The Khalifah al Muslimeen government sends out word to the nation of Roach-Busters, that it would like to open up relations between the two nations. The Imperial Government had requested that RB send a envoy to Istanbul, the Seat of Government for Khailfah al Muslimeen, and discuss opening relations between the two respected.

Foreign Minister Farhri Koruturk (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/mishkin1.jpg)was assign to the meeting with RB envoy. But first the Foreign Minister had to welcome the Envoy from RB at Istanbul International Airport, along with him was the Imperial Black Guardsmen the personal guard of the Sultan was there to welcome the RB envoy.

Send an envoy? Hell, I'll do better than that, I'll come myself, J.L. thought, pleased with the invitation. He had always wanted to meet the Sultan. He wrote a letter to the Sultan notifying him he would come whenever it was most convenient for him (the Sultan).

The pilot of Air Force One radioed the Istanbul International Airport. "We'll be there in about 5 minutes, requesting permission to land, over."

"Permission to land ,granted, welcome to Istanbul. Air Force One!" radio back the gound contral officer.

"Roger that, we're coming in, over and out."

Within minutes, the plane landed, skidding across the runway and coming to a halt.

When Air Force One made a compete stop in the runway and was towed to a adjacent vacant runway. Where Foreign Minister Farhri Koruturk and Imperial Black guardsmen where waiting for him, there was a group of new reporters reporting the events as they come. Everyone was waiting for the Leader of RB to come out of the plane and greet the Foreign Minister.

Metal stairs unfolded, and a red carpet rolled across the pavement. Buglers began playing the Roach-Busters national anthem, as bodyguards sharply saluted. The Generalissimo stepped out of the plane, smiling broadly, and waved to the reporters and the Foreign Minister. "Hello, everyone, hello," he said. He reached forward to shake the Foreign Minister's hand. "Generalissimo J.L., at your service."

Foreign Minister Farhri Koruturk shake The Generalissimo hand and replied” Foreign Minister Farhri Koruturk at your service, Generalissimo..it’s a pleasure to finally meet you sir. Please follow me to the Limos so that you can meet the Sultan at his palace.” Said the Foreign Minister , then the Foreign Minister lead the Generalissimo to awaiting limo, they got into the limo which drove them across Istanbul, giving the Generalissimo a tour of some kind of the city. It was a 25-minute ride and throughout the trip, the Foreign Minister pointed out the landmarks in the City. After 25 minutes they finally reach the Sultan Palace (Which was also known as the Dolmabahce Palace, here is some pics of it http://www.pbase.com/dosseman/dolmabahce)

At the gates of the Palace, Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/73.jpg) was standing with the honor guard(Imperial Black guardsmen). The Foreign Minister just told the RB leader to get out and just walk up to the Sultan to greet him. He also told him the Sultan would take his place his the as host and it was pleasure meeting him. After the RB leader left the limo the, limo drove off. The Sultan walk up with his cane, since he had badly damage legs and had to use to cane to walk. Plus he was wearing a all black dress suit, he was wearing black sunglasses and black gloves. He was wearing black gloves because he had a fake right hand, since he lost it in a war and now only had a robotic hand, but he hidden it away with his black glove and no one would suspect anything. He greets the Generalissimo and said

“ Ah Generalissimo J.L. it’s a please to meet you at last, sir.” Said the Sultan in his British English accent.

The Generalissimo arched his eyebrow, taken by surprise when he heard the Sultan's British accent. He had expected him to sound Turkish. He bowed, and shook the Sultan's hand. "Your Majesty, it is an honor of the highest caliber to be graced with your presence, and to be invited to your magnificent land," he said, deeply honored.

“I am also honour to meet you dear Generalissimo, I notice you somewhat shock to the fact. I speak British English..then speaking with a Turkish or Arab accent ..let me explain to you, I was rise to speak many languages in their accents…so I can speak in many accents..I hope that clears that up…so how was your trip to Istanbul?” ask the Sultan and he shook the Generalissimo hand

"Ah, I too, can speak in different accents," the Generalissimo said, smiling. "The trip to Istanbul? It was quite pleasant, thank you."

" Good to hear." reply the Sultan, and then he led the Generalissimo into the Palace. He showed him the many halls of the Palace and the many rooms. In till they finally reach the Main hall of the Palace, where there was a table with chairs set up for them. At the table itself was two cups of Hot Turkish Coffee, known to be one of the world strongest coffees. The Sultan and the Generalissimo were seat and drank Turkish coffee together

" So Generalissimo how are you taking the tour of the Palace and how is your liking to the Coffee?" ask the Sultan

"This coffee is perhaps the most delicious kind I have ever had the pleasure of tasting," the Generalissimo said. "Thank you, very, very much."

