Today in 1503, the current form of the Republic of Pacitalia was founded. Tonight in cities around the country, there will be fireworks; great food, wine and dessert; a night parade, evening mass, speeches by government officials and so much more! Celebrate the anniversary of Pacitalia's birth.

The Federated Union of Democratic Colonies would like to formally extend its congratulations to the Democratic Capitalist Republic of Pacitalia.
Our nation is but a child compared to yours, and thus it is with astonished eyes that we bare witness to this wondrous occasion. Few nations survive to reach the age of 500, and fewer still flourish and bloom as Pacitalia has.
The Democratic Colonies wishes Pacitalia the very best, and offers forth the hope that the next half millenium proves to be as fruitful as the previous for the Democratic Capitalist Republic.
