This thread will be an In Context Thread concerning the internal and external affairs of New Veritas, my colony in Hogsweatia's Colony Landmass. As such it should only really concern those nations directly involved with said landmass.
The Grand Republican Colony of New Veritas
General History
The colonial area known as New Veritas is one of the Grand Republics largest and most prized colonial possessions, it being a landmass occupied by the Grand Republic but not actually inhabited by any native population; this ensures that no incidents such as the occupation of Nerotika or Hitlerreich occur, incidents still seen as a dark stain on the otherwise democratic history of the Grand Republic.
Whilst the initial population of the Colony is around eighteen thousand inhabitants, the majority of which are military troops stationed in defensive lines in the colony itself, it is expected that these numbers will quickly expand to the region of several million, as new troops and colonists enter and expands the inner regions of the Colony.