"Indeed..the pleasure is my..so I give the floor to discuss anything...from relations between our two repected states or of semi personal matters..the floor is yours my friend." said the Sultan

"Well, I actually started out as an exterminator," the Generalissimo said, with a chuckle, "hence my nation's name. It's named after my company, Roach-Busters Pest Control. After the communists took over RB, I joined the military, feigned loyalty, and was rapidly promoted, eventually becoming General of the Army. Of course, I then staged my coup, wiped the Red bastards out, and de-communized RB. And the rest, as they say, is history."

"Ah, how interesting...so it is history and written in stone..as for me I was found to be genius at young age..then thought many grades..within matter of few years and then I join the army cadet school in my early teens...I ranked in the 10 of my class..serve my nation for sometime and then when ruling Sultan died of old age, I was elected by the House of Vizier to become the ruler of the Khailfah..in 2000..such a long time ago...isn't?" ask the Sultan

J.L. nodded thoughtfully. "Yes, but I never did understand the validity of elections. I held a few when I first seized power, but later, decided to experiment with being a dictator. Next thing I knew, I was hooked. Tyranny is quite wonderful. You can do whatever you want, and no one can do a damn thing to stop you."

"Who said I was elect by the people...I was elect by the Viziers..a group of officals who have life terms...who appoint their next leader of by vote of the Viziers....you see my friend...we are not an democary nor a dictatorship...we are a mix of appointed and elected officals and appointed officals have alway power over elected." explain the Sultan

"Elections of any sort are evil," J.L. said. "The less freedom others have, the more you have."

"Your intitle to your belives and will be repected for them..now tell me sir, are you a family man?" ask the Sultan

"Absolutely," the Generalissimo said. "My family and I spend time together quite often. Every weekend, in fact, we go Shooban hunting."

"Spending time with ones family is very important to me...do to the fact I have little to no personal time at times or too much...all depending on how things are going...I repect people who spend time with their families...it show me they have great repect towards close relationships..wouldn't you agree?" ask the Sultan

"Absolutely," the Generalissimo said, nodding.

"So my friend..since you know I am a family man...now I wish to know how you treat your allies and foes, if you don't mine asking." said the Sultan

"By foes do you mean hostile powers abroad, or dissidents at home? As for friends, I treat them with the utmost respect. If a friend does something nice for me, I do something twice as nice. Likewise, if someone does me wrong, I return the favor two-fold," the Generalissimo said.

"Ah, I see.. and understand very much...would you be interested in sign a friendship treaty between our two nations. So that we could set up trade and more treaties later down the road?" ask the Sultan

"Yes, absolutely," the Generalissimo said. "I'd also like to exchange military bases."

The Sultan thought for a moment and reply" My friend, having other nations bases in my nation lands is very very sensitive subject for my people...we only allow one nation so far to have bases in our lands and it took them a long time to gain our trust to even have bases...Not to sound rude or anything...my nation can't do base exchange with your nation for now..you have to gain enough trust from us before we can do such a thing." explain the Sultan

J.L. nodded. "Fair enough. You're welcome to build a base in my nation, however."

"Thank for your understanding my friend, I would not build a base in your lands, unless I allow you to build one in my lands..so I can't take that offer in being fair..yet I offer your nation a supply of cheap oil for only 20 dollars per barrel fill your nation fuel needs." said the Sultan

"Excellent! In return, I will give you a 60% discount on all timber you purchase from RB."

"Very good, what else that needs to discuss about...have any topics?" ask the Sultan

"How about a mutual defense treaty?" the Generalissimo asked.

"Ah yes, I agree we could agree to a mutual defense treaty." said the Sultan

"Excellent!" the Generalissimo said, standing to shake the Sultan's hand. "I appreciate your generosity."

"Your welcome my friend, may the relationship between our nations grow more and more overtime...I belive we are finnish here, are we not my friend?" ask the Sultan

"I believe the last thing left is for us to introduce our ambassadors to each other," the Generalissimo said. He gestured to a lovely young Somali woman. "Meet Ister Ali, RB's ambassador to Ottoman Khaif."

" Ah greetings" said the Sultan and then he began to speak again" I'll send my envoy to RB soon enough, just have to find the right person for the job..so give me time on that matter." said the Sultan

"No problem," the Generalissimo said amiably. "Please take as long as you'd like, my friend."

"Thank you my friend for understanding, I belive this ends our meeting. I'll send for the limo to drive you back to the airport and so that you can go home." said the Sultan

"Thank you again, Sultan. It was an honor making your acquiantance. Though we just met, I already count you among my close friends," the Generalissimo said, with a firm handshake and a humble bow, before turning to leave.
