The Political Bureau has hereby issued travel advisories for New Aushan citizens that they may experience massive amounts of violence if reported to be residing within Soviet territories (http://www.freewebs.com/unionofarmeddominions/government.htm). The Politburo has also made travel to New Ausha illegal until further notice.

The Commissariat of the Interior, which presides over the Committee for State Security (KGB), the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU), State Political Directorate (GPU), and others, has issued State Security Executive Order B127FG, which under Article 58 of the Soviet Penal Code (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_58_%28RSFSR_Penal_Code%29) allows for the incarceration of suspected counter-revolutionaries, terrorists, etc. SSEO-B127FG will allow the temporary incarceration of New Aushan citizens suspicious of counter-revolutionary activities, espionage, suspicious activity, etc. The New Aushan administration may contact the Commissariat of Foreign Affairs for inquiries on arrested citizens. I've done what I can, Mr.Troskin, i've met with Vice Minister Siegfried. He himself feels this conflict is pointless, just an attempt by the millitary buffs of our nation to millitarize, and build a war machine. This is what we can do, we cannot appoint a New Aushan communist party, to hold in elections, as we would worry for the delegates own personal safety (due to the strong anti-communist sentiment, in our country) However, we can formally disban the Anti-Communist/Anti-Socialist coalition. Our members will be asked to revoke thier memberships. We cannot restirict our bussineses in any way, as we feel this would be a direct violation to our capitalist beliefs.
