were athiests, trying to prove to themselves they were just hallucinating from the ship's food.

But Ma knew what he was here for. This was the moment Allah had called him here to play a part in. The time was now.

Ma then said, issuing an order to the whole of his fleet, "Charge up the Super Warp Cannons! Charge the standard Cannons! Prep the People's Hammers! All pilots, scramble! The moment they exit those wormholes, ATTACK!"

The humming of the Super Warp Cannon was heard on the vessel, and the weapons officers prepared for anything, and activity of all kinds was heard, as Red Alert was sounded. Scanners went wild, as all kinds of dark energies and forms were detected......

Ma then said, "Contact all and any allies in the area. Tell them we are here, and in the name of God, we will destroy the foe!"

The Abh fleet glided through Hyperspace without a concern in the universe. Once again Kenesh was walking to the Emperor with another report. Dusanyu smirked upon seeing her arrival. "Well Kenesh it certainly seems that you are getting your workout in but I thought we Abh needed no such workouts. Are you spending too much time with the land dweller women again?"

Kenesh's left eye narrowed and looked like it was on the verge of twitching, something she had developed while serving on his highness's ship. "No sir and I believe I look just fine."

Dusanyu grinned and nodded. "Yes I agree with your asessment. So what is it now?"

Kenesh had her fists firmly at her sided. Images of decking the Emperor flodded her mind but that wouldn't look well on her record and he was the Emperor afterall. Instead she just sighed. "We have a communication from one of our allies that happen to be in this system."

Dusanyu's eyes opened. "The Gaians."

She shook her head. "No, it's New Dornalia."

He cocked his head and looked up at her. "What are they doing here?"

"I do not know sir but whatever the reason is, they are underattack and it doesn't sound good."

He entertwined his fingers together in front of his face. "The enemy?"

"Unknown sir."

The Emperor closed his eyes. "At any rate, we are all alone since we do not have the forces to spare. It would take some time for my fleet to change ships and make for this system. Don't worry chief, this ship can take care of itself."

Kenesh didn't look optimistic but nodded anyways. "Yes your highness."

The three ships came out of Hyperspace a good distance from the battle that was raging. The Emperor calmly stood up from his chair and walked to the railing. His face was expressionless like only an Abriels could be. "I want an analysis of the enemy and get in contact with New Dornalia's fleet."

New Dornalia fleet. This is the Emperor of the Abh Empire. I need a report on the situation so we may be of better asisstance to you. We have the firepower, we just need to know where you need us.

"Sir, a message."

Ma said, "Onscreen."

The message from the Abh fleet came by. He smiled. More forces on the side of Allah. They would prove useful friends in the fight.

He replied, "I am Admiral Jueng Ma of the Terran Socialist Republican Navy, allies of the New Dornalians. My status is that I am facing down the enemy. There are many ships, of many infernal designs. Gaian Ascendancy

*Genesis Barrier*

..and in fact all three initial zones, the Infernals 'still' took their wretched time, as they kept pulling more, and more, and more warships through dimensions. Worse, they were extremely patient. Not at all like a collage of chaos incarnite, as they had been in war far too long to be playing to emotions for their own sake.

The Ascendancy line watched along it's entire line, as the Infernal vangards took up a very 'ground based' formation approach, as the fleets began to form in into viciously huge blocks of massed warships.

At Sol and the Gate, they formed in 'smaller' formations of said blocks, due mainly to numbers alone. In ration, each block was at least 500 x 500 vessels deep at mimimum, at the very front lines. In fact the formation started to resemble a series of ever expanded size blocks, in a three dimensional sharp wedge formation, with more reward formations up to the fith depth level, having six block tiers up to down. At the corners of each block, smaller sphere formations of very strange infernal craft too formation. at points at the upper 'slope' of the third depth line, Forward-X formations indicated command unit sections, where one ungodly large ship was set with wings of other smaller super-capitals. They acted as the nodes where entire Block Sectors could be controlled, within Infernal reason.

And WORSE, all of this was accented by the occasional sight of a Uber-Weapon starship, one obviously meant to target large scale defenders, and even whole planets along the Allied lines. Some well past the Death Star class in scale size, in shapes of any form of imagination.

Then, as if all of these vast numbers were not bad enough, the infernals had not brought forth their MAIN Fleet Force. Already, by the time the fifteenth minute had elapsed, over 1,500,000 Infernal warships had passed through the Portal. The Final Weapons had not appeared yet, and even the main commanders of the Infernal invasion hadn't even appeared yet. The entire endeavor here was meant to deliver impact of only one thing.

Demoralization.... the Infernals were long masters of delivering morale suffocation even before arriving on a battlefield fully. Then they had formations that were not only Fleets, but space capable infantry, the corners made of Artillery Fleet Sectors, and a coordinated command and control structure very much capable of delivering the morale crushing first strike they loved above all else. No number facing them of any kind in their eternal history was capable of making them pause.

Only actions 'during' a battle was the linchpin here. In fact, it was the one achellies heel of the Infernal warmachine.

It was what Aleaic faced now. The only difference between here, and the Heavenly Fourth Line, was location. Aleaic knew, despite the odds about to come, that the Infernals would fight in a specific way, to take advantage of one of the three main formations they had chosen for this battle. As a result, he knew that when the initial assault began, no matter what else came before, that he knew how to apply the right counterstroke to halt the enemy, no matter 'what' it's size.

Aleaic and his Council took great pains to study the Enemy on it's own terms, and knew that the old WARSAW vs. NATO application of military mindset could be applied here. The larger enemy, was a cumbersome one. NOTHING Aleaic knew, could change the mass of physics, and the shape of the battlefield.

The Enemy knew this too, and was taking all the time to strike as much fear before hand, before attacking. Once in battle, the fear would no longer be the true factor, rather one a cog, one of many.

What Aleaic feared most therefore, was the fact that the homes of his family, allies, former enemies, and silent friends, were the ones at risk if the Infernals broke through anywhere.

Aleaic looked at the display spreading out in classic Enemy formation. The Block Forward Wedge formation. "I wish it was right for me to feel a little better at this point." Al commente aloud.

Tsunami was rushing between Advisory One and a comm panel on Command Platform between other Allied Fleet Commanders, getting visual status of the forming formation. She stopped by as Al spoke, and responded. "Just don't feel giddy about it."

Al smirked over as Tsui heads back to Ackronus's Station, and looks back.

Al had a few tricks ready to unleash, based on 'other' data he had gathered just after the portal formed. He had to wait for the Enemy to finish forming, and making posturing events, before he could expect an attack.

Again the Accord rules of warfare. After that, literally to 'hell' with it all.

What Aleaic 'didn't' expect, where no Heavenly intellegence could be able to warn him about, was suddenly coming through the portal next.

"[i]:: Reading new vessel signature appearing through the portal at a vector nearly polar opposite to our own.

The signature is a new energy type, now seen before. ::"

Al suddenly looks over up and wide back arc left to Sensors, and then to where indicated. There, a single HUGE black ship was starting to appear like it was melting into view from the pitch black center of the vast portal. As it appeared, Aleaic more and more began to see too much familiarity.

Eventually, he saw too much and responded.. "...wha.... what the light?!

It... it looks like 'our' ship!"

---

At Sol and the Gate, the Infernals took up the same block formation type, and took their time, knowing by now that the defenders were both of mostly non-celestial types, as well as numerically inferior in number. The vangards in both locations were sure to keep a 6:1 ration advantage in numbers. However Uber-Weapon vessels were absent in both locations, the portals too weak to support such a mass of any amount.

They had many 300+ kilometer warped masses however, so they were not apparently woried. Among the Infernal Demon and Devil crews, support and infantry units, they kept smelling the flesh of many mortal souls, and their terrified flesh, vibrating fear through the Psy and Astral plannars, a horrid bloodlust building up to a manic fenzy as a sickening result of. The more fear that was generated by the defenders, the more the invaders grew into a ravenous frenzy. The Demons and devils were of every type of nightmare imaginable, 'and' beyond imagination. If there was a visula to it all, it was insanity applied to physical form, just enough to terrify those that viewed them.

And at the two locations, they amused themselves also on the peparations of the defenders, and any new arrivals, such as the Abh and New Dornalians, among others. It was a pure joke to them, how the defenders prepared. They knew the Allies were the serious threat, and that the other defenders were capable of hurting, killing, and destroying them.

They didn't care. They just wanted the souls in mass quantities of the defenders. They didn't care about dying. Such things are mute when you end up back where you started, and can return to the field of battle in relatively short order. Death was no doorway to them. It was an ingraned flinch to them. Or maybe it simpyl didn't have meaning to them.

There were pitifully few philosophers in Hell.

In another five minutes, the first act would commence in blood.

Unknown to any side, 'another' force was gathering strength, to come to aid of another call. They too were nearly ready to strike. Unbeknowest to 'all'.

Dusanyu was still at the screen with Admiral Ma. "Understood. We'll see where we are can be most beneficial." The Emperor clicked the screen off and then stood from his chair.

Kenesh was there waiting for him. Dusanyu looked at her with a smirk. "Reports?"

She let the sarcastic remark slide as the Emperor approached the railing to look down on the tactical map that was in the floor of the ship. "Enemy strength?"

A young Abh woman that had been only recently appointed to the Emperor's command. "Your highness. The enemy appears to keep coming so we cannot get an accurate count but the numbers are large."

The Emperor looked down at the map and saw the forces that were forming against him, the mere 3 ships that he possessed. Even though the news would be surely disturbing for anyone, Dusanyu kept a calm facade like only an Abriel could. "Go to battlestations. Level Red."

Alarms began ringing out from the ships as crews rushed to their posts. Weapons began powering up and men reported to their fighters should it be needed.

"Keirn've, We will take the right flank of the New Dornalian fleet. Tell the other Destroyers to follow suit and to watch our rear."

"Yes your highness." The 45 kilometer ship glided to the right of the New Dornalian fleet along with its escort of two Victory Destroyers. Blue energy could be seen forming in the Forager's main weapon ports.

The Abh manning weapons controls reported in. "Sir, weapons online."

The Emperor nodded. "Good. Communications, inform the Destroyers to do likewise. We have never lost a destroyer before. This may be the first time we lose one."

Kenesh stepped forward tired of his calm expression and the solid tone that was in his voice. "Your highness are you sure this is wise? I mean you are the Emperor afterall and I would be shamed to be known as the Chief of Staff that let her Emperor die in battle."

Dusanyu grinned as he cocked his head towards her. "We won't die. You forget that I am and Abriel and have the pride of one. We will win the day, you'll see."

He walked to the side of the railing to look over weapons control. "Have the high energy mass ready as well. We may be able to destroy a few ships with one shot."
Gaian Ascendancy

A minute later, the warped version of an A-SSD finished forming, it's entire mirror length of the Eternal Destiny was a pitch black mass. Entire sections were profuse of vicious, serrated spike lengths that wanted nothing more than to tear at anything alive.

The immense vessel of Hell was not as much a mere mirror of the Eternal Destiny and it's sister ships, but more, Aleaic 'knew'. "It's him. I don't believe it." Tsunami looks back from Advisory One.

Then it comes.. ":: We're being hailed. ::"

Aleaic looks down and right to Comms Section. "From who?"

":: .....um...... well...... he says you already know who sire. ::"

Aleaic slowly craned his head to the front. Tsunami, Ackronus, Azusa and Yurika also looked up from what they were doing, Aleaic reactively gulped, and then didn't hesitate the next command. "Do it."

The vidscreen image that opens up next, is of an image that hadn't been seen in fifteen years, and only then in the presence of few others, when the Dark Excellency revealed himself for the first time, if ever so briefly and terrifyingly so. The image was force fed as well, not only at the Allies at the Genesis Barrier, but 'also' with full intent of the cold effect desired, to the remainder of the allies at the Sol and Gate defense fleets as well. Abh, Dornalian, Hansian, Emperiyan, and other 'allied' vessels with communications screens, saw the visage of a pure darkness with few equals. More, not even of this dimension, nor even Hell's own.

Aleaic turned a scowl utterly poisonous, as equal to the shock most everyone else in the Gaian Council that watched. Everyone else was plain beside themselves with sight of a pure black evil.

The thrum of his voice starts simply as was the entrance itself. ":: {{{{{~ I said I would be back 'Excellency'. ~}}}}} ::"

Aleaic's voice retorts clearly, in fact across all the same open channels at the same time. "No welcome mat for you bub."

An oily chuckle plays back the screen, his facade was as simple as it was unimaginable. A dark, semi featureless figure under a roilling black cowl of half black cloth, half black flame. There is not as much featureless shadow, as more an endless pit within. There are many that look like this as Sith lords and such. But few are in so much a part of the Entropic existence that this one being encompasses so much. His black history brought him to love death so much, that he breathed not for air, but for shadow itself, as if it was a physical thing.

The bare measureable detail of folds in the half black cloth, shown a gray 'light' that seemed to have no source, as the background was a bare hint higher in black tones, if only to give the viewers something to see, other than the glowing grey eyes that seemed to pour black whisps out from them. There was no apparent face, and those thinking it might be a wraith with decayed flesh and bone of such things, have a hard time seeing even this. It seems there 'is' no face to grasp detail of. Only roiling black whisps that seep everywhere. But clear detail overall is still maintained.

The emination of such evil, with few equals yet more again, is a chill just to see, not added to the powerful aura of pure entropy that eminates, sapping courage from those even looking at this black soul.

He deneigs to banter words, and instead comes to the direct point, a factor that makes this being, also a mirror of the one being addressed. ":: {{{{{~ My Master commands only one thing from this Dimension. To disobey is a torment unto time with no end to come.

He commands the utter and unconditional surrender of this entire Dimension, for the trespass that one of the native civilizations from here, conducted in the name of Hell's eternal Enemy.

As a result, the D-3 Dimension will disarm, and prepare for eternal slavery to the Will of the True Evil One, for all time. To resist us is of course, foolhardy and baseless. Resistance against THIS Will 'is' futile. To do otherwise will bring simply more pain when the inevitable finally happens anyway.

In the name of the Infernal Apocalypse, submit to our Will 'now'. ~}}}}} ::"

Aleaic for a moment, after his Nemesis finishes, only looks back with a bemused smirk. "He told you to say that I presume. Like we'll obey or believe our cause lost. We are 'not' that stupid."

The Dark Excellency only leans in on the screen, his entropic eyes setteling closer at Aleaic alone. (and closer to everyone else watching their respective screens...) ":: {{{{{~ Oh, do please disobey this mandate. It is of course only patsy words meant to instil fear. Infinite times before has this little speech passed through many ears, and indeed most invasions fail as they were meant to. I fully understand that our own is no less susceptable to the defeat by the greater good, even with the full power of this Dimension's good, neutral and evil minded civilizations steered to a singular course to prevent the destruction of all they hold dear, cherish so well, and trappings of power vaunted so.

But then there 'is' a reason why there is a thing called Armageddon in the 'first' place Mirror Avatar. There is a reason the minds of so many wish for to avoid the Final End. The point where all loss becomes final, and no return in the wheel of Time can be attempted. There are those stories of the great blackness where all life is snuffed out, and why it is filled with fear, more and more each day of each world, upon the coming day that Pandora's Box is unsealed.

Aleaic just mocks back.. "A charming and warm personality complex?"

The blackness leans back. ":: {{{{{~ Please... oh do please all that you can to fight. Do everything of all unimaginable fury upon this Great Enemy of all Enemies. The one all those books of religion speak of, that say be good, or here you will suffer for sins unrepent.

Aleaic just looks on blandly. He's head this kind of talk too much to simply believe this will actually happen. But if he 'knows' his apparent mirror self all too well, as a total reversal of all Aleaic himself holds dear.

