Not a bad start for a reasonable navy, yet you will need to employ much more abuse on the designers to build something of true power.

isn't 3.3 mil $ too cheap for a super dreadnought

Not for this one it isn't. If you do your research it's actually a little expensive.

Ah the conditions. I did wonder why you weren't using nuclear power.

OOC: Points for originality. I was going to start critiquing. :p Good work on duping me.:D

Pennterran armaments minister Elizabeth Intino sighed and shook her head as she read the notice from Cybernetic Entities of Hakurabi. She sighed and was set to write a memo to the CEH about the limited usefulness of Dreadnaughts and Battleships in the age of submarines and aircraft carriers when she saw the fine print. Chuckling, Intino instead wrote,

"Bravo, my Hakurabi counterpart, for your clever idea. I can only wonder how many mad dictators will buy your ships before word gets out about their true nature- pumping significant amounts of money into your coffers in the meantime. Once more, bravo, and thanks for ruining the idea for the rest of us. E. Intino.

P.S. Out of curiosity, does the $3.3 million pricetag also apply to purchases of the ship for museum purposes?"

OOC: Seriously, this was funny. You could've fooled someone of my attention span- now that I look at it, I recognize how slow, poorly armed, and backward it is. It'll look good in the Pennterran Museum of Naval History.

"There's something other than Museum purposes we can use this for? Do tell."

A final note is sent in reply: "I imagine it makes a rather effective paperweight. The $3.3 million is on its way; a skeleton crew of Pennterran sailors will be sent to pick up the dreadnaught and sail it to the museum in Geltingham. We thank you for this opportunity. E. Intino"

[OOC: Mmmmm... Orion Class, I presume? Nice. I just hope you ditched the centre cross-beam firing turrets. Those things were nothing but bad news. Also, the smoke from the boilers tended to obscure the fire direction masts.

EDIT: Damn you and your highlightable text stealing my thunder!]

"You need not worry about the transport of this vessel - It will be shipped in components along with a team of technicians to position and assemble it in the museum of your choice. Your purchase also includes a steel faux-wood stand for use in outdoor displays. You can expect the ship within 2-3 months."

"This is acceptable. We await the ship and your technicians eagerly. E. Intino"
