On behalf of the Bynzekistan Foreign Affairs Department, I am writing to express my government's interest in a relationship with your nation. Bynzekistan would be interested in setting up an embassy on your soil, and would be delighted to grant you some land on which we shall build an embassy for you. We would also offer to have a Bynzeki Ambassador live in the embassy, and offer accommodation to any Ambassador or other staff you would like to send.

Bynzekistan is a nation proud of its free, democratic and equal-opportunity society, and its government would do nearly anything to further this status. I foresee a great connection between our two likeminded nations.

About 10 acres will work, as we are only going to be building a small building. It will probably be 4 or 5 stories, and we will pay for it ourselves. We would prefer if you could create it from a mix of Tocoriain and Bynzekistanian architecture. Please tell us how much it costs, and we will wire the money to you when you desire.

To the honorable delegates of Phriykui'linoy'li'esis,

To be perfectly honest my initial reaction to your response was one of shock and wariness. You are quite forward in your convictions and very open with your beliefs.

However, upon thinking things through, and on discussion with the President and his staff, our government has decided to accept your proposal. The fact that you would be so open and honest to Bynzekistan about your beliefs, and that fact alone, deserves some form of acknowledgement.

You must understand, however, that Bynzekistan is a free, democratic and peaceful society. Our leaders are elected by the people themselves, and the people have the option not to vote if they so desire. My reaction was based on the fact that you basically told me that I and my government are evil, corrupt and warmongering. I will not ask you to take back your comments, however I wanted you to know of Bynzekistan's political philosophy.

Phriykui'linoy'li'esis has been granted 350 hectares of land in north-western Cadomir on which to build an embassy. Bynzekistan will cover the cost of this construction, and I and my staff look forward to meeting your Ambassador and his or her staff. Your people are more than welcome to purchase property anywhere they like and live in Bynzekistan. Free speech is one of the things Bynzekistan holds most dear, and as such you will be granted an office free of charge in Bynzek City from which you may print your newspaper. Your newspaper will not be censored, proofread or hindered from publication in any way. In fact, I would like to place a subscription, and will forward you the necessary funds shortly.

You are also invited to address the House if you so wish, however I must tell you that all delegate speeches are to be about relations between our two nations and nothing else. This is one stipulation I must lay down, and I sincerely hope you understand.

The Bynzeki Ambassador to Phriykui'linoy'li'esis will be Kiloa Munon. He will be shortly arriving in your nation, accompanied by a personal aide, five advisors and a ten-man security squad.

Above all, I am intrigued and interested in your beliefs. I know our President, Georgi Bynschev, is a keen philosopher and psychologist, and would be very interested in meeting with your people and engaging in discussions.