He knows this time Mulhorand is not making a mere boast.

But he does make a decent attempt at a retort. Tsunami behind him among all the rest feels the words best.

"No Final Entropy 'is' a Final True and Utter End. There is a Beginning after that. More, however you manage to find a way to comitt your act, there are 'others' just as powerful to prevent the same. This Dimension's time has 'not' come. I can believe this, and you 'can't' stop the catalyst from even your own plans come fruition.

If we bring your ideal to light, you bring MINE in turn bub!"

Mulhorand finally RIPS a vicious retort back. ":: {{{{{~ IT MATTERS NOT! To get to your ideal, a terrible pain will suffer through all you hold dear, in the most anguish imaginable to the mind, and BEYOND!!

And personally as well!!!! ALL FORCES BEGIN THE INVASION!!! ~}}}}} ::"

Aleaic is suddenly caught off guard, as the Accord is 'finally' breached, and with a terrible gamut of fire, the Infernals finally begin their full assault! Aleaic yells back over all open comms. "RETURN FIRE! NOW NOW NOW!!!!!"

If there was ever a moment where war had a moment of total intensity, it was here. Millions of vessels on both sides, mostly at the Genesis Barrier, but no less at the Gate and Sol in any less intensity, begin a literall wall of fire at each other, that melts minds just 'looking' at it for the first few moments.

The war HAS begun!

OOC: Hansia was me getting the Imperial Shadow Armada into postition. I was to lazy to switch profiles...

IC: The Imperial Shadow Armada was already in there regular wedge formation with the Attack ships in front and Motherships and Command Ships in the Center.. The Cruisers and the the heaver ships were behind with the majority of the missile reserves.

The Infernal ships caught the Shadow Empire's forces by surpised but every Deatharon and Ithkul in the Armada was already veterans of various wars and heavy training exercises.

The Imperial Shadow Armada unleashes there feared Beta Class missiles. these hunter killer projectiles were fired by every ship in the Armada, In short tens of thousands of these projectiles and headed towards the Infernal Apocalypse Warships with the intent of destroying the first wave and weakening there second wave.

The Emperor watched the screen with of little interest at the sight of pure evil. It was not like an Abriel to show fear and Dusanyu had seen far too much in his life to be turned back now. His command saber came out and one fluid motion as he pointed down at the tactical map.

"Tell the Victory Destroyers to not use their main weapon. We don't have enough ships to protect them when they do. Level 1 firing only. As for us, I want the energy orb ready to launch in five minutes. Let's see how many we can take out in one shot."

At the same time, Ma felt a sense of fear welling up within him. Yet he knew he had to do this...Allah was telling him not to fear. Not to give up. The fleet in front of him was a conquering fleet, a fleet meant for subjigation, a fleet of pure evil. Something whose ambitions had to be quenched, so peace could be brought to the Universe.

He performed an old Acolyte breathing exercise, to calm him down, and give him some power of the Force, to calm him down. He then prayed to Allah, saying, "All-Merciful, Benevolent God-do not forsake me or my allies. Be with us."

He then said, "Status?"

The commsman said, "Sir, all ships report all weapons ready. They are waiting on you."

Ma smiled.

"All Super Warp Cannons, open fire and concentrate on the ships in the front. All Antimatter Torpedoes, fire them into the center of each formation, groups of 10 at a time. Follow up with Warp Cannon shots, and conventionals. Try and scatter them."

The commsman said, "Aye."

The weapons were fired as commanded. A wave of Super Warp Cannon fire, like shooting stars across a night sky, like a chariot of fire riding across the heavens, carreened towards as many enemy ships as possible. As instructed, they hit those that were in the front of each formation.....then the waves of People's Hammer Torpedoes followed, aimed at the center of each Infernal group.

The war for Ma and his Republicans had begun.

Celestial, Heavenly and Infernal vessels alike, are actually just as fragile on the mortal planes, as mortal commanded versions are. If you can defeat the massive defelctor shields and psy barriers around each vessel, it's die just as easily. The inhabitants were not so superhuman either, that they didn't need environ suits of some form to exist in the external unpressureized areas of space. In Heaven or Hell, they could, but in normal space, the rules still stuck.

Thus the Infernals died in good numbers in the first exchanges, as the Infernals displayed a decent amount of mass fire, but not exactly accurate fire. Their numbers were in part, due to the fact that their technologies were still based on the chaos they existed from. Again the NATO vs. WARSAW difference in technological levels. Angelic was of course extremely effective, and Allied forces took their great share of enemy kills out of the masses before them.

But the Enemy was not 'that' inept, just stuck to rules they rather destroy. One reason they are here in fact. Their immense numbers, their Infernal enhanced weaponry, and their exoskeleton power suits that acted as Infernal power amplifers to their normal powers, muted as they were here, not to mention they had a different kind of commander in the first place leading the invasion, was a good equallizer for the Infernals.

This losses on both sides were on par. Except the Allies couldn't hold the line if losses kept up like this. Worse, the Infernals began to advance in their immense mass. Artillery based vessels began to inflict long range damage from as far away as ten kilometers. Worse, the enhanced power amplifications made the natural effects of celestial weapons just as instantly fatal. Entire capital ships died all too easily in billowing balls of plasma. Worse, the A-SSDs began to suffer grevious damage amounts in short order, though the Infernal Super-Capitals were no less gouged. The Eternal Destiny alone took three heavy shots in quick order, in Plane Three, Four, and the Forward part of Plane Two.

Infernal and Angelic exosuit forces, mingled with mass clouds of Ascendancy and Allied starfighters and mobile suits railed severe hailstorms of starfighter fire, and heavier fire at each other, and opposing Capital vessels. It 'was' a freightening sight, not for it simply being a battle..

..but the sheer size and scope of it all. Battles took place so far out of sight of each other, and 'still' affected each other's battlefield tactics, that the overall scope of the tactical situation, that there 'was' no true strategic situation on top of, without seeing one enourmous shift in lines entire Parsecs in length. Anything smaller was a tactical situation, encompassing hundreds of changes, in thousands of light-years per a moment by moment basis.

The only saving grace was that the planetary battles were few and far between. Other than the ones the local Allies had arrived in, the Genesis Zones had few actual planets nearby. But those that did, about 921 worlds overall, of non-gaseous, including molten surface types however, saw just as furious battles that encompased the entire surface of each world at once. No patch of ground was truly safe to hide, as the Infernals even invaded 'inside' entire worlds since it was natural basings for resources anyway, and the angelics had to drive them out of such entrenchments.

Moons no less severely contested, as mutli-colored, atmospheric and non-atmospheric alike, were contested in the same vicious manner. Even mere planetoid belts had few astreoids that didn't see at least the mere minor number of brutal exchanges.

And as there were millions of vessels involved, with a hundred times more in smaller fighters involved, the numbers dying were atrocious by the second. It was here that the frightening part of the entire endeavor was taking place. Entire slews of the dead were soon supplicated to respective regeneration chambers, though many infernal and angelic alike were usually infantry 'recycled' into base infantry forms. It was like a gargantuan version of a Star Wars: Battlefront (I or II) where the dead were respawned. The problem was the more mortal equations, as the Ascendancy could not do that as easily.

They had to use special teleporter lock nodes, linked to a immense mainframe of lifesigns that kept track of whether a subject lived or died. If they died, the subject was teleported to the nearest vessel to be Gene Refabricated in short order. Usually a vast Hospital Ship behind the lines, as teleporter lengths were very effective across entire light-years. But forward Capital Ships did this as well. Within an hour, a subject was ready to return to duty.

If a ship survived that long. If not, a chain of sorts was in place, for successive vessels to recover the dead. The same could not be said for the vessels, and a dead vessel, even one with good regeneration repair facilities to recover vessels, was still out of the fight.

And with vessels dying at unholy rates on both sides, worse with the Infernals only fighting with the vangard wave, and 'not' the Main waves that was soon coming. Within the first five minutes of the battle alone, a SEVERE crisis was forming, as the Allies feared all along in the first place. And it was more of a nightmare at the Gate and Sol portals, where the Great Enemy bore down on their targets with unceasing terror.

One sixth of the Allied forces there, not counting the Abh, Empiriyan, Dornalian and other vessels, were soon gone. The lines were already buckling under the tremendous pressure. There were no reserves in either place. If either broke, Sol or the Gate was gone.

":: *panicked male* Dear God there's too many of th... AGRHH... *hissss* ::"

":: The Argonus is down! The left upper flank is going to break!! ::"

":: *woman's crying voice* God no God!! My legs are gone! My legs! My.... *split explosion, then silence.* ::"

Sirrana and Diana watched and heard the sheer constant amount of panicked calls for help, attempts to assist, and other nightmare voices of battle, taking place on the defending side of what is quickly turning into a losing battle.

Sirrana can note that the tactical holos around her are showing the lines are buckling already. It's all happening so damn fast, they can't react to anything more than with PURE reaction. There's too many....

"We won't make it." Sirrana blurts out, and Diana reacts badly by punching a console near a lieutenant, shocking the officer, and gashing her hand. Everything is ripe with raw emotion.

"This isn't fair. How can we lose like this?!"

"~ We are 'not' beaten yet young ones! None of the lines are broken. None of them. Our assistance from the local nations are helping as best they can. Our own help is coming very fast. We need to believe we will win. This Enemy feeds on defeatisim if anything else, and we cannot GIVE them that! ~"

The two Lady Princesses look back at their Ascendant friend Orack, and find strength again, despite the torrent of battlefield voices of death all over comms.

"You're right." Sirrana responded. She then looks at the battlefield. "But what can we do? We don't have the numbers to pull anything fancy."

Diana then responds in a suprising manner. "Some of them aren't here yet. The Abh are only a few vessels in strength. If we inform them at least, and any other following vessels to attack in specific areas, we might distrupt the command control structure they need too miuch."

Sirrana looks at her sister. "Hey, not bad."

Diana though adds. "What about Sol? We can't get any help there."

No one has an answer to that.

"This is going to get ugly real fast." Kenesh looked up at her Emperor hearing his remark. If Dusanyu would admit such a thing, then surely it was going bad. The man was ever optimistic and not easily admitted defeat. She always figured that he would fight to the bitter end but this seemed different.

"Your highness?"

Dusanyu ignored the question as he walked to another end of the railing peering down at the weapons control. "How long until the energy mass is ready for launch?"

"Ready now your Highness."

"Hold fire. Their frontlines are merely fodder for the slaughter. Inform Victory Destroyers to fire all forward batteries. As for us, put the energy source in statsis at the front of the ship in its holders. Fire all Death Rays, Lightning Cannons, and Flame Beams."

The ship rocked with energy as weapons came on line and the ship lit up as a large blue energy orb pulsed infront of the bow. It remained their in clamps though as it waited for more suitable targets. Weapons locked on to lesser ships and fired away with what looked to be pure lightning bolts of energy that streaked across space at its enemies. Flames shot out to engulf whole ships but unlike fire that needs oxygen to burn, this was hot plasma that heated ships to explosion.

The Forager wasn't the name it was meant to have because of its offensive capabilities. Names bordered more along the lines of Zeus or Ares but its purpose left the name Forager for creating Sords.

The Victory Destroyers were no less impressive. They lit up with brilliant yellow energy and it seemed as if there wasn't a section of the ship that did not fire. Nuclear Fusion missles launched from the ports along the hull into the demons.

Dusanyu sat back down in his chair as the ship continued to rock with the intense fire. He pushed a few buttons on the arm rest that brought up a small video screen. A young Abh woman appeared on the other end. "Communications, get me in touch with Admiral Wakapale. We are going to need some help fairly soon. I am requesting more ships from the land dweller branch of Star Forces. What we have left, I want it here."

The woman was a bit shocked. She knew what this would mean for back home but he was the Emperor after all and everyone aboard the ship was loyal and unquestioning of him...well except for Kenesh out of her enjoyment. "Yes your Highness. Sending request now but the transmission is weak."

"That's fine just send it."

Ignoring the vast, near infinite numbers on both sides, the formation situation revolved upon a large block wedge formation slamming into a immense defensive forward cresent formation. Both sides held vast 'layers', and the Infernal vanguard assault was starting to mince into the Allied lines. The initial long range fore was quickly becoming for surviving vessels on both sides, cross bow fore stirtching death at each other broadside. Countless vessels were now in deathly close quarters with each other.

The immense cloud furballs of starfighters kept clawing at each other in the midst of all of this, and entire Wings of fighters/suits/exos on both sides came across vessel bridges.

Sometimes entire Wings crased into vessels at once. The amount of death is impossible to justify so plainly. It all is flat out a mass tragedy occuring.

On the Eternal Destiny, the view was no less traumatic. Constantly, large Capital ships bore by the Command Core, as fighters in large quantities screamed by. Far too many died upon the fluctuating shields here as well. It made one wonder if this was the place 'no one' would actually live to see victory on either side.

If there was such a thing at all.

Aleaic was hard pressed not to be transfixed by the scope of it all. All he could do at the moment was issue local orders, and watch their horrid effects. One time to many already, cries of death knells from Comm Sectors called the death of vessels with commanders he knew personally in one way or another.

Tsunami was no less rushed on her end, as Core crews, and damage crews rushed about to their duties. Someplace behind them, a loud pressure explosion signifying a vessel of decent size slamming into the aft portions of Command Core could be felt. A small drup of air pressure could be noticed. It was the seventh one already, patched up by vessel repair and droid systems.

She approached. "They've made it to the third line. We can't hold them for much longer."

Aleaic was eerily calm at this point. All the fears of what was to come, now was occuring. Being fearful was no longer worth it. If death came. It came. He turns back with.. "We won't need to.

Prepare the first countermeasure. All free command given."

Tsunami looked with no small amount of uneasyness. "You know what that will..."

"...do to the fabric of space. At this point it's more about saving what we can before we lose it all. It's too late I'm afraid for environmental concerns.

..les all of it is destroyed nonetheless. I know. I know." Aleaic says with a dour tone, knowing the sin he's making a command to others to follow. Tsunami nods, and then deliberately gloms onto Al for a brief moment before rushing back to Ackronus to deliver the horrid order.

--

The order given was no less traumatic sounding for the breaking forces in Sol and the Gate. Sirrana commented to Orack simply with.. "Gods of Lords forgive us."

In short order, the stockpiles of Genesis Subspace-Foundation warheads started to be pull out of dimensionalized storage centers on many of the heavy Capital vessels still remaining. A kenetic warhead made by Angelic forces in a way beyond normal comprehension, it was a weapon with only one use.

A small scale Genesis wave detonation with 'all' the destructive effects intended. Worse, the weapons could be scaled to the target intended, meaning an explosion could be as catsotrophic to fleets, as it could be to portions of entire galaxies. The only reason that they were scaled to destroy universal sized targets (and the celestial 'did' employ entire universe killers.) was because the Accord at the very least, barred that kind of unabated destruction. Whole universes destroyed tended to ruin the needs of both sides, where souls are concerned.

But quite bluntly, the weapons were as much tactical weapons, as anything. Employed all the time in the Eternal War on it's celestial planes, they had been employed sparringly on mortal planes. But that meant they 'had' been used on the mortal planes.

Once again, that decision had come. The only chance the Allies had to stave off arout before the Angelics counterattacked, was to slow down the Enemy by making big fat gaping holes in their lines.

But the Allies here were dumb, as soon as the weapons were unleashed, the Infernals would do the same thing. The catch was then to employ the weapons in a systematic manner, and the targets were focused on Infernal command ships where possible. With lines breaking everywhere in Sol and Gate sectors, and the mass line at the Genesis Barrier being punctured deeply now, the only chance now was to disrupt the command control giving basic logic to the mass assault the infernals were drumming down.

