Post here the Top Ten most evil people in your nation's history, and why they have been labelled as 'Evil' I'll tell about mine:

Jenrak
1st Herrissian Karbulia - A paranoid, overly religious necrophiliac, Karbulia often took women and tortured them, then had sexual intercourse with their corpses. He ruled the Northern Barbarian tribes for a long while, until his power was overthrown by the alliance of the Lords. He died, alone, in his castle. Circa 3,500 BC.

2nd Ciranaar Arkszen - While context compared him to the actual god Ciranaar, prove was skeptical at best. He was, however, known to have created a genocidal effort to wipe out the Ascherans, in his plan known more infamously as 'The Rebirth'. Circa 5,000+ BC.

3rd Elias Armn - A religious fanatic, he and his cult of 'The Golden Children' often took the children of families, raped them and then killed them through ritual strangulation. He was claimed to have been responsible for over 3 million indirect murders, over 8,000 he performed himself. Circa 1622 AD.

4th Ahrren Rahk - A disturbed and blind homicidal killer, he took the eyes of his victims while they were still alive and ate them, in the belief that the consumption of enough eyes would cure his blindness. He was drowned by a vengeful relative of a victim in Circa 342 BC.

5th Ellan and Lexas Norse - An infamous murder couple in the 1720s, they were responsible for the rise of a group of aspiring murderers, whom have indirectly killed over 20,000 people. The Norse couple have been found to have killed over a thousand people. They were gunned down by police during an escape in 1744 AD.

6th Nuir Enkur - The brutal leader of Ascherach, the first father of Jenrak, he was known for his unparalleled brutality. While his killings were over double that of Herrissian Karbulia's, most of them were war victims, and the others were mainly prisoners of war on whom he tortured. He was killed by Ciranaar Arkszen Circa 5,000 BC+. Should he live a while longer, Ascherach would have been truly complete, and it would not have crumbled.

7th Jerkan Rissef - In a dark prophecy of a ruler overthrowing his family power, Jerkan Rissef ordered the elimination of all children under the age of eight, in an attempt to keep his rule. He was killed, however by Arcarum, a boy whom would have been slaughtered had his birthday been later than the day he claimed the massacre. He was killed Circa 1984 AD.

8th Aroqna Craissus - An avid worshipper of Arkthary, the dark Lord of Tsellian religion, Aroqna lured people of nobility to his castle, where they were brutally murdered by his axe. While he was favoured quite well by the people as a 'saviour', he was not favoured by higher casted people, thus it is unknown whether he was truly a violent but zealot person, or whether he was simply a murderer. He was unstoppable, but he finally was locked in prison, and killed from plague Circa 12 BC.

9th Mariask Murun - Infamous for his artifact, the 'Hanging Courtyard' as it is normally called, where people were huing to his amusement, Murun killed off entire villages in the courtyard, always by hanging them, and then through beatings. This is went on for decades, as he was good friends with the King, until an invasion of northern Jenrak by Hsac liberated by the prisoners of this horrendous event. He was killed by a firing squad in 1574 AD.

10th Nahk Territurari - A violent man whom stayed alive on organs supplied from his victims, Nahk Territurari was once a mild-mannered, brilliant and handsome man turned wrong. He was kept alive by modern medical achievements, and he ordered murders out through his legions. While a highly celebrated man, he was soon killed Circa 2005 AD by his daughter, Denise.

1st: Eric Dutch
Nicknamed Spooty's first Criminal, first appeared in the so called "Lemonade Riots" where he incited the hatred of the under-valued Lemonade sellers who were being pushed out of business, he also led the Lemonaders into the Candy-Land factory where they continued to fight for another few years, more recently he has left the Lemonaders and has began to smuggle drugs around the world, specifically to the Hippy communes that he now lives in.

2nd: Charles Bottam
Nicknamed the Arsehole judge for his quick judgments of peoples nature, not only does he head the Spootian Nationalist Social Party he also leads the anti-Floydian anarchist's "The Worms" add this to the fact that he is closely related to the now deceased Mr Spoot and you have an untouchable monster, he remains the enemy of the Floydian Church.

