the Nation is celabrateing tonight as news that Empress Serena had given Birth to Twins today. The Twins are a Boy and a girl. In The Capital, Flags are Flying and Fireworks are going off. The Twins are to be named Galaxia (The Girl) and Barbarossa (the Boy).
We wish to offer our congratulations to Empress Serena, and should she permit it, a domesticated mountain lion as a pet and companion for each of the babies.
Our nation sends its congratulations to Empress Serena and her family, and to your nation as a whole. May the twins have long and prosperious life.
We wish to send our congratulations to the Empress and her husband. And as a gift we send a well crafted vase made out of china by our finest potters and craftsmen.

And along with our congratulations, we wish to send the twins gifts. We will be sending a large silver Wolf statue, with two perfect-cut blue diamonds as it's eyes. They will also both recieve a necklass, with a thin silver chain and a ruby in the center with their name carved into it.
The Empire of Quaon congratulates Emperess Sera. We will send two Chiom swords as a gift for the children.
If you are unaware of what a Chiom sword is, it is a gift that the goverment gives as a title of nobility. Anyone in possesion of these swords is a citzen of Quaon and has the honorary title of Shilom (ancient Quaonese for "Most Valued Friend and Knight or Knightess." Of course, as a democracy, the title has no actual value and is merly symbolic.
