We are a freedom-loving, free speech democracy, and are interesed in participating in international affairs. Our culture endorses multiculturalism, the basic rights of citizens, and the right to self-defense.

The Pacitalian government is interested in forming a bilateral relationship with West Canada Union based on your apparently enormous respect for civil and human rights. We are like-minded in that regard, as well as an economic, military and diplomatic power within this world, and would have no problem with creating a relationship that ensured the maximum maturity of West Canada Union as its links grow and expand with the rest of the world.

The screen is black for a moment then you see a smiling man in a black suit. He is tall and has cold blue eyes. He is holding a blue glass ball and there is a long table in the foreground, with a large window backdrop behind him in which you can see the tops of some buildings and the sky. "Hello West Canada Union. I am Quiangkal Nonart. I am the leader of Brigidonia. I am intrested in creating an Allience with your country. You should know that even though we are not democratic I am a very benovelent dictator who lets his citizens life their life and they have about as much freedoms as most democratic countries give their citizens. Good Day Sir and Long Live Our Nations." The screen goes black and you see white letters saying End Broadcast.
