International summit meetings
un encoded message to the leaders of the world:
As the emperor of Zurst i here by request international summit meetings. In order to establish stronger ties between Zurst and the rest of the world. To form alliances between Zurst and other nations and start diplomatic ties, and trade relations.
Zurst here by agrees to allow nations participating in the summit meetings grant of land to build embassy's on and accept there diplomats, Zurst also hopes other nations would accept our diplomats. Zurst recognizes the importance of the international community and here by requests this peaceful meeting between my self Emperor of Zurst and Other Nations Leaders.
