The FASAN in its present stage or restructuring has decided that many of it'scurrent ships being operated are obsolete by the standard of most of the world.
None of Ato-Sara's home grown corporations has th expertise to manufacture the ships required, so therefore a number of major contracts are being put on the open market. These are:

We here at MierTech are able to supply alternatives to you for those contracts you wish fulfilled. Below is a list with the stats of the ships we believe will satisfy eaach contract:

Heavy Missile Cruiser:
MTN-CR01 Wyth class Monohull Missile Cruiser
http://globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ship/images/arsenal_72.jpg
The Wyth class is unusual in the Phoenixius navy as it isn't a trimarine vessel. This is because for the role this ship plays, a trimarine hull is not neccessarily a good option. The monohull allows the missiles to be arranged so that they are all together are within easy reach of the crew. The massive missile loadout of the ship, combined with CACS, also means that a relatively little crew can maintain the ship. The main use of this ship is to attack land and sea targets from a long distance away.

2x Elysius EY500 nuclear powerplants providing electrical power
2x PIPD

ASW and Missile Destroyer, Anti-Air Frigate, Heavy Missile Frigate:
MTN-L01 Tritus class Trimarine Frigate
http://www.naval-technology.com/projects/trimaran/images/Triton1.jpg
The Tritius has been designed for modern naval warfare, as a stable helicopter launch platform, and as a reasonable defensive ship.
The engines exhaust between the hulls as a method of reducing the thermal signature of the ship. Low noise and radar signatures are achieved using commercially available materials and services.
The advantages of a trimaran hullform over conventional mono-hulls are thought to be: reduced costs, reduced signature, significantly less drag increased speed, increased length, giving greater stability, and more room for the upper deck, which could be used for the flight deck as well as hangars for helicopters and extra armaments.

Multi role Shore patrol corvettes:
MTN-L02 Ra class Monohull SC Patrol Boat
http://www.naval-technology.com/projects/saar5/images/saar12.jpg
With smugglers on the increase, the Phoenixius navy needed a ship that would be able to overtake any other ships on the water. Utilising the super-cavitating technology used on its toredoes and Rijan submarine, MierTech set about creating the fastest ship around. Though it sacrifices stealth to catch up when using the SC engine, it will envariably always catch up, or escape any target.

Heres my contribution of an air defence frigate

Spartan Class AAW Frigate

The Spartan class is a good air defence frigate that can kill anything that flies with anti missile capability as well. It can operate as a command frigate making this a very useful ship to have in any fleet.

COMMAND AND CONTROL
A MCDS mark 8 combat system using a distributed real-time database and integrated communications network includes 17 multifunction consoles and processors, two large-screen tactical displays, twelve bus interface units, a COSMOS monitor, a redundant databus and distributed processing. The system uses asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) based architectures for fast data transmission.

MISSILES
The ship’s medium- and long-range anti-air missiles are fired from a VLS 32-cell launcher.
The Spartan has two Rolling Airframe (1 bow 1 aft) accomdating the RAM missile. The RAM missile is a fire-and-forget missile, which provides short-range defence against incoming anti-ship missiles including sea-skimming missiles.

GUNS
The Spartan is equipped with an Mk-75 76mm Gun, and two Phalanx 20mm guns.

TORPEDOES
The ship is fitted with two triple Mk 32 torpedo launchers for lightweight torpedoes and also has helicopter-borne long-range lightweight torpedoes.

HELICOPTERS
The flight deck and hangar accommodate two helicopters. The flight deck is rated to accommodate a 15t class helicopter for fuelling and torpedo loading. The Helicopter Handling System uses laser guided and computer controlled manipulator arms to secure the helicopter after landing.

COUNTERMEASURES
The ship's electronic countermeasures suite includes an ME204-63 Fuzz ball system and six SuperRBOC launchers which fire chaff and flares. Electronic support measures are provided by a CESM (Communications ESM), used mainly for com’s jamming.

SENSORS
The radars include two STN 9600-M I/J-band multi-function ARPA radars, SMART-L long-range air and surface surveillance and target indication radar, and APAR Active Phased Array Radar. APAR is a multi-function radar operating at X-band which provides target search and tracking and guidance for all Missiles.
The ship is equipped with a IRST long-range infra-red surveillance and tracking sensor. STN MSP 500 electro-optical fire control system provides target acquisition and tracking for the main gun. The bow sonar is the SO S190 Sonar suite.

PROPULSION
The Spartan is equipped with a combined diesel and gas propulsion system, CODAG. The two operating shafts work independently. The diesel engines are installed in a non-walkable sound-proof capsule. The shafts drive two five-bladed controllable pitch propellers. In diesel mode, one of the diesel engines is operated via two main gear boxes and one cross connection gearbox. The peak performance of the diesel provides 7,400kW at 1,350rpm. The ship has an operating range of 8,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 20 knots in diesel mode.
In gas turbine mode, the gas turbine (model MNE 7 LM2500 PF/MLG) provides 23,500kW and 3,600rpm, operating two main gearboxes and the cross connection gearbox.
In combined diesel and gas propulsion mode (CODAG-mode), both diesel engines and the gas turbine engine are operated. The maximum speed of the ship is 34 knots.
