It was the dawning of a new project in the Pax Pacis science community. An underwater city - a revolutionary way of living and also a project that was beneficial to the enviroment. It was yet another project devised by the joint Rolatian-Pax Pacisian scientific community, and yet another one that had resulted in success. The first city was named Bulla Astu - Latin for 'City surrounded by water' - a very clever name for a clever concept

Glass is as seen. The outer wall will be two-layered to keep any water that gets through the first layer from getting into the city. Same applies for the bridge tunnel. Glass is 1 foot thick for both layers.

This will be the material for the road. It is white marble five feet deep. Marble was chosen because it is smooth and does not crack easily (cracks could erode away the road)