Again the NATO / WARSAW variation here, this time with the universal scale version of tactical nuclear weapons.

This all was not lost on the morals of the Ascendancy itself. Only after the Accord was called upon them, had the Ascendancy considered such mass weapons of mutual destruction. Mere nuclear fission and fusion weapons on Infernals was no more than dum-dum bullets to them. Sure, take a few out, but radiation and other such normal effects were nothing to the mutilated Demonics and Devils anyway.

A Genesis based weapon was the scale version normal human fear the most. Just replace normal radiation with holy 'radiation type components, and then the pain becomes more clear. The Ascendancy never used them till the Eternal war for the same moral reasons from the start. Such weapons had no honor. That made using Genesis weapons now so much more the example of how desperate the situation truly was.

Ordering them on essentially home soil, was like American forces doing the same on American home soil to fend off an invasion. Doing it scars the defenders morally, as well as in flame. But the situation is as traumatic in the first place anyway.

Loss of morals or total defeat. Not much choices to go with. When the cost of defeat means the same for 'everyone' else in the same dimension, the equation suddenly becomes very moot.

This all was in fact going through nearly every mind in the defending Allied forces, as the order was given. As the weapons were loaded up, several hundred thousand in total number, an equal number of prayers of pennance was given as well.

At the Gate, Lord Orack called out.. "~ All available weapons ready. Lords forgive us. ~"

Diana just looked at Sirrana, too helpless to say anything this time. Sirrana just nodded and looked as several more defending vessels and fighters died in the near collapsing lines. The Abh and others were accounting themselves well.

She then said. "Inform our assisting allies that massive shockwaves are imminent. Deploy the assets." ..in a grave voice.

Comms soon sent out the following..

~ :: All allied vessel attention! Prepare for level fifteen shockwave event from deployment of Genesis type seven and nine tactical weapons. Attention, prepare for massive shockwave event!

Forgive us Lords... :: ~

--

Aleaic was just hearing final loading announcements, when a HUGE explosion suddenly rips nearby to the port. The vast viewports of the Command Core clearly show the dying mass of the A-SSD Illiad-Class Omakai.

Aleaic sees, and suddenly Tsunami screams behind him.. "MOTHER!!!!!!!!"

Aleaic roars in response, caring not suddenly for morals. "FIRE THE WEAPONS!!!!!"

Hundreds of thousands of projectiles of death follow in this wake......

Return fire from the Demonic forces rocked the side of the Forager as flames licked at the armor. Dusanyu leaned heavily at the rail. "Damage report!"

"Sir! Damage to the outter hull with a slight pressure leak but it is being fixed as we speak by the engineer crew. Shields still holding your Highness."

Kenesh was rushing back to the bridge with ANOTHER report. "Your Highness, message from the Gaians. There is an imminent shockwave headed our way. We are to brace for impact."

"Damage to systems?"

She shook her head. "If there are any they should be minimal with the armor."

The Emperor looked down at the weapons control in a moment of recollection and worry. "Fire the Energy mass now without delay!"

The pulsing blue mass of energy was shot from the front of the ship. It tumbled at the enemy forces as the energy continued to circle within itself. The blue orb by itself wouldn't destroy a ship though it would take out all systems but the real destruction came from its collapse. More energy than any sun possesed, the orb ripped open the doorway to Space Time itself and contained the Abh's secret to plane space.

The energy mass was now within range of the enemy forces. "Fire detonator on smaller scale. We don't need to make a sord in this foresaken strip of space. Inform allies to watch themselves, they might feel a little push."

A red dot shot out from the large vessel and crashed into the blue orb, driving to the center. Once there, it detonated collapsing the energy mass. A blinding white light gave the signal that it had collapsed which would have destroyed any ship in the area. Almost the like opening Jump Gates within a fleet but this was on to a much larger scale.

The Emperor settled into his chair as the shockwaves washed over the ship. "And to space particles do they return."

The Grand Shadow Armada of Deatharon unleashed several volleys of there dreaded Beta Class Hunter Killer Missiles. The Infernal ships were effective in hitting several Cruisers and Attack Ships. The Motherships and the Command Motherships start to fire with Psy Cannons, These Massive Beams of pure Psy destruction head towards the Infernal ships with the intent of turning them into dust in space..

The Imperial Interceptors and the Gaurda Class Fighters were dog fighting the enemy ships. The Molqaer had launched two fleets. Each fleet ranged at approximately 100 thousand ships but these numbers were nothing compared to the sheer number of the forces coming out of the portals.

One fleet had gone to Sol where the resistance was scantest while the other had gone to assist the Allied Fleet at the main front. Each ship launched an assortment of attacks, such as their Lux cannons, weapons with a little bit of "holy" power, as well as their Scindo torpedos.

On the ship Sanctus Telum...

"Gaian forces have reported a massive shockwave. It appears they are launching their Genesis weapons." reported one Molqaer.

"Shields at full capacity! Back away a distance from the epicenter but continue firing! We must push them back to where they came from!" ordered Mithithele.

All ships backed away and braced for impact, only having a little knowledge of the effect the Genesis warheads would have.

((OC- Kewl, much better.. =^^= ))

---

The distance to the Enemy was not very long, though in this case, the targets were as per the usual accord of Infernals mindsets. Fighting from the rear possible.

That meant the 'assets' managed to travel at least 5 kilometers at maximum, before the impact event.

The actual detonation was as silent as the maw of space itself was. If not for all the comms, no one would be able to hear the thousands dying per second anyway. The impact events were a massed rippiling of intenst white upon super-bright spheres of subspace rendering and shearing.

The weapons the Abh, Hansians, and Ageaolans were impressive and well effective. Many died, but not enough to budge the momentum of the Infernal lines appreciably enough.

The Genesis Weapons changed the equation in more this direction, as a swath of several hundred thousand Foundation Layer shear events through infinite subspace layers in between, created rips in the laws of Physics in all these places at once. The explosions ended up being magnifications of all the other WMD weapons, with the intended effects as mentioned previous. Some eleven percent of the Infernal vanguard lines were obliterated outright, with another twenty-three percent burned and immolated in holy radiation components that even managed to disrupt the regeneration component of the Infernal recovery of the dead. Essentially, the 'soul-train' of the dammed had a major kink in it's operation.

The numbers in count as a result is flat out too huge to realistically justify in a reasonable number. All that the Allies knew was that the weapons did their job enough and made a vast dent in the vanguard.

Then the shockwave hit 'everyone'. The Infernals knew well that this was coming all along anyway, and those that still survived the inital strike, had defensive screens up to try and weather the spatial malestrom that was starting to hit along whole Sector Fleets. The Allies did the same, and hoped the assisting allies screens were up to snuff.

Because when the shockwave hit, it was just a mere 'notch' down from that of a quarter-scale supernova shockwave. No matter how you looked at it, it was a SEVERE ride. As soon as the shockwave hit 'any' vessel, vessels were tossed about like tinker toys. With the close quarters involved in the first place, a LOT of vessels ended up being slammed into each other. A lot of souls died from being crushed into bulkheads and consoles. Some even died in seats, strapped down, and their bodies crushed by the sheer force of the momentum wrench.

Most of these were in the close two kilometer zone of the impact events. After, the shockwaves dropped in intensity in short order, the weapons not as effective in this regard in mortal space, rather than the native planes the weapons usually saw the most use. (Course ALL laws in the celestial planes made everything act differently, verses the mortal planes.)

Nonetheless, the most damnationable part of the use of the weapons, was the fact that the impact orbs that formed, became semi-permanent, screwing with ALL maner of sensors, and even visual capabilities, due to the severe blinding and holy plannar effects of the weapons.

But there was worse to come.

--

The shockwave out to the Gate was pretty bad, though not as horrendous at the impact zones. Sirrana and Diana managed to pick themselves up, after being tossed decently enough. Sirrana however was sporting a nasty head wound from hitting a console ledge. She partially wasn't thinking clearly..

....which...

"Report..." Diana called out as she reached her sister, ignoring a bad bruise on her left arm. Orack managed to shake off a whack to his head, and began to get an assesment.

--

"The Enemy vanguard is in tatters at the moment. We've managed to disrupt them."

Aleaic was shaking his head from a hard toss back into his command seat, still seeing a tad fuzzy. He looked back at an equally fuzzy vision of a now decently unkepmt Tsunami. "That's nice. Who am I again?"

Tsui managed a sly blonk on Al's head, before commenting.. "Someone who's alive. I'll feel guilty about it later also."

Al nodded, and then looked out at the vast carnage out beyond his vision. After a moment, one he does not rejoyce in, he replies.

"They'll be countering us in a bit here. Better tell everyone to expect a counterstrike."

Tsunami seriously gulped. "Aye love." ..and rushed back in a wobbily manner back to Advisory One, one of many stations that showed sparks of plasma induced battle damage.

Aleaic looked out at the scalded enemy vessel that the mockery of his own.

Al commented. "Your move scum."

--

In a dark place, after watching the first few moments of the lethal dance taken place, Lord Mulhorand now nursed a wound from his seemingly invisible forehead. The shock of the event having sent a piece of black metal at an angle across his head.

A black, viscous fluid that 'should' be blood, but very well could be liquid hate for all anyone else knew, seeped from the wound.

All he said was two things..

"{{{{{~ A proper move my moronic mirror. ~}}}}}"

...and... into a comm in the darkness....

"{{{{{~ Prepare to deploy the counter. We must be equal guests. ~}}}}}"

Ugly hasn't even begun yet.

The shockwave from the Genesis weapons washed over the Forager and blew it back several kilometers. Luckily the ship was made Abh capatible which meant the pilots could easily right the ship without needing sensors or landmarks for directions.

The ship was quickly brought back on course with effinciency along with the Victory Destroyers after some time. Positions were reorganized while ships went through a systems diagnostic.

Dusanyu helped Kenesh back to her feet. "Are you alright?"

She wiped off the front of her uniform and made adjustments to her tiara before answering. "Nothing hurt but my pride."

Dusanyu looked down onto the first level of the ship to check on the rest of his crew. "Give me a damage report."

"Your Highness, there were no casualties but three crew members were injured. The medical team is looking after them now. Our anti-fighter defenses are in a bit of a shamble. We have whole sectors that are off-line at the moment. We are working on repairs at the moment but it is going to take some time. Should we launch fighters?"

The Emperor shook his head. "We will not. We have a little breathing room at the moment to work on repairs. We will worry about fighters when the time comes but have the pilots on standby."

"Yes your Highness."

Dusanyu looked down at the tactical map to see that the enemy was already reforming for a counter attack. Much to his dismay, though he didn't show it, there seemed to be no end to the enemy's numbers.

He moved over to his chair and picked up his saber that had fallen from his grasp during the shockwave. He moved back to Kenesh's side. "Weapons online. Let the weapons build up for awhile. Let's see what they throw back at us. Inform the Destroyers to keep firing though."

*The Infernal Cores*

It was a place that represented the mutual place for the forces of the Demons, and the Devils, two forces usually locked in the Eternal Blood Wars, met with their currently singular master for the conduct of the greater invasion of their mutually despised foes of the realms of all light.

Here the True Evil One, known by many names so reviled, looks down into the vast chamber of the dark pits where an infernal version of a super-hologram globe, dipicting the invasion of the D-3 Dimension was taking place.

It was nigh impossible what true focus His mind had for all of this in the first place. A livid wanting for the destruction caused? The invasion of the goal for the Dimension itself?

Or just to send his minions to die, and do the same to His enemies in numbers untold. Or maybe even just to laugh at everyone, for thinking they had a purpose to fullfil for him in the first place, and that He was fooling them all for even thinking 'that' much in the first place.

The one thing he did not have dare questioned, was his authority in the decision behind yet another invasion of a mortal dimension.

"{{~ We can't win this, if anyone care for my opinion. ~}}"

Asmodeus would have struck this one down outright, if not for the fact it was a High Demon Lord, one that commanded a good tenth of the 'allied' Demon-Devil forces being sent through the Portal Breaches now. He 'did' retort instead with.. "<<{{{~ And neither can they in the End. After all, what more do we care if we gain anything from the mortals, excpet their slavery. ~}}}>>"

Another commander, Lady Hild, rather than Lord Tragon that spoke before, replies in a more neutral voice. "{{~ The viewpoint that we lose more than that in the End, feels too much a part of my mind as we conduct these invasions. The Dimensions are not infinite, and if we are to consider that losing too many means losing our base for gaining infernal souls after they naturally die, then should we not consider our own future in this all?

Or are we breaking with traditions so utterly? ~}}"

"{{>~ Are you afraid of doing such Hild? His Master knows what of course is best. ~<}}" ..this causes Hild to look with disgust at the Devil Lord Prak`chte, a well know bloodnoser of sickening degrees. No one was fooled, but no one was dumb not to do likewise at times either.

Hild just reacts.. "{{~ When you lose your slaves, you might care. A hard concept for you in the first place. ~}}"

The three, among other Infernal Lords of the Hell Core Council, something akin supposed to represent the alliance of the Greater Evils, continued to bicker across the vast dark pit, as the Great Evil prefered. Never in unison to come to any consensus, especially to truly challenge his Will.

There was a greater threat to consider, than mere souls lost after all. When He spoke, it did so in volumes.

"<<{{{~ The mortals here grow too strong. Left unchecked, they would come here and tear us down, even at the cost of ALL their lives.

Never will I allow mortals to combine to detroy us. Nor even to touch our ground without lethal recourse. Hence, the best way to do that, is on the ground of their own. Breaking thei will before they realize they have a common one.

I don't 'care' for souls from that dimension in the first place, I sent a special agent to conduct my Will for the single purpose of removing that dimension from existence 'because' of this threat. It will be done, AT the cost of all that we deploy! The command for enslaving the dimension is only pretense. I want their combined souls to bleed pain for all of eternity in a black void. ~}}}>>"

Lady Hild then responds across the chamber with.. "{{~ The Vile ones Above will not allow this. ~}}"

Asmodeus chuckles in a viscous voice.

"<<{{{~ I'm counting on it. ~}}}>>"

At that moment, the Infernals began to bring up their first echelons of the Main Wave through the Portal Breaches. Nuimbers untold was a woeful understatement in this regard, as if instead, it was a spreading virus upon us all.

Whatmore, the Enemy began to load their counter to the Genesis weapons.......

The Imperial Shadow Armada felt the effects of the Genesis weapons there Psy Shields and Dimensional Support fields held and prevented the Armada from becoming to chaotic but several hundred crewmen. (Deatharons) were badly injuried. The Ithkul Drones had some damage but they could repair themselves with there bio armor's ability of fast regeneration.

The Interceptors and Gaurda Class fighters that were in the thick of battle with the Infernal fleet were obliterated the pilots were mere Ithkul drones and were highly expendable in the eyes of the Grand Shadow Empire of Deatharon.

The Imperial Shadow Armada realizes that since the Gaians played there greatest weapon the Infernals would try something. The Captains and all the non injuried officer crew begin to form an MASSIVE Psy barrier around the Armada. The Ships halt fire because Deatharon weapons can not pentrate this type of a defense. The Fleet Marshals hoped this would save the majority of the Armada from what ever the Infernals retailate with..

The Molqaer fleet was generally prepared when the shockwave came. The gigantic wave shoved into and past them knocking them back but aside from headaches and minor damage, most of the fleet was alright. The only exception were the ships that were severely damaged. Their shields were not fully up to par so the shockwave ripped through them and blew the ships to pieces. Many cries could be heard as the shockwave finished off several ships.

The fleet however, did not miss a beat and constantly continued their fire on the enemy. Someone somewhere managed to think that the enemy would be launching a massive attack to counter the Gaian Genesis weapons. As a result, the entire fleet began to gather up energy to create the most powerful shield they could the instant the Enemy prepared to launch their attack.

