This is the Shazbotdom News Network with a news flash from the Colony of Alraibris. Today near the town of Holigrand, gunfire erupted between a group of freedom fighters from the quadrant of "The Wastes". The Gunmen used a carbomb to cause confusion in and around the area where the Marines were. Preliminary reports are that over 40 Marines from the Shazbotdom Marine Corps were killed in the initial gunfire that erupted. The freedom fighting group "Freedom For Narlognra" claimed responsibility for the attack. Reports also state that 15 civilians were caught offguard by the gunmen as they were shaking the hands with the commander in charge of the Marines stationed on the colony. Initial count of the dead is as follows:

Civilian: 15
Marines: 43
Freedom Fighters: 67

The Shazbotdom and Alraibris Governments have issued orders for strategic attacks against the villages that harbored these freedom fighters within "The Wastes". Roughly 15 AC-02 Pelicans were dispatched from Shazbotdom Marine Air Command and will be within firing range in 20 minutes.

With The Pure Socialist Holy Empire of Shazbotdom's permission, the humble democracy of Phriykui asks graciously to send 30 field medics and 228 field engineers (inlcuding a firefighting platoon) and with further permission, 600 trainees to the area help aid in the crisis. The objective being the most efficient healing of those afflicted by the tragedy and as much restoration of the buildings, infrastructure and machinerythat a Phriykuian engineering team can achieve with mobile resources and any resources at hand.

Our field medics and trainees are at your disposal and you can leave them on the sidelines if you want. However we would prefer, once the casualties have been safely removed, that our engineers are left unaided by any other labour in order to do as much as they can to preserve infrastructure. They will then be at your disposal, but given the construction materials they will completely rebuild the affected area and leave it as it once was free of charge.
