Khan Delta stepped off his personal aircraft and walked up to a Marine truck, carrying a veteran squad back to their post from leave. He climed aboard and took a seat, looking at the rest of the men and women in the vehicle. "Remember this moment for the rest of your lives. Everything changes after today." is all he said to them as the truck moved. It was a strangely silent ride to the Capital of the Gholgothian province, and he stepped down from the truck at the capital palace and looked back at the Marines again. "Everything."

Come to the palace in Avalon at your earliest oppertunity. I have news that shall reshape our nation's futures. You have no need of bodygaurds or large escorts in my lands, as I have none in yours. Come with only your most trusted, be they a warrior in your service or your own blood. They shall be witnesses to what will take place.

After the letters were sent away, Delta closed the large doors to the throne room and locked them from inside, at the same instant all the monitoring equipment inside suddenly failed and refused to function.
After nearly eight hours inside, one camera worked again, but it only showed Delta's face. "There is a sealed document on my desk in Europe. Once Damien and Dayne enter these chambers, it is to be opened and read to the world. Not one instant before or the reader shall suffer greatly at my hands."
