Van Luxemburg

I was boring me lately, as I had an afternoon off. I then thought of an Organised Crime RP, which is to take place in Van Luxemburg, through the whole country. preferably, people will choose a character either with the police or with the Organised Crime, and I will let the following scenario play:
a shipment of 1000 kg's of Cocaine is on it's way from an undisclosed country to Van Luxemburg. loaded on a fourty foot container, it is a very important shipment to arrive in the Port of Rotterdam. the Police has no intelligence of the current shipment, but has done checks on suspects and on containers without papers. the Organised Crime, or the White Brigade, consisting of people of several Nationalities, aswell as living in several parts of the Europe look-a-like part of Van Luxemburg, has done the shipment and is now waiting to get the cocaine all over Van Luxemburg. the following list of destinations has been filed:
Luxembourg
Paris
Marseille
München
Innsbruck
Zürich
Rome
Madrid
Stockholm
Milan
the shipment should be divided evenly over the cities, so that's 100kg each. the Organised Crime will try to avoid the police which has always been on the top of their toes. I will already tell you that Airport checks are very intense.

History:
Grew up in a silent village on the countryside near München, and finished the highest level of education with ease. he got to the Royal police academy in München, and applied for a position in the Royal Recherche after several years seated in his own village as Policier. He now speaks up to 6 languages fluent: German, French, Dutch, Italian, Letzebuërgisch and English, aswell as a bit Swedish and Russian, together with Spanish and Norwegian, which is very limited.
now, anyone interested? I hope so, I have been boring myself shut during the last few weeks and hoping on some action again.