Repairs on the Forager were taking longer than expected which did not please the Emperor. Dusanyu's ire was beginning to rise and no sensible being would want to stand before an Abriel's anger. "What's the status now?"

A nervous officer looked back. "Y-your Highness. They are still trying to track down the glitch but they have found that it is an electrical problem."

The Abriel's teeth began to grind. "If it is an electrical problem in the defense grid then it is not that hard to locate."

The young Abh's forehead began to bead with sweat. Dusanyu looked to Kenesh. "Take command for awhile."

Kenesh was shocked. She looked at him in astonishment almost unable to voice her question. "Where are you going at a time like this?"

Dusanyu's voice had calmed considerably by this time as he walked away. "I am going to fix the problem myself." He unclasped his cape and layed it over the back of his chair. He also unsashed his sword and rested it against the arm of the chair and then he left the bridge.
----------------------
Several Minutes Later

The same young Abh officer was sitting there monitoring his station. He was in charge of watching energy grids for the defense sectors. The malfunctioned areas were all in red. He began to get up to stretch his legs but a sudden change on the screen caught his eye. The red sectors one by one turned back to blue which signaled that everything was well. "Ma'am! Defense grid back on line!"

Kenesh didn't waste a single second. "Activate defense grid!" Hundreds of anti-fighter turrets slid out of hidden compartments and began training on anything that was remotly close. Shield energy levels began to fluxiuate and went back to maximum power.

"I don't believe it" she whispered under her breath.

The Emperor wasn't too far behind and came strolling back up to the bridge with a smug grin on his face quite satisfied with himself. Kenesh narrowed her eyes but couldn't keep a smirk from her face. "I believe you look like what the land dwellers call a grease monkey."

A short laugh left the Emperor as he looked at his uniform which had been dirtied by his work. "Perhaps but at least everything is back to normal."

Kenesh looked down at the tactical map. "You call this normal?"
Gaian Ascendancy
02-12-2005, 07:17
There was no such thing as normal here. Within minutes of the Genesis weapons impacting, the Infernals seemed to be easily regathering their numbers. It was like the casualties were never an issue. Worse, the disruptions to the 'respawning' process the Infernals used was only momentarily interrupted.

Back to square one. And worse again, the counter was ready.

--

At the Sol battle, the numbers the Molqaer fleet comprised managed to stave a rout. The line was essentially a severely bent reverse cresent the Infernals were pressuring with, with vast assaults at the flanks. At the moment, the battle was kept to the outer planets, and not seen by Earth itself.

At the Gate, it was a barely managable battleline before the Gate itself.

At the Genesis Barrier, the Infernals essentially stabbed their entire mass into the huge Allied lines. Now the numbers of the Infernal First Wave were beginning to tell on the already beleagured Allied lines. The Genesis weapions, used upon the Enemy vanguard, was having lesser an effect that intended.

Orack came up to Sirrana and Diana, the latter who was having trouble getting through to her older sister, reports suddenly with.. "~ The counterstrike is expected at any.... wha... is she...?"

Just before an answer can be made.. ":: THE ENEMY HAS LAUNCHED THE COUNTERSTRIKE!!! ::"

--

*Barrier, twenty seconds before..*

"Mother is okay, the Omakai is managing to withdraw from the battle." Tsunami says with great relief, as Lady Misaki seemed to escape serious harm.

Aleaic just looks at the immense one hundred kilometer long vessel, with it's center plane gouged with a HUGE thirty-two kilometer plus long hole, made by one of the opposing Enemy super-Capitals. Aleaic just comments.. "Damn.. the Ascendants know how to build them.

*looking back forward..* ..tell everyone to prepare for...

":: THE ENEMY HAS LAUNCHED THE COUNTERSTRIKE!!! ::"

Aleaic immediately roars out, almost rupturing his vocals... "BRACE YOURSELVES!!!!!"

"By the stars." That was all Kenesh managed to whipser when the counterattack began. She looked over to the Emperor who managed to stand tall and still proud. Dusanyu was too busy giving orders to worry though.

"What's our status?"

"Your Highness, defense grid is losing power and if it loses any more the attack will soon be knocking on the armor."

"What about the other two ships?"

"As of right now, the armor is absorbing anything that is energy. The downside is that they will need to fire or the generators will overload causing the ship to explode."

"Give them permission for Level 2 firing if they need it."

Kenesh heard that last command and it brought alarm to her. "You do realize what that will mean for them?"

The Emperor nodded grimly. "I do but it is the only way to keep from the generators overloading. I know without fighter support they will be vulnerable for a whole minute but that is the best we can do. Level 1 firing solutions won't drain the generatos enough. They are powerful weapons but not that powerful. That's why they need to use the main weapon for this. Besides, the attack will knock out any ship or at least put a nice hole in it."

Kenesh could only nodd.

Outside, one of the Victory Destroyers had finally reached a limit in the generator and had to use it's main weapon system. The lights on the hull dimmed along with those inside. Power hummed through the ship as the main weapons came on line. Yellow energy began to glow from the three prongs of the ship as it steadily built out to the bow of the ship that was some hundred meters away. It reached the nose just as energy was beginning to materialize there. It built up to the normal parameters but then was increased even more by the added energy that the armor soaked up. The light almost engulfed the entire ship as the ray of light shot out towards an unsuspecting ship.

OOC: I've been out for a bit...so this post may be a little wonky.

IC:

Ma had been amazed at these demons....he had expected them to be tough to beat; such was the nature of the children of Ifrit. But Ifrit had given him a curveball, as it were. The enemies of Allah had been somehow empowered with the ability to regenerate, and already, six ships had perished to their guns. Ma was in dire straits. He was against an an enemy who would not give up, an enemy unlike any mortal being.

However, they would not make him stop fighting for Allah. Only cowards stopped combat now. He was not a coward.

Ma screamed, "How many People's Hammer Torpedoes do we have left?"

The helm said, "Only 24 sir. All units are reporting they are low sir. Some ships report damage as well, one or two are almost dead. You sure you wanna do this?"

Ma said, "Our effort is not yet finished. Allah will carry us through. Here is what we will do.......how fare the Super Warp Cannons?"

Helm said, "Fully charged sir. Engineering's working overtime."

Ma said, "All units, enter into a staggered firing line, fire again on my mark!"

The enemy counterstrike was coming.....the Maos and Prochkhorovkas began lining up....they moved quickly, ever so quickly.....on this occured Ma screamed, with great urgency:

"ALL UNITS! FIRE THE SUPER WARP CANNONS AT THE ! FIRE CONVENTIONAL WARP CANNONS! FIRE TORPEDOES! THEN, FIRE ANTIMATTER! GIVE THEM JUSTICE!"

And thus, all of the Maos did as told, sending a hail, no, a virtual wall of fire, like shooting stars of fiery death. Torpedoes mingled with Warp shots, and a prayer could be heard from Ma....he then said to the Prochkhorovka crews, "Deploy fighter screens, prepare for an attack wave!"

The Infernals were being hit no less hard from Dornalian fire, as was from Abh and anyone elses fire. Yet no matter how many Demons and Devil ships, fighters, and exo-infantry fell, a constant nightmare of more kept coming out.

Hell was living up to it's terrible lineage.

The counter meanwhile was worse as expected. Infernal versions of the 'nuclear option' at the tactical level, flew out from the larger capital vessels. Numbers that seemed 'greater' than the Allied first use.

It was in a split moment when the first one detonated in the middle of the Allied line. All anyone in that ground zero knew, was that their atoms were being sucked into obilivion in one agonizing moment. It was just as bad in the two kilometer zone that the first weapon detonated in.

The lasting effects were as damming, since the deathly black orbs of entropic ceasement of the normal layers of space occured. But rather than a spatial tear, instead was a vorpal null void to a 'negative' energy dimension. There was a place where the spent energy into Entropy 'had' to go in the first place, and that unholy place was a nameless dimension that did nothing but suck existence away. Anything within and nearby the orbs was affected as if in direct contact with this entropic subspace dimension.

Nothing could survive that. Entire vessel hulls decayed in seconds. Mortals screamed in short agony before being sucked dry. Whole crews went mad in split moments before falling dead from their souls being husked. The fabric of space itself seemed to scream as well as it also died a horrid death. Worse, the 'shockwave' was essentially a negative energy wave that washed over a five kilometer area of space, which drained crews and decayed vessels in various rates, intenstity from the impact zone and expansion leveling off.

The detahs were not explosive or implosive in a conventional sense. The decay and sickening manner of the weapon didn't allow for explosive decompression in the normal sense either, since the imapcts actually sucked 'laws' of physics along with it in a grotesque manner.

It was like the universal fabirc was as much a target as the Allied lines. The Infernals in fact relished in this, for the entropic waves helped level off the 'holy' radiation that kept assailing them.

That was only the 'first' impact. There was hundreds of thousands to come.

Worse, several were aimed at the Intracel Gate, two at Neptune, and one especially aimed at the Eternal Destiny itself. Angelic Allies and mortal allies alike however got random shots. One at least was aimed at the Abh capital ships, and another three at the Dornalian, Emperyian, and Molqaer fleet sections respectively.

Their shields were useless against weapon that broke the rules of physics in a wanton manner. Especially when Allied shields stood no chance either.

--

Aleaic and Diana in both locations at the Barrier and Gate respectively, uttered the same thing in the same moment once targeting solutions had been determined of the counterstrike..

"Oh shit..."

The weapons came........

Ma's fleet was rocked by the terrible weapons.....Ifrit had played a cruel trick on them, to be sure. These new...things that tore into reality itself, were terrible and more so than any weapon faced yet. The cry went over the comms.....many of his ships were beginning to feel the effects of the weapons, and he could hear the cries of men going mad, and an evil sound, the sound of hulls being rendered asunder. Truly, this was an evil!

Ma then shook his head. No, he would not give up. But he had to start being creative. Surely, there was a way to inflict damage on these Infernal beings, to drive them back to Hell.

The comms meanwhile, relayed the grim news.

"Sir, about 20 ships have.....vanished. I no longer have a signal."

Ma then said, "Well, this changes things."

He then thought for a moment, and said, "Here is the plan. Hold the line. I will contact the other allies."

He then sent a message to the Gaians, and the Abh, and the others, which read:

"Attention all allies. As I am sure you have just witnessed, these petulant sons of Ifrit have deployed weapons of unimaginable power, that have torn the cosmos near us, bringing death and terror. I ask all, these things. What is your status, and what methods do we have to fight these terrors?"
Gaian Ascendancy
02-12-2005, 23:23
The message from the Dornalian commander however was lost in the mass flood of screaming chatter from hundreds of vessels crying for help all at once. Those that could recieve it, were bombarded with the same cries over comms as many died, so no response at first came.

It all simply looked like the entire Allied defense was going to rupture completely at that moment. Everything was lost....

--

Aleaic for his part, was holding onto the rails of his Platform, waiting for the death of all he knew to come. He knew Tsunami was too far away to clutch onto in that moment, a serious regret as the first counter detonations came.

He wondered if he had been a good leader, as well as if he had made the right choice to join these wars that were way above his head. He wondered what could have been done to prevent all of this, and he wondered why he was..

"..wha? Wait a...." Aleaic suddenly looks up and notes something ODD.

After a moment of recognition, he suddenly spouts.. "WHY THOSE TWO BIT..!!!"

--

In fact, only about fourteen Entropic Torpedoes managed to detonate. They took some five hundred vessels with them, and left the survivors feeling utterly drained of most of their life force.

The thousands that didn't, made the Infernals watching go literally APE as they began to realize that something severely new just got added into the entire equation of this apocolyptic mess.

As strange as it seemed, salvation had indeed come. But 'not' the Angelic ones that were expected. In fact the Heavens were still a half hour away at least from the expected counterattack.

This was something else, noted as thousands of hard to see subspace holes were being closed, created by 'very' easily seen blue, steady beams, from angles above and below the plane of battle. The source was from a 'new' celestial fleet, not of Heaven or Hell at all!

All they were, was masses of hundreds of thousands of starcraft, no larger than heavy crusiers and dreadnoughts, though many smaller shapes of the 'same' overall shape were present. One of a wierd spear-flower with three rings along their hull length. They had deployed 'wings' in a four cross pattern, that apparently magnified the effect of their weapons. Thier blue, white and purple color schemes played a stark distinction between them, and the rest of the forces on the other two sides.

And the fact there were thousands of them was an understatement.

--

Lord Mulhorand for the first time, thrust out of his seat. He knew just as much about these new interlopers, as his nemesis across the battle line did. He billowed a malevolent black hate across the distance in his voice.

"{{{{{~ The dispicable Powers themselves. ~}}}}}"

However, even 'this' made him smile. He then mentally commands comms to prepare to reopen a channel.

--

Aleaic meanwhile was LIVID at the sight of all of this. He had already opened a channel to have the vidscreen before him, at the sight of a familiar face that he thought had utterly dissapointed him about seventy-two hours before.

"You... you.... you you.... you YOU YOU you you.... Yoooooouuuuuuuuuuuuu you.........

......you..."

Across the screen.... "(\(~ Yes 'me'. What of it child. ~)/)"

Aleaic just turned PURPLE at this, and Tsunami behind him began to break out in laughter. (Partly due to manic relief from not being dead. The rest for effect intended...)

Ma's jaw dropped when he saw the new arrivals. At that moment, he dropped onto his knees, and began saying prayers of joy, and thanksgiving, exclaiming, "Allah be praised!"

Indeed, his fleet was grateful for the intervention. They did not know who these people were, but they were surely not here to do harm to them...hopefully. They remained skeptical, hoping for the worse, but they were cautiously optimistic.

Demonic warheads made their way towards the Abh ships and there were not enough point defenses to handle them all. They didn't even know if they could be destroyed in time before they took on their horrific effect. The Abh had withstood the terror factors that the enemy was sending throughout space but not even they could handle these new weapons.

Kenesh was beginning to become unnerved by it all. "Our point defenses are overwhelmed your Highness and we are about to lose both Victory Destroyers."

The Emperor was leaning over the rail, not bothering to face her. "How much longer until we can form an energy orb?"

"Not fast enough sir. We need another five minutes."

"We don't have five minutes."

Kenesh leaned over the rail to be right in Dusanyu's face. "Your Highness! One of the Destroyers is about to go down if you don't do something!"

"Give them permission to temporarily leave the battlefield."

The destroyer opened a Jump Gate to Hyperspace while a torpedo was fast on its tail. The ship glided to the gate as it began to close. An explosion came from the sector of the Destroyer.

Dusanyu was already leaning over to the communications officer. "Did it make it?!"

"Unknown sir and we can't get a communication to the ship. We'll have to wait until it has charged up enough to re-enter the battlefield."

The Emperor nodded as his attention was caught elsewhere.

"Your highness! We have multiple targets coming to our sector on collision course. No time for point defenses to take them out."

"Brace for impact!" The Emperor hooke his arm around Kenesh's waist and held her close while his hand got a death grip on the railing. They stayed in that pose for what seemed like eternity but nothing happened. Dusanyu looked up and around the bridge to see that everyone was frozen waiting for something to happen.

The communications officer was the first to respond. "Your Highness...weapons failed to detonate."

Still holding Kenesh. "By the stars."

An angry tone... "You ... said.. you were NOT going to get involved! Even after I pleaded for your help you said you would 'not' help.

Well? Hmm?"

The face at the other end of the screen, 'another' Representative Power from a seperate mortal dimension, Dimension D-71 in fact, one that looked a heck alot like a gray looking mix between Azusa and his own father Terrai. The tinges of neon green hair was still hinting of what the younger pigments used to look like.

