The Empire of Nebarri Prime has seen many imperialistic nations fall pray to anti-imperialistic nations as such we have made this

Article one – The purpose of the alliance is to ensure the safety and well being of all nations within the alliance weather involving militaristic, economic, or political pressure as long as it is seen fit by half or more of the alliance.

Article two – If and only if half or more of the alliance agrees to going to the aid of a member nation will the alliance act, all nations within the alliance are then required to send a set minimum amount of aid in either money or military power. This amount will be set at a latter date to ensure that all members are capable of sending the required amount

Article three – if half or more nations do agree to go to the aid of a nation and a member nation does not send aid without good reason there position in the alliance is forfeit or if deemed necessary the alliance may declare war on that nation.

Article four – to ask for aid a member nation must first present their case before the alliance for ruling, if any details that may affect the alliances ruling are left out the member nations position may be forfeit depending on the severity of the detail.

Article five – no nation will have a higher status then the other, though some may be more influential then others. If for some reason a nation does try to take control of the alliance their position in the alliance will be forfeit.

Article six – If a member nation attacks another member then the attacking nation must present good reason for this or their position in the alliance is forfeit

The Imperium finds quite disturbing the amount of criticism to this alliance, which is just an agreement of nations sharing similar governmental policy, towards unity and wholeness. Yet it is taken as a threat to others?

This justification "for peace and unity" can be utilized by nearly every regime in power -- from liberal democracies to totalitarian states. At what cost does the Alliance of Imperialistic Nations seek to create unity and wholeness? By imposing their rule upon other nations -- for the purported "interest" of other peoples, but in actuality only to gain more power to further monger war and plunder the riches of other nations. It is an absolutely ludicrous claim that aggression against sovreign countries seeks to propagate peace and wholeness; it only seeks wholeness in the sense that the alliance's member's foreign policies consist of the unjust conquest of other nations.

The imperialist tendencies of the member states, under the guise of "peace" and "unity" plan to shed blood only to solve their own, selfish goals; overcrowding, economic woes and ever-shrinking natural resources. Too irrational and callous to solve these issues resonably, they turn to war instead.

One of its member nations has citied one purported example of when imperalism did no wrong; one example can not possibly stand for every instance of imperialism.

and i think to make sure all nations can give the aid needed in the case of this alliance going to war all nations need to send at least 2,000 solders or 1 Billion USD, this way if you are a nation that is small and against aiding you don't need to send much, but it is enought to make a difference.

As some you may know the nation of Optischer has offered itself to the world as a weapon all for money. Nebarri Prime sees this as a danger to our Empire as we prepared to attack the nation of Questers got itself involved they now have a blockade of 59 ships around Optischer stopping any attempt to enter there waters as such Nebarri Prime cannot win an open war against Questers alone, our navy does not support the use of Super Dreadnaughts and only employs 10 Battleships, so even though we are working on a Super Dreadnaught now we ask that the nations of this alliance rise together to crush Questers take its land and move on then to Optischer whom we will do the same.

My Imperium thanks you greatly for your nations just stance in this situation, indeed this incident must be delt with immediately, and must begin with the removal of Questors fleet from Optischer immediately by force. At the moment I only have 39 Austin-class transport ships capable of transporting my 5th Infantry Corp (35,000 men) to Optischer. But we cannot help in the way of offensive naval vessels, the Corp will most likely use the Austin transports as supply ships for ordinance, munitions and food rations once we are situated in Optischer. I feel I must tell you that the burden of destroying Questors fleet (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=454760&page=4) lies in your hands. Once Questors is neutralised we can move our ground forces onto Optischer effectively. I do have a much larger naval force in the works but it may take quite some time for it to be operational. But you should start your attack on Questors fleet in Optischer quickly.

OOC: Banduria, you should start another thread for the war against Questors in Optischer, we can't have it in here or in that other one really. I mean it doesn't have to be a AIC war, it take way too long to get every member to agree to do anything, myself, Nebarri_Prime, you Phenixica and Zurst may just do it on our own, Questors does have alot of allies though. And I rekon Questors will RP Optischer in this war though.

Also, due to Phenixia's post. I suggest that we do re-vamp the alliance. That we become more organized. Perhaps a Board of Senior Nations with maybe seven seats? The alliance members would elect six of these senior nations, and the founding nation would be the permanent member of the board. Then, the Board would make most of the minor decisions, and refer to the rest of the members for major decisions. Each Senior Nation would recieve three votes instead of only one. Just an idea?