3rd: Rayne
Nicknamed the Pirate Queen by her Gang of crooks and theives who seem to be operating on a loose plan to bring down the Spootian goverment and instate a far more radical system, they have been known to side with the Toop, an anti-Halfling group who seem to be set on removing the whole of Freak Show from the general population.

4th: Silli Splonka
Former ruler of the Candy-Land province and owner of the Candy-Land Factory, he was put into self imposed exile shortly after the Lemonader Riots, he came back to his home after he got word that the Candy Land Factory had been siezed, he is a ruthless businessman who doesn't care who is harmed by his initiatives making him both evil and a great boom for business.

5th: Fritz Schmeil
Nicknamed Schmeigelsbourg, renowned for creating the Schmeil '94 Rifle which has to this day killed around 30,000 people across the world, he was also a member of the SNSP and did at one point make clear of his quite Fascist ideology, although he has noticably calmed he still remains quite an imposing force.

6th: Toop Goodwin
Founder of the Toop Organisation "for the purification of Spooty" which has planned to "get rid of the Freaks" so far this organisation has not stepped outside of non-violent protest and has kept fairly low key, whether this is to build members or because of lack of funding is not yet known but Toop is a bad guy to keep your eye on.

Provost-General Harold Argentum
First sentient war machine was created under his reign, but primarily kept in records as an avid Christian. His downfall was during the Civil War, when the religious people were destroyed by the Mechanists and their war machines.

2nd:
Provost-General <Unknown> Thoma
Mechanist who came to power after the Civil War. Created massive army of sentient machines, and wrote Prime Code. Insanity drove him to make Humanity extinct, with the help of his Machines. The Machines' only direction was the Prime Code, and the programmed version of Thoma's semireligious belief in the cause of Mechanization.

There are no others in the latter half of the Concordiat's existance; Provost-General Thoma was killed in his palace as he prayed to the Machine when a Bolo supertank demolished it during the Harvest of Humanity.

Humanity, of course, no longer exists within the Mechanized Concordiat.

Only one, Joseph Enzo (commonly refered to as Enzo Jewitt). Founder, former leader, and so far only leader of any Enzoist Federation to exist in the world. Known for killing over 340,000,000 civilians and twice that in military figures, including POWs, injured, and even, more notibly, attacking hospitals and residential complexes.

Known as "The Genocidal Puppet" due to his later years being controlled politically by his sle-fappointed admiral. Was assassinated by now-Chancellor Fonzi Jewitt in a "cease fire" meeting which killed all but two Raptic Guards and Chancellor Jewitt himself (Out of some fifty men and women present).

GadgetCorp

1st Rago Nalvitz - The original designer and top engineer in charge of the NecroBot project, Rago purposely added Emotion and Thought Processors to the design, knowing the effects it would have on the prototype, for revenge for having his cousin fired by the company. Was digitized, and is currently spending eternity trapped in a Computer Datacube.

2nd NecroBot A001/01-001A - The original NecroBot created by GadgetCorp, and designed by Rago Nalvitz. Upon being activated, the mechanoid realized its full potential, exactly as Rago theorized, and went on to obliterate GadgetCorp Headquarters, along with several dozen Factory Moons. A001/01-001A was eventually stopped by Dinar Jetz, the CEO of Gadget Corporation himself, who caused the mechanoid to implode upon himself, but not before the robot killed over 85,000 employees. Headquarters was eventually moved to the Aphotic Galaxy.

3rd G109 Helper C2121/52-122J - C2121/52-122J was the typical Assistant Unit, until, in an incident involving some Grapefruit juice and a capsule of Electrolizing Jelly, had his Morality and Judgement chips damaged. As a practical joke, he hacked into the company's stock readings, changing them to an all-time low: $0.05 in Universal Standard Credits per share. GadgetCorp nearly went bankrupt in that episode, taking years to regain the customers' trust. C2121/52-122J was eventually rehabilitated (or repaired, rather), and is currently employed by GadgetCorp as a professional Hacker.