The other, Lord Trezusa only shrugs. ":: (\(~ Fooled you well enough. Otherwise the Infernals would have struck us as well before we could come to any aid.

Course if you 'want' us to leave... ~)/) ::"

Aleaic pucks his lips like he just tasted salt acid and then replies in an 'even' tone.... "Oh no, do please join our little party with our rough housing guests."

":: {{{{{~ I wouldn't ask 'otherwise' either. ~}}}}} ::"

Tresuza and Aleaic looked at respective screens as the Dark Excellency stabbed into the conversation again. "Aren't you done yet? You bore me already."

Mulhorand didn't care for that in his next retort. ":: {{{{{~ If not for your timely salvation, 'I' would be bored already. All all this has done is to heighten my interests. Now futher than expected to do. ~}}}}} ::"

Aleaic then heard Tresuza retort back to Mulhorand.. ":: (\(~ Invading more than one dimension at a time is not allowed by the Accord. Even 'that' should have been made clear to you by your employers. ~)/) ::"

Aleaic was joined by Lord Azusa, after coming from Strategic. He listens in as well while the battlefield took a different turn for a moment. The main battle at present had slackened due to the change in the tactical situation.

Mulhorand however began to chuckle less than comforting to the others listening in on the channel. After a moment of this.. ":: {{{{{~ Dear me and us all. Here we seem to think there are any rules or even laws left at this stage of things.

No one seems to care about prohpecies, stories of terror, or even warnings of the enevitable anymore. At no poi9nt in any of written history upon any Universal Memory, has there been a time that has seen so little true death and supplanting by total evil. The balance is in fact being broken by the lught more than it will admit.

*looking 'at' Aleaic and Tresuza.* There has been very little halt in the expansion of life. The Hells are not getting their fair share anymore. ~}}}}} ::"

Aleaic shakes his head. "That give no right to take such away from those that wish to live. There is no wanting of such scales of genocide anywhere."

":: {{{{{~ TELL THAT TO MY WIVES WHEN THEY WERE TAKEN FROM ME MORTAL!!!! ~}}}}} ::"

The thunder of hate makes Aleaic flinch. By now he had heard the story well enough of what happened in Mulhorand's home dimension. Some empre called the Neo Novan Empire or something such had attacked the realm Mulhorand commanded, when apparently, he and Aleaic were 'very' much alike. Something in fact, that made all of this more tragic, with ideology in action as cold witness.

Mulhorand meanwnile was flaming outrage at his viewers, not even barely holding anything back. ":: Oh I swore that my pain would be 'everyones' pain. I did not pledge my soul of corruption to Him for anyone's true sake. I did it for my original purpose.

If I can't have anything. No one will. ::"

Tresuza spits back in annoyance to something so rediculous. ":: (\(~ 'No one' is made up of a 'lot' of souls, in many varioations of many civilizations and empires that won't share that view. Even those alike of you, that has dreamed of such same things, don't succeed so well either.

There is no perfect, infinite death of all things, in all dimensions, everywhere. Such is beyond fantasy. Not even the Gods and Infernal Lords can concieve such a thing. Everything of all everythings gone at once?! Are you perposterous fool!?! ~)/)"

Mulhorand just ended up looking neutral for a moment, and then he says something that could be easily overlooked.

":: {{{{{~ Such things, are said of all impossibilities before they are 'made' real.

In this case, the 'real' will be a brief moment of terror, before no one r4ealizes what 'will' occur. ~}}}}} ::"

Aleaic just rolls his eyes. "No matter. No amount of suffering is meant to do so at others expense. Mincing words makes none of us younger. And 'you' won't get your way Lord Mulhorand. The line can't be so easily broke now."

":: (\(~ Speaking for others again I see. ~)/) ::" Aleaic looks at the vid of Tresuza with an uneasy eye. Mulhorand however preempts anything else with.. ":: {{{{{~ And my forces still outnumber you twenty to one! It matters not, you 'will' die today FOOLS!! ~}}}}} ::"

All of a sudden, Mulhorand's A-SSD mockery begins to lunge forward at the Eternal Destiny!! Heavy explosions suddenly start rocking all across the battlefields again as if on emotional cue of Mulhorand alone!

What respite there was dies a lethal death along with more souls on both sides! Aleaic just commands to Azusa.. "Begin to ripple the lines! *looking up at Tresuza* I hope you were kidding a moment back."

Tresuza seems unconvincing for some reason, as he replies only with.. ":: (\(~ Should I be so clear child? ~)/)"

Aleaic still remains confiused long enough to miss the inital strikes the Power's Elkar Fleets makes as like massed calvary coming at the Infernal lines in large waves from Zenith and Nadir angle approaches. The same along the Sol and Gate fronts as well.

Aleaic gets note of this from Ackronus and then acts weary. "I don't feel young."

Aleaic then quickly refocuses, and notes Mulhorand's vessel approaching at best speed. Aleaic then looks back towards Weapons.. "Alright, time to give what we take. Prepare for assault."

By the time Aleaic looks back, both ships have begun to trade fire along their mutually vast lengths already. The heavy shots of that many capital ship batteries begins to cause the space between the two closing vessels to become a near radiation storm. And 'still' there are small vessels among both ships doing the same thing!

It all just showed how 'bad' the battle was in all reality.

Aleaic however managed to call back to Advisory one with.. "Might as well unleash the wild cards."

Ackronus calls back.. "~ Very good. ~"

Just then a WHALLOP hits Command Core as close quarters is reached.

The condition on the Forager was as "relaxed" as could be expected. The main focus was to reestablish contact with the lost Destroyer. Kenesh looked down to her side and noticed that the Emperor still had his arm around her waist. She cleared her throat as a slight reddish hue spread on her cheeks. "Excuse me your Majesty but you still have your arm around my waist and the danger has passed for now."

The Emperor looked at Kenesh and then down to his arm. He removed his arms with a nod. "Sorry about that Chief. Who knows what the crew would think if they caught us like this."

The reddish hue remained. "Well...I guess it's a good thing that we are up here out of view then."

The Emperor was about to speak again as they stayed there staring at each other but he was interrupted by the Communications officer. "Your highness we're getting a signal. It's weak but we are still getting one."

He removed his arm from Kenesh's waist and she visibly sighed and moved off to secure her post. The Emperor was at the railing. "Patch it through."

The scene was a bit dire with explosions and sparks flying the back ground. The Abh at the helm was bleeding badly from his head and was pale with cold sweat running down his face. In the back ground a few bodies could be seen sprawled out and unmoving. "Your highness...we have taken severe damage. Rear guns are destroyed and the output of our engines has been reduced by fifty percent. We have lost twenty crew members, the majority being the engine crew. There are severe cracks on the armor and it won't last against a laser blast anymore. The torpedo hit the jump gate and it closed prematurly."

There was a long pause that was ended with a sigh. "Regrettably requesting permission to withdraw from the battle permanently."

The Emperor almost had a pitiful expression on his face but it was kept in check since he was the Emperor and he could not cry over one crew out of fear of showing favoritism. "Permission granted. Be safe. There will be a full military burial for the crew that died."

The Abh gave the best salute he could manage through the pain and without beginning to shed tears. "Thank your Majesty."

The comm link ended and that left the Forager with only one escort now. The Emperor was left with a decision he really did not want to make. "Launch fighters."

((OC- Half bump..))

--

They just kept hammering and gouging at each other. Hordes of angels and infernals kept hammering at each other, with large numbers of both sides swooping and cleaving their fair 'share' out of each other.

All this as they kept hammering..

..and hammering..

..and hammering at a constant rate.

It was a wonder how much longer this could go on. Vessels slammed at each other, crashed into each other on suicide runs, and no quarter was given in the midst of the battle. A meatgrinder of celestial proportions this all was. It all had a grisily life of it's own, the killing with no hint of stopping.

Meanwhile, two flagships, their entire five hundred kilometer legnths, an abberation of rediculous proportions in the eyes of many other space faring nations, were doing the 'worst' to each other in a testamite to the futility, and the terror of the scale of the ship duel taking place.

They hammered at each other so hard, entire lenghts of both vessels vaporized under heavy thunderbolts of plasma death. Fighters that died amidst them, crashed into both at alarming regularity. Two Gaian and one Infernal heavy capital on each side even ended up slamming into opposing ships as they died from the vast amount of weapons fire.

How could anyone survive all this!?

--

Then as the fighting picked up at the same moments of deathly terror, another bad event takes place. As the Gate is recomposing battlelines, an Entropic torpedo suddenly slams into the far starboard side of the Gate itself!

The only thing that saves the two princesses and the command crew itself, is that the Gate itself blunts the vast portion of the impact, as the immense amount of holy energy supplants the major part of the torpedo.

Diana looks across at the devastation. "Wha.. what's happening?!?!"

"~ No idea yet milady!! Sensors went down! ~"

You know it is bad, when an Ascendant panics in the midst of battle.

"Tell the fighters to stay close to the main ships. If they get caught too far out there, then they are on their own. We don't have the power to go after them. Inform that it would be best if they engaged only fighters that got passed defense grids and incoming large missles."

Kenesh looked at the Emperor almost a little sad. "Yes your Highness. We won't even be able to protect them if that many fighters do make their way here."

Dusanyu nodded grimly. "I know that and you know that, but our pilots don't know that. Right now they need confidence when facing the enemy. As an Abh, the numbers do not matter. All that matters is the duty at hand and to win the battle. It is pointless to dwell on the idea that you may die in battle."

He peered up at his chief. "You know this is true Kenesh."

"Yes your highness. I do know."

The Emperor nodded. "Prepare for attack. The first ship that moves in our direction is obliterated. Weapons, bring the energy orb to bare. We'll take out a large swath of the enemy in one shot."

He was just about to draw his command saber when he was interrupted. "Your highness! We have multiple signals coming throught!"

"What?!"

Outside the Forager, shadows that blended into space shimmered all over the battlefield. The numbers were unknown at the moment but they were everywhere even mixing in with the New Dornalia fleet.

"Your Highness, transmission coming through."

"Put it through."

The screen fizzed and finally took shape in the face of Admiral Trife! "Greetings Emperor. I trust I am not too late. Oh, I brought a few ships with me as well if that is alright with you."

The shadows finally materialized revealing black Omega-X Destroyers lining throughout the space of the battlefield. A Jump Gate opened up behind the Forager and twenty! extra Victory Destroyers glided out.

The Emperor looked at Kenesh unable to say anything and she merely looked back smiling. "Well you said you had no intention of dieing here."

Ma witnessed the epic, Paradise Lost-style conflict erupting around him with a sense of wonder and foreboding now.....he had read of many epic battles in the Heavens, and now, he felt like a little tadpole in a giant pond.

He knew that the fleet he had brought with him had fought well, and valoriously. But if he didn't get reinforcements soon, he would be in deep trouble.

Ma then said to the comms, "Tell HQ and the New Dornalians to bring reinforcements. Tell them I need Mao III's, and lots of ships. Tell them also to be ready for anything."

The comms nodded, and transmitted the message.

----------

HQ, Terran Socialist Republic-

The transmission was recieved, and the Republican Navy Command immediately decided to reinforce him-after all, it was their own at stake. Two more fleets of 60, mainly Mao IIa's, were sent to Ma's coordinates. The request for help from the New Dornalians proper was approved-though they were busy again fighting Yevon, and thus, they sent a fleet of 60 Mao III's into the area. These were the best ships they had....
-----------------------
All in all, the new fleets would arrive in about 15 minutes, perhaps more. Ma, in the meantime, ordered further attacks on the infernals. By now, their antimatter torpedoes were out, so they resorted to standard torpedoes (which they had fuel for just a few more waves of) and their already formidable Warp and Super Warp Cannons to attack, forming into a crescent and moving alongside the good guys....

*Tactical Situation Report Beta - 40 minutes into the battle*

Genesis Barrier Front -

The Enemy pushes through in immense strength, at least 5,000 Fleet Groups total between the remaining vanguard and first through third waves. Following Infernal fleets are still within the portal and not engaged as yet.

The Allies have managed to hold the line thanks in part to the arrival of mass numbers of Power's Elkar Fleets. The ratio still is at a 4:1 disadvantage, but Infernals are getting themselves plugged up by their own numbers now. More, the Hikari Fleet Legions will be arriving in moments to add yet more pressure.

The formations of both sides are seriously fractured into mass melee ship to ship fights now. There is no clear advantage.

Intracel Gate Front -

A 2:1 ratio exists now between Infernal and Allies fleets. The combined might of the Dornialian, Abh, Empryian, Elkar and other assisting fleets. casualties are heavy on all sides, but the crisis of the Allied lines folding is being stabilized.

The Gate itself took a vicious blow to the superstructure with the impact of an entropic weapon. Worse, the Gate fluctuates between an enforced shutdown, or a spatial subspace rupture. The former would cut off direct reinforcement when the Heavens arrive. The latter would tear apart space for entire parsecs.

Sol-Neptune Front -

The situation is mostly one where the assisting allies of Dornalia, Empryia and Elkar fleets are assisting a very small Gaian contingent. The Infernals however only have limited vessels here as well, and the ration has dropped to 1:1 in recent moments as the Elkar arrive.

Overall Picture -

The Infernal attempt to overwhelm the Allied lines has failed. A massive field of carnige equal to the celestial battlefields has taken hold. The overall command and control on both sides is severely hampered, and there is little true mobility in the lines.

Exactly as it was in many of the celestial battles of mass size. This is the prime limiting factor in the Infernal invasion strategy. Not even Lord Mulhorand seems able to prevent this.

Which worries Allied Fleet Commands.

--

As the two mammoth flagships bloody each other into near oblivion, it's Lord Mulhorand that makes the suprise command of the moment, and orders a boarding action. Two severely huge vessels are suddenly in terminal quarters, as the Entropa screetches entire kilometers of black hull into the Eternal Destiny's own. Meanwhile thousands of black tubules strike out and stab into entire lengths of the Gaian A-SSD.

Three even invade Command Core itself! Aleaic sees this and yells.. "BOARDING ACTION STATIONS!!!"

In fact, the Infernals begin doing the same all over the various battlefields. Ship and fighter combat is no longer enough. The will tkae their mortal prey in the blood, directly now! Millions of Infernals begin to board numerous allied ships.

The ND and Republican reinforcements arrived, and Ma then smiled, saying, "Glory to God! Let us bring pain to the foe!"

The 120 new ships joined the other TSR forces, on Ma's command, in assaulting the infernals. Once more, hot energy bellowed from Warp Cannons, and the new Demolisher Guns and the fresh Super Warp Cannons and Antimatter Torpedoes of the Mao III's, sending a deadly doubly redoubled wave at the infernals.

Ma then thought to himself, "God is great...he has given us many friends and guns to eliminate these fiends...God is great."

It seemed that the situation was lookign good after all. The matter of the Gate was a problem, however. Thus, the ND/Republicans moved quickly, to try and destroy as much of them in a short amount of time...

"Infernal counterstrike has been launched. Shields at maximum capacity. To tell you the truth however, I don't think they'll stop those things." reported one Molqaer gloomily.

"Wait, the torpedoes have failed to detonate!" he said again.

"Hmm.. It appears that another group has joined the party." Mithithele replied. "But we've still taken many losses. We have only a fraction of our full fleet remaining."

The fight raged on until....

The Molqaer flagship Sanctus Telum suddenly experienced a large impact as many tubules stabbed into it and surrounding ships.

"So, they are taking this fight to a new level now." Mithithele grimly said.

Everytime an enemy tried to board a ship, the ship would focus shields on the tubules to try and melt them off while surrounding ships came to their aid destroying the boarding Infernals. If the Infernals managed to get through and board the ship, they would be met by large groups of Molqaer warriors. Many who were veterans and all who were well trained in how to destroy the enemy.

