-Broadcast from the Brigidonian Capitol-
After several years trying to get on our feet the Rogue Nation of Brigidonia wishes to set up Diplomatic relations with other countries. We are a very small country with no Air Force no Navy and an order for supplies for a very small Army. We would like to set up relations in case someething happens that we can not handle and also we need the trade.

Quiangkal Nonart, dictator of Brigidonia, paced at the head of the long table at which his cabnet sat. Nonart looked at his Foreign Powers Advisor, Sabard Dydub, "How long ago was the broadcast sent out?"
"A little over two weeks Sir" Dydub answered.
"How many nations have looked at it?" Nonart shot back.
"At last check 23 Sir" Dydub again answered in a clam voice. He was used to Nonart's impatence.
"Good now we wait for them to reply" Nonart said and then looked at General Ziserend Losys, Commander of the Army, "What is the situation on the orders to start our Army?" General Losys flipped through a few papers, called forward an aide and spoke a few hurried words to the aide. After these words the aide rushed off. "Sorry Sir it will be just a minute I want to make sure we have the most recent news"
"Hurry up" was all Nonart said to the General. Soon after the aide rushed back in and handed a paper to the General and went back to the wall where the aides where waiting. The General glanced over the paper "Sir the order was just confirmed and the equipment is being prepared for shipment."
Nonart smiled "Good, good". This meeting is going good he thought to himself. Now he looked at his Ministor of the Populace, Lebelgar Dasam, "What is the situation on the group who wishes elections back?" (OOC elections were outlawed). Dasam looked through a few papers and looked up smiling his pearly white grin "They have receved no more support from other people in the country".
Nonart nodded his head in responce looked out the large window behind his seat at the head of the long table. "Good. For now this meeting is dismissed"

(OOC I will be using last names as they are much easier to type and pronunce when I refer to the people.) Sabard Dydub walked into the meeting room correctly guessing that Quiangkal Nonart would be in here. The Dictator spent most of his time in this room always in the dark when the cabnet wasn't meeting. He was going to walk to his seat and give Nonart the newest update on the situation with the broadcast for diplomacy. Nonart had his back to Dydub and was staring out the large window behind his chair at the head of the table overlooking the north end of the city. When Dydub reached the foot of the very long table Nonart said "Sabard my friend you dont have to sneak in here like a common theif." although he said this he did not turn around to face Dydub. Dydub smiled a little "You are always good at this sir" he walked until he was a step behind and a step to the left of Nonart. With one arm Nonart gestured over the city "Look at all those people down there. They are content to have me as their sole leader, they would elect me again and again if we had elections. They worry about their lives and for the most part I leave them alone. Yet there is a group who wants elections and they will stop at nothing to get it. A rebellion in this country would ruin us. More so if arterilly is used."
Dydub looked at him "You heard what Minister Dasam said they have gotten no more support"
Nonart spun at this and glared at Dydub "Minister Dasam is a liar"
Dydub recoiled a little at this minor outburst "Yes Sir. I came in here to tell you at last check 13 more nations looked at the broadcast but no one has yet to reply to it"
Nonart nodded "We cant keep this up we need someone to reply. Ok Come back here in a few days to give me another update"
