The Emperor Looked out his window at the sky, surveying the city of Drunel capital of The Empire of Zurst. Just then the foreign Minister walked in "Your Excellency the time draws near..." Turning around slowly The Emperor said "Yes....thank you Mr. Smith" he then exited the Throne Room of the Imperial Palace and Began to walk down the Black and White Checker board marble hall, he walked in to the main hall of the palace and saw his Capitan of the guard. "Ah there you are!" he exclaimed "I was looking for you" "see to it the Guard around this palace is tightened and inform the Minister of War, that the Imperial Marines are to be put on special alert for the security of this summit meeting" "also cooperate in full with any security personnel along with the diplomats or leaders and any other staff they might bring" "Yes sir..ill get right on that" said the Capitan of the guard. "very well you are dismissed" saying this the emperor then turned and proceeded in to a large meeting hall and awaited the diplomats or leaders to arrive. he called for one of his aides, the aide entered the room "please show all diplomats and leaders to this meeting room, also see to it there stay in Zurst is made as comfortable as possible. You are dismissed" "yes your Excellency" the aide then turned and departed. He then awaited the arrival of his guests.

OCC: Any one who wishes to send a diplomat is welcome to do so.

Shortly after, the kingdom of Quaden arrived. Two of its leaders, King Seal and Queen Elle, walked into the large meeting hall accompanied by one of Zurst's aides. "Thank you" King Seal said to the aide, and he quickly left the room. "We are from the kingdom of Quaden, so nice to meet you, Emperor of Zurst." Queen Elle said with a friendly smile. The room was silent for a moment as Queen Elle and King Seal of the Kingdom of Quaden waited to hear from the Emperor of Zurst, as they looked at eachother eye to eye...

"Ah King Seal and Queen Elle so very nice to have you attend this summit meeting, Quaden And Zurst are sure to prosper from these talks. You will be allowed to build an embassy on our Soil now and Zurst will forever remember this and accept your diplomats Please be seated and when the other nations arrive we will Begin. If you need any thing do not hesitate to ask" The Emperor seated the king and queen and prepared the summit meeting.

Jenrak must first ask on what intent that Zurst wishes to hold a summit meeting?

As part of Veltmeria's drive to open diplomatic relations with countries, we would like to send a diplomat to Zurst to open a dialogue between our two nations and perhaps to establish a formal diplomatic relationship between us.

The Purpose of this Summit meeting is to Encurage and strengthen Diplomatic ties between the Empire of Zurst and other Nations of the wolrd, Our records indicate Jenrak and Zurst to be allied there for your Diplomat would be more then welcome to attend. There are many pressing issues the Emperor wishes to adress with all the nations who attend. Also Zurst wishes to create new Alliences and Begin trade routs with Jenrak and all other nations who Attend.

If you come to these summit meetings, Zurst will do its up most to work with you and form lasting ties.

The Emperors aide approached Emperor Keller "Emperor Keller? Emperor Prasutagus has been Awaiting you, He is very Anxious to see you and will be quite please you are here." With that the aide showed the Emperor into the Meeting room where Emperor Prasutagus awaited "Here you are sir." he said and then Departed. Emperor Prasutagus looked up seeing his new Ally "Emperor Keller? Ah very good to see you my friend!" he Stood and shook the mans hand warmly, "Come sit there is Much pressing business these nations must discuss." "If there is any thing at all i can get for you do not hesitate to ask" said the Emperor of Zurst returning to his seat.

Senior Ambassador John Carthage walked into the grand Imperial Palace and looked at the crowd of people in the room, getting his bearings and appreciating the architecture as a suited man walked up to him. "Mr. Carthage, I assume? I understand you wish to see the Emperor, I shall let him know you have arrived. Please stay here." Carthage nodded to show he understood what the aide asked and he left, approaching large, ornate double door defended by two guards and waited patiently to see the Emperor. He had many issues he would like to discuss.

The Democratic Republic of Pennterra acknowledges Zurst's request for attendees to your summit. As Pennterra wishes to expand her diplomatic relations, we agree to send a delegation to your summit to ensure friendly relations among the participants and to discuss matters of international importance.

The delegate will consist of Secondary President Alinna Karoma, Deputy Foreign Minister André Kilnov, and a squad of 8 Pennterran Marines, to guard the ambassadors. We hope that this will be acceptable.

The Emperors aide returned a few moments later "Alright Mr. Carthage The Emperor will see you now, this way please." The emperors aid opened the double doors and lead Mr. Carthage into the room, The Emperor of Zurst Seeing the man Enter Stood to warmly Welcome him "Mr. Carthage? Welcome, Welcome my friend!" He shook the mans hand warmly "Enter My friend Zurst is always happy to receive the Diplomats of Veltmeria, And Please send my regards to the Sovereign, If there is any thing you need Do not hesitate to ask. Come sit we have much business to discuss." The Emperor then Returned to his seat.