The battle raged on all around the Abh lines however, a boarding action wasn't the best idea against the new Abh vessels that had joined the fray. The Omega-X Destroyer was an unique vessel. What ship the tentacles didn't destroy, the armor was more than willing to eradicate. The armor just so happened to be inhabited by the very beings that the Abh got the technology from.

The Shadows, one of the eldest races of the universe were there, and they relished in the fact to cause mass destruction again against any foe. They relished in carnage and were not easily bested by any beings. Whatever did get through the Shadows was met by heavy resistance by the Abh+ marines that accompanied them.

The Emperor wasn't too overly worried about his own ship. There was a strong contigent of soldiers on the large craft along with the point defenses that would blast holes in ships at close range. Besides all that, there was an armory right behind the Emperor's seat.

What did give him cause for concern was that Admiral Trife's ships did not carry such "allies."

It took a moment but the transmission finally got through. "Admiral Trife, it seems our friends here would like to meet us face to face. Do you have a proper welcoming party."

The grin that took over Trife's face purely evil accentuated by two canines that were longer than most people's. "Your Highness. I made a minor pit-stop before arriving here. I stopped by Lord Rahl's palace and requisitioned D'Haran soldiers. We are quite secure with soldiers like them. I'm sure it will be more than a bit of surprise to whatever fodder they throw at us."

The communication ended and Kenesh took her place at the Emperor's side. "Ever the confident one was he."

From the depths of space and time the Eternals had fought many evils throughout the universe protecting for the sake of the younger races and other who had not been born yet. For this and as well as their ancient friendship and alliance with the Ascendants the Eternals had decided to enter the war at its beginning. For this the greatest fleet the Eternals assembled since the Wars of Destruction and now this fleet was nearing the battle field against the Dark Ascendants and their dark allies.

The Eternal fleet had at last arrived at the battle site and immediately they opened fire upon the forces of the Dark Ascendants and as well took up position taking the left flank of the battle lines of the forces of light. Yet they awaited the response of the dark army ad then the true battle between the Eternals and their foes would begin.

(The Dark Eternals)

The Dark Eternals within their vast empire felt the arrival and their battle against the forces of light. They realized that this could be their best chance to at last utterly defeat the Eternals, Ascendants, and Angelic forces so at last they could build their empire across the universe and destroy and their greatest foes in one stroke.

For this reason a vast Dark Eternal armada had been assembled that would go to the aide of the Dark Ascendants and their forces. Yet they knew that they had a deeper darker purpose in the universe. To counter this the Dark Eternals had constructed a sacrifice world in each of their galaxies where a trillion mortals slaves had been sacrificed as to preserve the Dark Eternal influence in the galaxy, but they served a other purpose that was to act in a way a power source Dark Eternals would call in to strengthen them and their servants in that galaxy. Yet they had a darker purpose….

If anyone ever wondered what it would be like to have planetary like battles aboard ships, well, have a seat on any pile of bodies available. There's carnige to be had.

The Infernals and angelics present at the battle had already seen it all, and this battle was just one more notch in the 'seen it all, done it all' meter. Droids, slaves, energy beings, special ship systems, tiny ships, humongo ships, ships that had dimensional layers inside. Ships as gateways to entire planets inside. There's even been a literal demon dog against angelic kitty fight. Cute and disturbing all the same.

The only thing really unique here, were what the allies the Gaians had gathered into this battle. What they brought with them was indeed unique and interesting.

Like that stopped the hordes of demons and devils as they literally clammored over each other in the cramped tubules, to spill out and tear at 'anything' that wasn't infernal in nature. It was so bad in places, this bloodlust, that the Devils and Demons tended to shread at each other just to get to the Allies. Those that made it out of the tubules were already bleeding all over, but only 'more' enraged and henious.

And still as fragile as mentioned. They tended to fire balls of fire and brimstone, as well as infernal versions of ballistic and laser infantry weaponry. When hit with equal weapons, they died. (Though some kept clawing away with even entire body parts blown off.) When tubules were 'pulled out' by any various means, they tended to suffocate. (Along side with the hull areas of ships that got pierced. Poor mortals...)

More, in some of the larger vessels like the A-SSDs, entire exosuits and mobilesuits ended up in large areas, duking it out. Even the canavernous Command Core of the Eternal Destiny got rediculous, as suits fire at each other across the large distances within. It even saw large scale troop movements within the area, as hundreds on both sides charged at each other with the 'battleline' inside the ship having been formed at the starboard side breaches. This all as the two ships kept hammering at each other as well. The only thing that allowed the ship Sector systems to keep operating was both dedicated crews under heavy local shielding, and redundant systems throughout the massive ship. Even Aleaic's 'job' got picked up by sub-system Sectors, as he was forced to lead the battle in the ship now.

Fortunate it was that the Gaian Knight program had turned essentially the entire Ascendancy into knighted combat troops five years before the Second Revealing. This made for essentially the entire crew also being hardened combat troops from the Eternal War. Whole legions of crystalline multi-colored armor suit troops with flowing robes and powerful melee weapons began ti immediately turn from Sectors affected, reinforced by reduntant crew from other Sectors, and internal marines and driod troops, faced down the boarding action in great numbers. Aleaic, Tsunami, Azusa and Yurika, all by now very grislled veterans of the said war, very skilled by now, with commanding aura of their own, led the battle to eject the invaders.

--

At the Gate, several Infernal ships did likewise in areas the entropic weapon had not hit, and large scale battles began to occur within the large spaces within the Gate supercity. The fight was however kilometers away from Command Central, so Diana and Orack was safe. However by then, Siranna had been taken to infirmary, not being there to see the results to come.

--

The Sol Zenith station never saw this action, nor the Lunar Outpost. Only ship boarding actions took place, far smaller in scale than in the other two places.

--

The arrival of the Eternal's forces seemed to add yet another phase of the fight upon everything else on top of. Few could really appreciate it though at the time, what with the vast tragedy taking place. Too few were able to appreciate the moment, and few still could comprehend it.

Forces of several dimensions, ages, and power types were in one battle at the same time.

War 'is' hell.

--

*SLASH!* ..yet another cleaved... "Some idea of a party love!"

Aleaic ran through one demon and shoved off a devil into two more infernals. He yells back.. "Would I do any less!?" ..and helps Tsunami double slash a demon commander's head off. The two then leap backwards to land on a demon a platform level below, to aid their troops there.

Azusa and Yurika meanwhile stick together as well. Ackronus does likewise to hold an area near the stargate platform. three levels above Advisory One. The Ascendants fight as ferociously as their Gaian allies do.

The meek at heart are not here, only the fighting, and the dead.

Ma's forces were suffering from boarding attempts, too. The infernals latched on; Naval Infantry onboard began fighting them with bayonets, lasguns, railguns, chainswords, lightsabers, and explosives. They fought hard, and harder, and hardest; Commissars and Sergeants holding the lines against the enemy as those with distance weapons fortified the areas that were boarded, and fired back, as teams of raiders counterattacked with close combat weapons, SMGs, and grenades.

Occasionally, they got to a tubule, and threw tons of explosives at it, trying to sunder as many baddies apart as possible and blow the enemy boarding hatches. Often, they succeeded, though they had to throw up emergency shields and try to patch up the hole, losing plenty of men in the process as the Naval Infantry tried to pull out of the cleaned section.

During this round of combat, Ma himself drew his lightsaber, and swung into the enemy, crying, "Die, hellhound! DIE!" He began slicing up the infernals, joining the more daring elements who opted for close combat, dancing, jumping, and flying about, using Force powers and deft physical blows to get the job done.

All the while, they hung by the skin of their teeth....

*The side of all that is light*

There has been one place that has been watching this immense battle with equal concern, as much as the Infernals had for lust of glory.

The Intracel Core Center, the hub that was all, reporting to the Highest, and focus of the Light's vast capabilities. Their eternally gleaming hologram screens, globes, and more, constantly reported the situation occuring in D-3.

Here, Lady Belldandy and Lady Arch-Angel Auruiia watched with all well knowing how bad the combat is. No one of the large numbers of Angelics watching the events unfold, did so without serious unease.

Belldandy then is approached by a lower level goddess aide, and is handed a glass like pane that displays much like a normal data Padd. She looks and nods to the aide, before commenting. "~ The lines have reached Stage Two. In seven minutes they will be in full position. ~" ..she puts with no true relish in the matter, save for those this means to save.

Auruiia nods and adds.. "~ How many will die before then. ~"

Belldandy dare not answer at all.

Reports began filing back in to the Emperor of the bloody battle that was raging all around them. Ripping holes in the craft wasn't too much of a problem given that the Abh military uniform was a space suit afterall that was form fitting. The problem came in the event of vacuums that would suck crew out. That could not be prevented but the Omega-X's regenerating bio armor helped secure pressure on most of the ships and the Shadow beings were not easily destroyed even by demons. It could almost be said that they were demons themselves who had been bent to the will of the Abh after their defeats.

Battles aboard the Victory Destroyers was a little more personal with D'Haran soldiers and even General Meiffert had come as well for reasons unknown to the Abh. He merely wanted to see space for the first time and these new ships. He also felt that this enemy posed a threat and must be dealt with by members of the First Phial who happened to be most well trained and battle-hardened soldiers that D'Hara had to offer.

His men were scattered everywhere among the Destroyers in their leather armor. The General was now forced to using a small hand ax and short sword now that the monsters began swarming in. He caught one demon under the chin as the blade went up into its skull while his ax came down severing the collar bone of another.

Things were getting real sporty up here. Contigent of archers were brought in as well. Once in position, the General and his men dove out of the way as a volley was unleased into the invading hordes. His men were back up in a flash and back at it again.

The situation was improving slightly for the ND/Republican forces, as the Naval Infantry teams and attempts to blow of the tubules were beginning to turn the tide. More ships reported successes, though at some cost, at ensuring the infernals didn't get to core systems, and one or tow even reported they were totally clean.

Yet there were still many enemies to eliminate, more infernals to slay, and a lot more work to do. Ma's saber had sundered many asunder, and he found he needed all of his Force powers, Shock, Throw, Choke, Heal, to shore up his men and keep himself going. On other ships, the Commissars and Sargeants mustered all their will-and the occasional headshot-to keep their men going against the enemy. This was a battle not to be lost.

The two sides aboard the two immense flagships, was well into the mass battle within the Eternal Destiny, when the two last major players began to cross the now relatively 'calm' tubule to the Command Core.

Lord Soth nods. "{{~ I will then wait by the proper area. My prefered enemy is not at this battlefield anyway. ~}}"

"Well your Highness, it seems that the enemy is being fended off for the most. We have incurred some casualties but our fleet is still intact."

The Emperor was sitting in his chair with his eyes closed. "What a barbaric thing to do. Fighting ship to ship and boarding ships like this is far from elegant."

Kenesh smirked. "I remember you telling Admiral Spoor something along those same lines."

Dusanyu opened an eye just a little bit to look up at her then closed it again. "Yes but the difference is that I am not complaining. I still remember what I told her and the same stands true now. It doesn't matter whether it is elegant or not, what matters is that the battle is won."

The Forager had removed all tubules from the ship. Point defenses began picking off other tubules on other ships to lend a hand.

*thirty seconds later - Sol Front*

"Just pour it on! It doesn't matter where!" ..Lord Tenchi yells as the 28th/A-339th elements of the Hikari Tree Grand Fleet enter the battle along the left flank of the entire battleline.

Over a thousand vessels in total in this one elements, the production of decades of usage of accelerated Hikari Treeship Woodcarver Horticulture-Foundries in Angelic space. The Fleets were just as vast as the conventional and A-SSD fleets (though the Ascendant Fleet still outmatched them by more rediculous numbers..

..something to come as yet.)

Lady Seto, overall commander of the Hikari assets assaulting as very flexible vessel-calvary, watches all three battlefronts at once, the only one really able to do this. Aleaic's vessel is too focused on the main line, and no one else can give the same resource to contribute to the overall picture and scope.

Which is where the Tactical reports came from. She even knew the position of the approaching Heavenly Counterattack Fleet. She noted Lord Tenchi's roar of battle with a level note.

"I hope emotions don't get the better of him. We're lucky to have no one of our own dead."

Lord Utsutsumi however comments.. "If we believed in death as mortals do, we'd never gotten this far."

Seto just exhales a sigh and comments.. "Was that a good thing."

Utsutsumi.. "You sound like the kid." ..which catches Seto off guard for a tic.

They both are distracted by a disturbing general comm report from the Genesis battlefield.

:: ~ All commands acknowledge, the Flagship is breached by the Enemy, 'and' by the enemy commander himself! Tactical and Strategic decisions are moved to the appropriate chains of command as of this moment, until further notice!

Again, EX-1 is offline comm wise! ~ ::

The two, not to mention many of the Council still able to listen on comms, do not miss the meaning of this, and not on a mere military level of comprehension.

Seto just comments with an actual tone of fear. "If there was ever a paradox about to occur that could destroy us all, this is it." Utsutsumi however puts a comforting hand into hers.

"Our version is better than theirs. I swear on it."

Seto nods, and looks at the battlefield at the center of the message. And the two great husks that were once immense A-SSDs from seperate dimensions.

--

*The battlefield that remains..*

It had boiled down to pure survival. All the grand tactics, fear of the unknown to come, and all the mass numbers waiting, had grinded themselves down to the bare minimum kill or be killed. After barely one mere hours, more souls had died than nearly every military this dimension could field at the same moment, at near maximum. If was a fact lost on the defenders of the Eternal Destiny, it's severely shattered Command Core decks, nearly every railing and surface structure of serene white and pearl, marred with scortch marks, blood, claw marks, and even parts of bodies of every race in the middle of the combat.

There was no gender, age, station, moral, or even thought left here.

Only war's grotesque art in horrid display. Few could stop to revel, les they join it completely unwillingly. Dead and beyond that is. Alive was trying to stay that way, in all it's good and ugly forms.

Aleaic, Tsunami, Azusa, Yurika and Ackronus were in it up to the limit of humanity in them all. Where one paired with another, triad further, or all at once in one rare moment so far, the fights were quick, and melees ended in swift strokes.

Alone was another rmatter, as the Enemy was not so blind, as not to see who the leaders here were. The defending crew and marine-Knights, droids, and ship internal defenses, took as many as they could in excellent standing of themselves.

The Gaian commanders still were targeted far too much, and all sported more than one wound now. All were being flat worn down. Time 'was' against them.

Aleaic wordlessly continues his rampage in as skillful a manner his body and powers can allow him. Cut slash after cut slash after innumerable cut slash led to him trying to keep close to his beloved. Tsunami was doing no less in her fury. After another moment apart, they fight back together again, and combine to down another large demond. Their faces were as much scarred by blood, as well as heat blisters, nasty welts, and plain weariness.

"This sucks.. WATCH IT!!" ..a moment before Al adds the severed head of another magma demon, shattering it, to his words. Tsunami comments.. "Seventy-six! *LETHAL SLASH!!* .."

Al just yells.. "Only nine to go!" ..mentioning a bet of sorts, meant to keep them sane in this rediculous moment. They keep words short, and melees shorter. They had taken down a frightening number of Demons and Devils in the short time of the boarding action.

However one terrible scream from Yurika reaches their ears! Both look.. "YURIKA!!!" ..Tsui yells, with a demonic sword seemingly having run through their ancient family friend!!!!!!

Al INSTANTLY teleports over and removes the offender from Yurika, Al noting Yurika's wound. "Dear god." Al says, just a split moment before he's forced to block and take down 'another' demon!

"Dammit dammit dammit DAMMIT!!" Al says as the Enemy prevents him from even looking to Yurika's wound! But a moment later, Yurika is saved from a blind shot attempt by a seperate devil, as Azusa arrives.

