It's Empire,
Her Royal Majesty Queen Clara II, Head of State of the United Kingdom of Questers and it's colonies,
We hereby announce that the Questarian Commonwealth is open to application for sovereign nations up to three degrees. Unless so stated, member nations may hold their Sovereignty, their Suffrage (if applicable), and their Indigenous Senate/Monarch. At this stage, the Questarian Commonwealth in all forms is a binding Political, Economic, and Military Union for any nations, with the exception of far left or right revolutionary.

The Questarian Commonwealth stands to oppose
-Maritime piracy, whether endorsed or not endorsed by a particular government or state,
-The spread of far-left revolutionary notions that are not compatible to be our allies,
-The spread of blatant warmongering and evil (For example, Doomingsland, Guffingford)
-Any complete and utter stronghold on the freedom of the citizens of the Commonwealth
-Military Action against a Commonwealth Nation

The Questarian Commonwealth mantains a set of rules that must be followed to remain a Commonwealth member.
-Each and every member nation can refuse a Commonwealth order unless a Commonwealth nation is under direct, unprovoked attack. If a member is under such assault, then every nation must rally to defend unless they have a very good reason not to.
-No member nation may commit genocide against any people within its own or a foreign nation.
-No member nation must discriminate against any race, ethnicity, or religion, inside its borders.

In addition, we ensure that:
-No citizen of any Commonwealth Nation may fear from international invaders
-Each and every citizen of a Commonwealth Nation is defended with the full backing of international law and Commonwealth Law
-The Economic and Political stability of each and every member nation is upheld to the first degree.

Official Statement, Incorporated Sarzonian Government

After evaluating the offer placed by the Questarian Commonwealth and realising that our national sovereignty and national identity would not be threatened by joining with nations such as Questers and Skinny87 in such a league, the Incorporated Sarzonian Government, with the advice and consent of the House of Delegates, does hereby petition to join the Questarian Commonwealth.

The Omzian Republic, upon an extensive review of the proposal, has decided to inform the dignified nation of Questers that the Omzian Republic is officially expressing its interest in joining the Commonwealth. We feel that with such move as a prospective member of the commonwealth, it would be beneficial for both the gallant nation of Quester and the humble nation of the Omzian Republic to join under one central union, one driving fore that will crush the expansionism-fascism threat that has plagued the world for so long.

In addition, the Omzian Republic would like to inquire if it is possible to sign a separate Non-Aggression and Military Cooperation Treaty with Questers, seeing they are of relatively close proximity to the liberated region of New Konara that our nation currently hold.

The EVIL, OPPRESSIVE, nation of Banduria and it's ILLEGAL and WARMONGERING Alliance of Imperialistic Nations has DEMANDED that glorious Questaria removes it's fleets from the presence of Optischer. Will we stand by while these FASCISTS make demands and attack our fleets? NO! Will we watch as our vessels are ATTACKED by a force TEN times their size? NO!

At this moment the United Kingdom of Questers hereby declares a State of War exists between it and the Alliance of Imperialistic Nations, supported by HM Government, HM The Queen Clara II of Questaria, and the House of Commons by a majority vote of 1-598.

[OOC: I don't think this is infringing on anyones national sovereignty, Sarz. It's just another alliance, albeit one dressed up slightly fancier than most others. Clara II is just a figurehead really - for example, the Grand Republic is listed as an indigenous nation, but I don't accept Clara II as the head of my state or as my leader. Questers call to arms is just that, a call. The semantics might be slightly different, but in essence its no different to, say, you as a Woodstock nation being attacked and calling on your Woodstockian allies to come defend you.]

Your majesty, the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski has reviewed the invitation to join the Questarian Commonwealth. In a closed door meeting by the Security and Foreign Affairs councils, it has been decided that this is too great of an oppourtunity to pass up. The Queen shall be recognized as the symbolic head of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski (ooc similar to what Queen E is to Canada). If accepted into the QC, the CSF will immediately deploy its Home Defence Fleet, the First Quick Reactionary Force and the Second Quick Reactionary Force to aid Questaria in her struggle against tyranny. Also, our latest aircraft will be deployed as part of the task force. This is all we can spare at this present time due to a disagreement in Torontia with Yallak and Amestria.

AS OF 08th March 2006, Her Majesty's Government urges all Commonwealth nations to take action to defend a democratic country under assault by the forces of the far right.

The soveriegn and democratic nation of Juumanistra has been the target of Whyatica and Yurkan imperialist for some time. Their Skibereen Colony has been eyed by the Ayatollah of Whyatica and as such much military buildup across borders has occured. Rightly, Juumanistra took pre emptive action and retaliated before the fascists could strike. Our government fully supports (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=469043&page=5) the actions of Juumanistra in defending their people.

Already we have deployed forces to defend Juumanistra, and so have Velkya and Praetonia. We urge all Commonwealth forces in the area, and those who intend on defending a possible future member against a group hellbent on removal of civil rights and political and economic freedoms, to co-ordinate with the Commonwealth Naval Command In Theater [CNCIC] Fleed Admiral Johnathan Tarrant, onboard the HMS Howe.

Official Statement from the Grand Senate of the Allied Union of Velkya

The Velkyan government, following the actions of it's close ally, the United Kingdom of Questaria, and the Democratic Imperium of Praetonia, in aiding the Juumanstrian colony of Skibereen against the oppressive nations of Whyatica and Yurka. As such, the President, with the permission of the Grand Senate, has authorized the formation of Task Force Grey, a combined arms task force headed by the V.S.S. Osea, and has ordered it to form with the Questarian and Praetonian battle groups at once.

We call upon all allied nations to join us in this crusade against the world's imperialistic powers, and wish all allied soldiers Godspeed in their defense of freedom and justice. Let our actions speak for us, and let freedom and justice prevail!

I bring greetings from the people of Yoboland in an aim to stretch the arm of friendship. To help trade and security to our fair nation I have decided to apply to become part of the great Questerian Commonwealth.

In the event of our union with the Questerian Commonwealth our military will be available for deployment in Commonwealth conflicts. We also give our prayers to Yob in the hope that the allied soldiers in Juumanistra come home safe.

AS OF 09th March 2006, Her Majesty's Government has ratified the entry of Yoboland into the Questarian Commonwealth.

Immediate construction and commission of a consulate/embassy within the Questarian capital of London, for Yobbish delegates, has begun, and we hope that yourselves and other Commonwealth members will follow suit.

The subject of joining your commonwealth has come up within our parliament, and was discussed at great length. The debate raged back and forth for several days before it came to a vote, where the necessary two thirds majority was received. We would, therefore, like to submit our application to this commonwealth. Due to our current lack of a monarch, we would be perfectly willing to accept HRH Queen Clara II as our head of state. We fervently hope that you will accept our application and hope to work with the commonwealth nations in the future.

The Silver Sky National Congress as voted 483 to 117 to authorize me to deliver this message. In this time of warmongering by the massive nations of CAD we believe that the democratically based nations of the world need to band together.

This, complied with the fact that we would like to improve relations with many nations within the Commonwealth, and Questers it's self, and belief that The Questarian Commonwealth will not infringe upon our national sovreignty causes us to seek entry into The Questarian Commonwealth as an Indigenous Republic.
