Highly encrypted message to Zarthas Holy Ecclesiastical Colonial Parliament.
We are currently at a state of war with the Doomish colony on this continent. But we cannot gain passage to the bay due to unknown submariners that would most definately sink our fleet, then we'd have to deal with the Doomish fleet as a whole.
That is why we ask permission to lay anchor in a small bay that is present within Zarthas, then we fly over Zarthas to get to Paethos so we may combat the threat there, and assist our allies.