"I got her!" The Strategic Prime Advisor yells. Al notes...

...and 'worse' of a scream replaces the one prior. Al and Azusa see in time, as total terror arrives at the beheld neck of Aleaic's first wife. "NO! LET HER GO!!!!"

The author of the hold, only one able to dismiss the constant demon attacks with His mere presence. Lord Mulhorand just looks through his pitch coal cowl with flaming red and black 'eyes', and replies in a sickening tone..."

"{{{{{~ It seems I found the one I lost. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic ROARS across the seventeen meter space.. "I SWEAR if..."

A dark cackle... "{{{{{~ It is such a shame we had to meet once more under such a circumstance. ~}}}}}" ...said as He cranes Tsunami's head in his cold, suffocating hand of equal coal and oil death. Tsunami feels her very skin dying in his mere grasp. But worse comes...

"{{{{{~ ...but then I am certain all of this has accomplished something after all. The only thing I care about in this moment of my design and control. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic takes a step forward...

...and her sounds of choking intensfy. Aleaic quivers beyond emotional bounds. Mulhorand savors this on top of the next words.

"{{{{{~ To have my pain delivered as promissed. ~}}}}}" ..he then looks at the one person he held dearest in his own existence. Something of a memory that leads to a torn aftermemory. It fuels him, and the following words.

"{{{{{~ So exacting to my own lost. The only true version that can out of the various realities. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic can't find the footing to attack, the situation as lethal as it looks. Azusa....

"S... so.... *gasping sounds...* ...what if... i... if.... I....."

Mulhorand grasps tighter. "{{{{{~ Do my lost love a favor.

....join her. ~}}}}}"

Al swears he sees too late in time to prevent, the sight, with the horribly cold sound of....

..a snapped neck.... Aleaic rushes anyway.

At the split moment that his worst imagination is replaced by the reality of Mulhorand suddenly slashed from behind by Ackronus! The Dark Excellency roars in pain, as the loosened grasp allows Azusa to suddenly jump in and grab the nearly killed Lady Excellency.

"GOT HER KID!"

"~ CLEAR!!! ~"

"{{{{{~ ARGH!!! YOU DAMMED.. ~}}}}}"

..and the next split moment sees Aleaic paste Mulhorand in the square of his dark cowl with more fury than he ever has felt before! Mulhorand is hit so hard, his flies kilometers away across the portside decks, and onto the overscreen forward viewport of the Command Core itself! Aleaic does not hesitate and follows up in a lethal rush!

Mulhorand barely summons to his hand in time, a black energy blade made of his own dark powers, to blunt his Nemesis's ungodly fury, delivered in a single overslash of terrible anger!!

At the point of Tsunami's literal salvation, in Azusa's, her father's incredibly relieved arms, she coughs and nods to Ackronus for saving her life. They reach Yurika, and a small guard of Jedi and Gaian Knights, and then head to a slightly safer location, their fueling of this battle no longer an issue. In fact, the ship board actions start to die down considerably as if on another emotional cue.

"But.. hus.... ban...." Tsunami tries to cack out. Azusa hushes her with.. "We're done with here. The rest is beyond obvious to stop now."

Just then, an Arch-Angel rushes up. "~ SIRES!! ~"

The news delivered suddenly makes for a FAR better emotional state. Then sight makes realize, as angelic slit portals begin to deposit the very first of the Heavenly Counterattack in boarded Allied vessels, in form of Angels incarnite themselves.

The first duel however............
The Humankind Abh

"Your Highness, it seems Admiral Trife has gotten too close to the enemy lines. He looks in danger of being overrun."

"What?" Dusanyu looked down to the large tactical map on the floor and was shocked to see the scene of Trife's Victory Destroyer. It had been surrounded by enemy vessels and was now cut off from the rest of fleet.

"Give me a visual on screen!"

The actual sight was even worse as umbulucal tubes were connected everywhere on the ship.

Kenesh leaned over to the Emperor's ear. "What do you want to do?"

The Emperor closed his eyes and stood taller. "The only thing we can do. I will not abandon one of our better Admirals to this fate. Push the fleet forward. Our frontline will begin where his ship is but no further."

Kenesh took a step back. "You can't do that. That puts the rest of the fleet in jeopardy along with you your highness."

Dusanyu turned a look on Kenesh that only an Abriel could do. The woman took several steps back as her breath got caught in her throat. Dusanyu's voice came as cold and hard as iron. Something she had never heard the Emperor use in her presence let alon to her! "Give the orders Chief of Staff Kenesh or I will do it myself."

Kenesh bowed and then silently walked off to give the orders to the entire fleet.
---------------------
The situation on board Trife's vessel was pure chaos. Demons poured on all fronts and the floors were strewn with bodies. The once pale grey floors were now stained with blood as Abh, human, and demon alike lay motionless with their life's blood pouring out.

This was not a scene unknown to the General, well except for the demon part, and he was better able to organize defenses. Archers were no longer used and they quickly threw down their long bows and drew their swords.

General Meiffert had taken a more Roman version to the battle as spearmen with large shields were brought to the front and began "pushing" the monsters back with their spear tips.

Of course that didn't help if you had demons coming in on the rear. The General turned over the situation on one end to his second in command and leaped into the forray on the other end of the ship. This section was mixed with D'Haran and Abh marine alike. Swords arced through the air and came down with sickening chops as the blade cut muscle and bone. He was now on his second sword and had long ago lost his small ax do to all the knicks they were receiving.

His duty to his Lord Rahl kept him on his feet and spurred him on as he appeared tireless. He inspired men where ever he went through the ship as he bolstered a faltering line where ever he saw one.

The sounds of rifles firing, metal against metal, and men dying filled the hull of the ship as the Abh lines pushed forward to link up with the isolated ship.

The first duel however............

Ma found the sight of angels suddenly rushing forth from portals and aiding his men a little disconcerting, and surprising. It vindicated his belief in Allah. He wanted to thank Him, but for now, he had enemies to slay. This he did, with redoubled fury.

His men saw the sights, too, all over the fleet. They cheered, were amazed, and simply took this as a sign to keep going. They did so, with Ma calling the fleet, "FIGHT ON! IN THE NAME OF THE ALL-POWERFUL, THE ALL-MERCIFUL, FIGHT ON!" Believers fought with increased morale, and a renewed sense of purpose and hope. Unbelievers were finding themselves, if not converted, at least considering the possibility that Somebody up there was bailing them out, in the most obvious way.

In this way, some more ships reported clearing, but as usual, there was more to do....

This battle was gruesome. Far too gruesome for anyone to keep their sanity. The few who survived would be forever scarred. Those who weren't as strong would be committed and receive psychological help. However, until that blessed moment of peaceful insanity, they had to fight for their lives.

And fight they did, killing many of the enemy before being destroyed in the rushing horde. The Molqaer's fleet had begun to slowly dwindle again as the sheer number overran them.

Then they saw what they swore to be the most beautiful thing ever. More portals had opened and the Angelic reinforcements had finally arrived to help turn the tides.

The very sight of the Angelic forces gave the warriors new morale and a belief that this was a battle they could not lose. Not with so many people here beside them. No matter what happened, they would shove the enemy out of their dimension. Of course to do this, they had to continue the mindless and relentless killing....

They only began to arrive in numbers of Infantry and exo suits. The main forces were still four minutes away. All too short, 'and' long a time. The time however passed faster than expected.

Not necessarily to a good end.

--

The first full angels, not diluted by exposure to the mortal plane, arrvied in the first thousands of slit portals all over the battlefields. They arrived with the glory expected, and the Infernals turned to them in the age old hatreds ingrained as all to the core.

It turned the tide of the boarding actions, but the main fleet battles were still held up in the same morass as before.

Aleaic meanwhile battled Mulhorand all across the Command Core with few words and countless parries, blade strokes, empowered blasts, and more than a few wounds exchanged. To keep count of the true length of the fight itself, was not at the actual core here, no more or less than when two generals meet on a bloody field. Legends and all...

..what was at center, was made clear as Mulhorand makes Aleaic chase him all the way to the Aft of the Command Core decks, despite more than a few other fights, and a great gash in the hull nearby, barely held by an intermittent shield grid in place, along with the bare minimum atmosphere here.

Mulhorand lured Aleaic there, and staied off three more strokes before finally countering in words with.. "{{{{{~ You are too emotional mortal mirror.

I read you so well indeed. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic didn't answer at first, as he shoves off a slash from Mulhorand's weapon. Mulhorand keeps egging on... "{{{{{~ It's so well your whore didn't die. More the merrier to why I am here at 'all'. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic finally spits back.. "Killing isn't enough? You care for nothing else in comparison!"

Mulhorand just smiles under his black cowl, and 'tsk tsk's' with his voice.. "{{{{{~ I said from the first word, what I would do.

And how you would help me do it. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic drew back finally.. "How can that be possible."

Mulhorand smiles, and then looks around as the first Angelics arrive in full force. He then guestures towards it. Aleaic looks and back with confusion. Mulhorand then slyly remarks..

"{{{{{~ You have no idea how powerful an ideology can truly be.

How much power is in faith itself. ~}}}}}"

Aleaic assumes... "For those that believe, there is no defeat bub."

...incorrectly.. "{{{{{~ Not for what I have in mind.

In.... what... a minute or so, the Heavenly Counterattack begins correct? ~}}}}}"

Aleaic does not answer, as an unseasy feeling seeps up more.

"{{{{{~ In less than one mere hour, more energy has been unleashed in this dimensional plane than it has ever seen. More than simply weapons and death, but also faith itself in the raw form itself. It has flooded this reality.

Thank you so much for giving me everything I have longed for. Now you will see a war beyond all nightmare finally come to pass for every being that calls themself mortal.

Again, everything unto ME!!! ~}}}}}"

Mulhorand suddenly flame teleports in a pall of vicious black flame, so harsh Aleaic has to port away a few meters. He diesn't hesitate, and rush teleports back to the forward Command Core.

--

The four minutes later, Heavenly forces arrive in full force. Not only here, at the three mortal plane battlefields, in VAST numbers uncountable. For the first time, odds go 'against' the Infernal forces, there are 'so' many. But along side this, the Heavenly forces make the first major offensive thrust against the Celestial Treaty Line, as millions of Angelic Fleet Legions swarm the weakened lines of their eternal Enemy.

Within the first minutes after H-hour passes, the Heavenly forces begin to mush the Infernal lines away from the severely mauled Allied lines. By no means true safety, rather breathing space at last. The epoluge has taken so much in the first place.

All so as to dupe everyone and everything.........

--

"They should finally be attacking." Isarra spoke, as she looked at the latest projections in the Palace War Center. Sasami and Misao looked on, as Lord Keiichi looked to the remaining local commanders relayed reports. He only mentioned. "Wasn't soon enough."

"It's too straight forward."

The other looked over, as Lady Washu commented in a suddenly abbject tone. "Where'd you come from Washu?" Sasami asks. Washu however looks straight at the hologlobe.

"I think we've been tricked big time."

Before anyone can answer however, a loud death cry strikes from the far archway. Isarra sees, and hears a deathly slither.. "Oh crap..."

...there are three of them...........

--

Orack looks out at the suddenly changed battle, and comments in a weak tone.. "~ Very good timing. ~"

Diana however just wishes none of this had ever happened in the first place.

In moments, that sentiment would be so core.

Lord Soth waited at the proper place. Mulhorand's arrival was not unexpected.

"{{~ Was it worth the bother? ~}}"

Mulhorand just spout.. "{{{{{~ It distracted them enough, as mortals should be.

Now to the real plot. ~}}}}}"

They were back someplace within the Dark Excellency's Flagship, a place with an extradimensional space that was nothing less than a gateway to a place in subspace, specially created to be essentially a near infinite 'bucket' for ths siphon of all the used entropy this one battle had created.

Every spent weapon, explosion, life, energy unto death, and emotion weathered, had an echo into entropy, all of that immense energy was collected in this one extradimensional space.

As a special type of dimensionalized capacitor. Mulhorand looked at the sheer amount of pitch black energy, no form other than in sheer power alone of it's own entropic kind. It was kept as at the baseline of 'used', in a pure negative format, as a fuel source for one major event.

Mulhorand asked simply.. "{{{{{~ Have all the parameters been fulfilled Lord Soth. Is there anything that has been missed? ~}}}}}"

Lord Soth just smiles darkly. "{{~ Only the proper invasion itself. It's interesting how much everything went as anticipated.

Almost no deviation from the norms. Save for the nature of chaos itself. ~}}"

Mulhorand just seethes. "{{{{{~ As if even 'that' will elude my grasp for much longer. But now it is time to bring the remainder of my pawns into the drama, and let everyone here experience why I killed two other dimensions in their entirety.

I wish for my trifecta, and for it, the goals of my masters for myself.

Now. Open the remainder of the portals across this Dimension, and let all the universes within it shudder into oblivion. No other command upsurps this one now.

No more prolouge. ~}}}}}"

Soth only obeys, by mentally informing the enslaved systems that are containing the energy in this 'capacitor', to begin discharging. The sheer spike of used energy when the Angelics began the crossing between dimensions, combined with 'everything' else used in the past hour, was suddenly flood shunted as a single pulse of negative energy, into one location.

Externally, this took the form of an incredibly intense beam of black energy that stabs back where it's author vessel came from. In so doing, destroying hundreds of Infernal and Angelic vessels in so doing, as it targets the Infernal Portal itself!

--

Aleaic reaches his station just in time to see.. "Oh PEACHY! He's going to cascade the portal into a chain reaction of some kind! Who knows how many portals could it make!!!"

In so saying, he cannot do 'anything' now to stop it. It's all out of all else control now!

Essentially, the same energy that had been used to force the inital portal, is suddenly supercharged with the energy of the spent entropy, a collection of impossibilities creating a pure nightmare.

All over all know reality in the D-3 Dimension, a tremendous number of dimensional portals, fed off from the parent upon the Genesis Barrier, also begin to form in the Infernal dimension, and Heavenly dimensions as well, siphoning 'more' energy in a short term supercascade.

All of it follows a special Infernal Program Code, that takes 'large' numbers of waiting Infernal assets, and drops them all into the mortal D-3 Realm, in locations FAR too impossible to count. Almost 'every' galaxy, millions upon millions of them in several universes, are literally forced upon by suddenly unwilling Infernals.

In other words, trillions of very unwilling Infernals were forced across an infinite swath of mortal existence! Worse, instead of the normal way they prefer, one commanded by the Dark Evil itself, Mulhorand instead rips the whole plan to pieces by dictating all the terms on his own.

As for the Infernals in the battlefields previous, they are included, as transverse portals are forced on them as well, as if subspace holes suddenly appear about the immense numbers, and drag them away, leaving behind very trifle numbers of those remaining on Allied ships and in a few exosuits.

In literal terms, in seconds, the Infernals no longer are on former battlefields, and instead are massed beyond all sight.

But not sense. At the same moment, several nightmarish spikes flood through all psychic sensitive levels, as per one that is one of 'HATEFUL DOUR' upon the minds of nearly all.

It's as terribly hard to explain, as it is to fathom.

Aleaic is looking out at this happening, and a moment later, the Allies find themselves alone, 'and' in sorrow. They had failed. How they can't truly understand. But they 'know' in that moment they have.

The battle therefore ends, with silence.

The last thing Aleiac sees, is the grand enemy vessel fading out of view like it was a fading nightmare.

How one moment could be as eery, as quiet, and as terrifying, as this, and have an equal moment, is one to be debated.

If anyone lives when this all finally ends. It has only begun.

