Kane Stormswift looked out over the lands of what was called Essah, lands recently colonized by the Religious Imperium. The debacle that was the colonization was over, the Religious Imperium had sent well over a dozen colonization fleets to this land mass, each time they appoarched a shore they were greeted with the flags of some unknown foriegn nation, and with most of the foreign nations not being the kind the Religious Imperium felt like going to war with--the effort continued elsewhere. Finally a patch of land, almost a spec on the grand scale of the island was found and quickly colonized. The colonization was rapid and only stopped when the flags of The Macabees, Novikov, and Xirnium were seen flapping in the wind. As soon as the Colonization Fleet finished its operations a horde of people and soldiers filled the small patch of land. Thousands of civilians settled on the coast, with small bands of farming convoys going deeper into the country to establish farms of their own.

Though civilians did not hold a monopoly on this land, with the sight of the Macabee flag came the almost deafing sounds of the drums of war. The Religious Imperium's dealings with the Macabees was purely on a militaristic level. The fact that all the equipment of the Jagadian Armed Forces had been supplied by the Macabee armament conglomerate Kriegzimmer. There was no political or social or personal ties to The Macabees, and the Religious Imperium liked it that way. The less they had to deal with the numerious rebellions that were occuring in The Macabees the better. It quickly became clear that this new land, known as Essah, would need to be defended. Hundreds of thousands of men were rushed in from the Religious Imperium's homelands, several Crusader and several Jihadist Divisons were sailed in by the Grand Fleet. The moment they arrived they got busy on building the defenses for this new land.

They began first with the front line, which was ten miles from the border and held concrete and steel fortifications including pillboxes, tank traps, barbwire, mine fields, ambush points, tunnel systems, machinegun nests, and even sniper hideouts. The front line was suprisingly the weakest when compared to the other three lines behind it, four if you included the Reenforcements own jump line. The second and third lines had much the same thing, only much thicker and even more complex. This even included traps which could be laid at a moments notice, ambush positions, and more primtive traps (such as spike pits). There was fixed artillery positions which were ready to begin firing as soon as nessecary, and the divisons had plenty of artillery numbers in the tens of thousands in terms of guns. During the War against Norris (Jagadian Civil War) both sides, Remington's and Norris', held a massive lack of artillery and this lead to battles going on for weeks, if not months at a time as even the most simple of engagement quickly dragged down to near trench warfare. Since the War Against Norris, Field Marshall York had ordered a massive revival of the Artillery Corps and his request was granted by Emperor Pierce. Hundreds of thousands of artillery peices were purchased from Kriegzimmer and were even now being imployed across the lines.

The Rapid Fire Line, or basically the artillery behind each major line, was unquie all its own. It held a variety of equipment ranging from the 155mm Incinirator (sp?) Rapid Fire Artillery Piece, to the Corbulo 155mm Self-Propelled Gun, even to the Jagadian Sunfire Rapid Missile Launcher. Tens of thousands of these types of guns and more had been brought and should any nation attack they would find themselves in need a more than rain coats which the Rapid Fire Lines rattled to life.

Behind the three major lines was a Reenforcement Line, which was occupied by the 55th RearGuard Brigade, which held the most heavily armored and disciplined troops in the entire Religious Imperium (all of the best combat troops were in RearGuard Brigade's to ensure that retreats didn't become massacures). Though most of the reinforcements were also there including the 104th and 31st Armored Divisons which were two spar tank divisons composing a Jagadian Legionnaire, Macabee Titans, and Macabee Wolverines. The Titan was the new name of the former Macabee MBT prior to its development of the Cougar MBT. These tanks would prove to be of assistance to the Jihadist Divisons who were also held in reserve due that they were strictly mobility troops.

Behind the Reinforcement Line was the was one final line which was at the city of Tres Junta, the provincal capital, and in it where two Fanatics Divisons. Fanatics were newly formed troops, untested and untrusted (hence why their in the back of the defenses and not the front) though they were highly trained and worked as a unit, more so than any other type of soldier in the Religious Imperium. If all other lines fell, then Tres Junta was the last hope for the provincial forces. Around it was also two airbases composing of dozens of Air Superiority Fighters and Strategic Bombers.

[OOC: On the note of Kriegzimmer; Kriegzimmer's policy does not follow Imperial policy, and Imperial policy is not to interfere with Kriegzimmer - so Kriegzimmer can and will continue to supply you if you ask for it.]