Ma felt an eerie silence, just as the battle ended aboard his ships. The Naval Infantry aboard took stock of their numbers. Many had died. But many were alive, and had seen the forces of Heaven and Hell clash in front of them. All were standing in knee-deep blood.....that dissapeared. They wondered, what would happen now.

Ma mumbled to himself, "Allah....what have you in store for us now? Thy will is mysterious, and though the foe is gone, something is not quite right."

Some of his men began celebrating, then, they felt the same feeling Ma got. One of dread and horror.

Ma then knelt down and prayed, saying, "All-Merciful, All-Powerful, give us the strength to bring Thy justice to the foe...."

Then Ma got up, saying, "...for I fear he has not yet been destroyed."

Ma then said, curtly, "Send a signal to the others. Ask what is happening. If we are to fight on, then we must."

Hell was enraged at having been so tricked, and so raped in all their mighty planning, to have been duped into being forced like so. Hell was all but emptied...

--

Heaven never had seen such an act. How a supposedly mortal force, compared to celestial types, could cause such a dischordant even with no near equal.

Heaven began to empty it's masses to fight the Infernals now spread all over D-3 realty.

--

The mortals, Allied and unknowing alike of their native dimension, were suddenly sidelined for the moment. In short order, Lord Aleaic was informed the Heavenly Host would take over the course of the battle, as a result of the Allied forces having been so gouged.

--

As for The Ascendancy forces, save the majority of the Hikari Grand Fleet, almost 80% of the Ascendancy and Allied Confederacy Fleet Commands and allocated forces, were either destroyed, or too depleted to continue. Having been the brunt of the majority of the battle at the Genesis Barrier and the Gate, took the ungodly amount of casualties. The Sol System battle had been kept to the Neptune orbital zone, and the forced redeployment of the Infernals left no less the number of dead.

It would take at least three full months to recover the sheer amount of bodies, resources, and souls combined. The Ascendancy was effectively inert as an offensive force. It would be forced to rely on outside assistance for the alloted timefraome, for the immense recovery forces to do their tasks.

Worse, it would be a full year before the A-SSD fleet could recover to full strength. The Eternal Destiny itself was a total shambles. There were more holes in it than had been Infernal portals apparently. A 'lot' of good citizen souls had given their lives to defend this dimension from the greatest threat of all.

The price however didn't stop with the soldiers, and lower echelon commanders..

...the very top saw a dear cost.

"What's happening! Where are they going?" asked Mithithele as the enemy disappeared through the portals.

"No idea sir. However, I believe that the war is only just beginning though."

"I agree. Now how much damage have we sustained?"

The Molqaer fleets had sustained heavy damage as well. Only 40% of the fleet at the Gate remained intact. The rest were all blown to bits or beyond repair. No ship was without their own little collection of battlescars and lost pieces and it would take a while to repair everything.

The fleet at Sol more or less fared the same having less enemies to deal with, but also less support.

"Hopefully we'll have enough time to repair before their next attack." Mithithele said and then silence reigned as they looked at the gigantic mess of carnage before them.

The blinding light of the pure angels that ripped into the fabric of this mortal plane was a relief to the Emperor and the Abh fleet that was heavily battered. "Well it seems that reinforcements have finally arrived. Give the order for half the fleet to pull back and make repairs while they can."

Kenesh nodded. "Yes sir."

Omega-X Destroyers and Victory Destroyers pulled back to collect crew members and regroup.

General Meiffert gets no rest though as he is finally beginning to feel the exertion. The tip of his fourth sword was dug into the floor as he leaned heavily on the hilt trying to catch his breath. A demon had a vicious looking sword raised above his head until an object streaked by and nailed the monster between the eyes. Brain matter splattered out the back as the creature fell away. Meiffert looked back to see Trife holding a bow from a fallen D'Haran soldier.

Meiffert gave a salute looking around seeing that the room was cleared. The entire ship had finally been purged of all demons but it looked a mess as bodies were everywhere. Blood and gore sprayed everywhere.

The Emperor was watching the tactical display when the screen went blank except for the allies. "What in the name of the Abh?"

Kenesh looked down as well but had no response. She hurried back up to the bridge to the Emperor's side. "What happened? Did we win?"

The Emperor shook his head. "I don't think so. Get me Lakfakalle right now!"

"Your highness we can't. Our communications are knocked out from the attacks."

The Emperor plopped back down in his chair. He was all the way out here from the capital of the Empire with an enemy that had just vanished and he had no way of getting in contact with Star Forces to prepare a defense.

Ma knew what was to happen...he had a sense of dread, something bad was gonna happen, he just knew it. Allah told him, the Force was eminating bad signals.....this was not good, not good at all.

Ma then said, "Damage report."

The helmsman said, "20 ships are KIA. 10 more are damaged. We are reporting casualties, and lots of damage. That fight was something fierce. We cannot go on without assistance."

Ma then said, "Open a contact with HQ, and with the New Dornalians. Tell them we need reinforcements, and repairs ASAP. If what I am thinking is right, then the Apocalypse is still going on....no enemy dissapears without a reason. We were nowhere near ready to win."

Communications were established, and soon, word was sent that reinforcements were needed. But there was a situation. Scattered reports from the TSR and parts of the Frontiers of the Workers State came in of demonic forces locked in battle with People's Acolytes, People's Militia, Regular Army, and Navy units from all over the two areas. Every man needed was on alert, or sent to the frontlines. Ma could only get one more fleet, and maybe one shipyard.

He said only, "Allah forgive us. Send the most damaged home. Those who have capacity to fight can stay."

However it was soon obvious the battle was indeed over. There was nothing else to do but lick wounds, and wonder what would happen next.

---

*Seventy-two hours later*

"Yes, that is all there is to the report." ..the Lord Excellency then bows, and looks up at the mighty council of High Lords themselves, all very far away in seperate podium chambers overlooking the glorious chamber. It was not the first time he, Tsunami or Arashi had attended Council Session to deliver an after action report.

It wasn't done lightly neither.

At the very highest center of the One All that watched, the Almighty responded simply with.. "(((( :: ~ Then that is all. ~ :: ))))"

The word of thanks came from another of the Council from the far left of where the Excellencies stood, a pearlescent platform of marble and light, extended upon a walkway that ran from the visitor enterance to the far rear, to the lower center of the great chamber.

"((( : ~ Your people are to be commended commander. They took their responsibility with excel. As did your called upon allies. Many a nation gave their all for the cause that is agreed here, that is just. ~ : )))"

Aleaic only nods, not truly sure if he can agree with that. Not for the obvious, but rather for the suffering that came with it all. Behind him though, Lady Arashi asks.. "Is it true then that the entire event as the battle concluded, was not the Infernal's own actual doing?"

"((( : ~ Indeed. The Infernal forces were forced into all those portals, and across the D-3 Dimensional Expanse. There is no clear plan apparently, other than to sew very large amounts of chaos across your reality, milady. ~ : )))"

Aleaic replies to the third Lord's comments with.. "Mulhorand duped everyone. If Asmodeus approved of all that, he's the only other one I'd wager did so. Mulhorand either is a hero, or a vile enemy to the Infernals now.

I'm not sure if anything of all this is good, or even bad, for us, other than the obvious." ..he puts with a rub of his scarred chin.

The second adds.. "((( : ~ The obvious has to be dealt with first. The numbers of demons and devils in your reality now, should not be. Only on the eternal battlefields are such numbers should this all be. It even breaks the record numbers sent to D-801 sixty thousand epochs ago.

Before we can discover the true intent of this event, the damage must be limited. We are going to have to sent essentially the entire Intracel Fleet Host, along with the entire Angelic Grand Army to combat this as best we can.

We therefore also understand that this means for your nation, you will be unable to assist us for some time. Therefore the fronts will be handled by Angelic Force Commanders until your nation is back up to speed. ~ : )))"

Aleaic nods. "Can't be helped. Even the most uber of wars falls to logistics and plain physics. Even magic has to obey some laws. Our efforts will be dedicated to the recovery of the Ascendancy military.

I would like permission to extend the resources of the Angel-Reservor to our allies that helped us not only this time, but for the future, for as long as the Eternal War exists upon our reality."

"(((( :: ~ Agreed. We will need them all before the final resolution comes. Everyone's sacrifice is not lost to us of the on High.

Please give such words to all that you see, as equal to my own. ~ : ))))"

That was not something taken lightly. Many all too often speak for the Him, Her, and All with too much abandon. Even listening is no less, and to be given the word of Thanks to give others, is something few have the true previlige to do.

Aleaic bows deeply at this. "I will try to be equal to such a glory."

"(((( :: ~ ...and to those that suffer closest in your heart. I will thank them directly. ~ :: ))))"

Aleaic does not respond with suprise. Instead, he twinges most severe in his heart. Worse does Arashi, who has to fight a sheer wave of agony, to keep composure in this audiance.

Aleaic only calmly replies. "I thank thee for that."

---

*seven hours later, the Intracel Gate

...infirmrary*

*soft, continuous sobs upon a covered sheet*

*A hand kept in place with equal grief*

There come times that no matter what you do. No matter what power over any technology, any miracle, or command any respect of any excellence, that a moment comes that makes it 'all' crash upon the fragile foundations it all is based from.

Family is one of those fragile pillars.

Tsunami, Isarra, Jennifer and Diana stand a step behind, in consumate sorrow. The rest of the Council, and as much family that could make it, are either in the area, or in adjacent rooms. The sound of a medical device keeps indicating that Sirrana is alive.

As the Med-Techs said, even with Angelic comment to the same, that her vitals, Astral, Psy, and normal patterns were indicating she was vibrant and healthy.

Her Hikari patterns did not however. The reason was as tragic as it was horrible in cause.

Someplace in the vast vaults of the Intracel Gate, there was a Hikari Treeship that belonged to the same owner that now lain in a coma. One that had been struck by that same entropic torpedo that nearly blew the Gate apart.

But it wasn't the torpedo that did it. The ship had been hit, but it also had survived. Instead, the Tree itself has somehow been personally breached, and a near lethal slice to it's trunk had been suffered. By whom was brought obvious when Isarra and Washu informed of an assassination attempt upon them on the Capital itself.

When they (Aleaic and core family,) learned Sirrana had been sent to infirmary, they arrived to learn she has a bad welt on her head, thanks to the initial Genesis weapon bursts. A split moment later, they 'all' learned, doctors included, of the attack on Sirrana's Tree. Diana only avoided the same, due to the same entropic torpedo, that apparently killed the demonic assassins that managed to reach Sirrana's Treeship.

As the grief commenced, analysis of the remains that Isarra and co. managed to defeat, were compared to the residue left behind by the attackers of Sirrana's tree.

Somehow, impossible to believe, but still so, it was Mulhorand's own. NOT regular demonic DNA. That was only found out from blood found on Aleaic's tattered clothing, one that actually eminated an aura of the dark author, all on it's own. Only Aleaic's direction led to this result, one based on how personal these specific attacks had been.

After that, there was little that could be done. The Treeship was already back in Ascendancy space, in the Heavenly realm. Somehow the Tree was barely alive, a pure miracle.

Hence the coma, and harking back to the core rule of the Partnership itself. The Tree and Partner were linked unto death.

If the Tree died, Sirrana 'would' die.

Aleaic knew at that moment, looking at his daughter on the table, healthy save for one critical element, that Mulhorand had won this round without question. The Dark Mirror had outmaneuvered everyone, and had struck at the very core of the Ascendancy's heart.

All Aleaic knew, was that Mulhorand was out there in this Dimension, somewhere, with the upper hand, with trillions of very angry demons and devils covering up his tracks by their sheer presence.

Aleaic vowed a response sooner or later. All debts had an equalizer as far as he was concerned. Mulhorand would indeed pay.

The Dark Lord looked at his Master, as Mulhorand looked at his black, flame roilled hand. Mulhorand knew very well how close he had killed the version of Tsunami here with it. But then, he had done more than just that.

He looked over at Soth with a near impossible to see smile. "{{{{{~ Did the fourth party get it? ~}}}}}"

Soth smiled, and lifted up a Seed. Mulhorand nodded, and then placed his hand unto a genetic resequencer-discriminator. It began to take the DNA fragments that had been siezed from Tsunami's neck, and swirl it into the large tube of genetic fluid. Soth then inserted the Seed into a slot, and it then enters and floats into the center of the fluid bio-mass.

Mulhorand then takes a step back.

"{{{{{~ Everything unto 'me'. ~}}}}}"

He even had a name ready to give this new copy, once it was born.

"(( :: ~ Terrasuza wasn't enough. We may have to push the whole further along. ~ :: ))"

Lady Creation looked across the infinite/finite distance at The GrandFather. He nods. "(( ~ Begin to gather the remainder of the Powers for a session.

We have to be ready as well when this all goes out of control. ~ ))"

Lady Creation nods. She then adds.. "(( :: ~ You have to tell him the truth about the Angels then. It won't be nice to do. ~ :: ))"

The GrandFather sighs very thickly, and nods.

"(( ~ I so well know all too well. I only hope he can weather such a truth. ~ ))"

Lady Creation nods, and then vanishes to her own tasks and plans.

The eldest Kerensky of them all, only gorans. "(( ~ Heaven and the Powers at war. Can that really happen again?

What else can happen as well. ~ ))"

He then admits for his own hearing alone. "(( ~ The Prophecy of the One Eternity may have finally come for everyone.

May the Existence forgive us all. ~ ))"

...said with his own tear.

*End Part One*

OOC: Reaction Post from The controler of all evil forces in my nation

IC: A Dark Commandship cloaked entered one of the three dead battlefields. It was field with the sights of death, destruction, choas and sadness. These sights were welcome by the Dark Lord on the Ship. But in the battlefield could be seen ships who gave themselfs up for Hope,Freedom and "good" Such sights made the Dark Lord sick and his hate for his enemy grown. The Dark Gem on his chest glowed with a dark light as he kept looking apone the seemingly endless wrecks of ships

" They have come to destroy and spread Chaos. Held off for now they maybe but they will come. Another time and another place and another battle."

The Dark Lord as indeed the Majin Emperor Naraku.

The Commandship was alive with horrible Demons and Undead things that live in the darkist pitts of what many think of Hell. The Undead were bad enough with their decomposing bodys. The smell was horrible but how they fought was worse. They would ripp liveing beings apart limb from limb and use the flesh as food.

The Demons in Narakus service had yet to fight but one among them was the worse in his command. Rumor had it nothing could harm it. All who had fought it died and the Demon learned their abilitys one way.....or another. Some say it devored their souls. Others say its body remembers the attacks and can improve on them.

Regardless of all of this they had one goal. Destroy all Light...They hated Light more then anything else they were created for that and that only.

OOC2: React to it however any of you guys want . Just a reaction post really

The Eternal fleet that had been sent though had not taken much action was true task come underway they were to help the Gaians and their allies recover from the aftermath of the battle and as well to help recover bodies. Yet the reason the main Eternal fleet had not attack was due to them having entered into a massive battle with a fleet nearly as great as the Dark Eternal fleet that had assailed the Gaian home world in the Wars of Destruction. Yet they were doing all they could as to prevent the Dark Eternals from joining in the main war because if they the prophecy of the second coming of the Highest One may come and the judgment of the Eternals and Dark Eternals alike may happen...

The Eternal fleet present at the remains of the battle against the Internals sent a message to the Ascendants:

“We ask do you need any assistance as of the present for help in repairing your fleet, recovering bodies, or anything else?”

Meanwhile, those ships who were crippled began to go home.... and a survey of supply needs was made, and a request was sent to the Workers State and the TSR for more People's Hammer torpedoes, replicator fuel for their Anaconda I units, and spare parts for their Warp Cannons, Super Warp Cannons, etc. More supplies, and supply tenders, were sent with the new fleet, which would be arriving soon....