1) Tofov Tannen - The now retconned Fifth Sovereign Arbiter who murdered his father and fourth Sovereign Arbiter Peffe Tannen. He implemented very strict moral codes and laws, and basically enslaved the Sucellan Governance. Overthrown by the Chancellory.

2) Riven Deunari - A feared pirate who has stolen, killed, raped, pillaged, and commited every major crime in each of the three systems of Tannenmille, and is still at large. His fighter is light and fast, and he's an exceptional pilot and gunslinger.

1: Sara Kerrigan, betrayed the Dominion to its enemies trhe Galactic Empire in a time long passt.

1) Emperor Banaan
Emperor Banaan isn't really evil, but we're not very evil people. He's greedy, imperialistic and ruthless. His sense of loyalty is overpowered and it spills into his troops.
2) Black Cherry
A greedy assasin/spy that joined Emperor Banaan and killed two members of the Royal family. Although it is unknown to the Green Sun government, Black Cherry often tprtured and killed her targets.
3) Hairy
Cherry's partner assasin, he was a child murderer in Willink before he was a professional assasin/spy. He also tortured people physically and mentally by torturing and killing their children,
4) General Homer
General Homer was a powerful Lieutanant in the US military and moved to Green Sun and became a powerful general there. General Homer is now dead, but he is responsible for over a million GS deaths.

Like I said, we don't have that many evil people in Green Sun.

1st: The Harvester
(Currently RPing) An insane genius with a grotesquely disfigured body, he was bent on megalomaniacal ideals of conquest with armies of bioengineered creatures and mutants. His nickname is derived from his "harvesting" of human subjects and corpse-raiding. Where he came from is a mystery. What ended up happening to him can't be mentioned now (the RP has barely begun!).

2nd: Ingrid Kopf
Shortly after the ancient people of what eventually became SAVX united under one banner, Marcus, the man who had united them, died from causes that will likely never be known. He was succeeded, probably uncoincidentally, by Ingrid Kopf. She turned out to be a ruthless tyrant who was responsible for an atrocious war against a neighboring neutral nation, as well as the deaths of millions of innocent civilians in both her own nation and others. She was eventually thrown out of power when a rebel group, the parent of the elite group now known as the Citizen Guard, stormed her fortress and killed her.

3rd: John "Krimson" Sange
The man who gave birth to the Krimson Corporation, John Sange was one of the most powerful people in SAVX. Despite his outward appearance as a decent, outgoing citizen, his darker side was one of great malevolence. Responsible for hundreds of unauthorized tortures, killings, and other serious crimes, Sange was eventually ratted out when one of his victims managed to escape and contact the Neogestapo. While Krimson Corporation is still around, John Sange is not. He was sentenced to death in the Inquisition Halls of Hell, where he suffered the greatest agony and torment bearable to a human body for a full month before he was finally executed.

4th: Nikoli
Little is known about this man other than his alias, Nikoli, and his appearance. He was a serial rapist and killer who ran rampant through the streets of Redding, SAVX, before one of his victims managed to kill him in self-defense. He was responsible for fifteen deaths, twenty rapes, and at least forty-three other acts of crimes classified as Crimes Against Humanity.

5th: Jack Guerra
Jack Guerra was an infamous leader of the terrorist group known as the Iron Fist Liberation Army, or IFLA. He successfully committed six major acts of terrorism, including bombings and chemical attacks, before officials in the semi-autonomous state of Sainama found information leading to his location. He and his men were executed in a brutal attack by the Scythe Death Squad. Jack’s head was presented on a platter in Gerechtigkeit Square, where it remained for exactly five minutes and thirteen seconds before a civilian, the father of a victim in one of the chemical attacks, destroyed it with a sledgehammer.

6th: Miles Novak
Before the rigorous psychological and psychiatric screening process that all SAVX Shock Troopers and Death Troopers now undergo was introduced, there was Miles Novak. He was an Elite Shock Trooper in line for the Death Squads when, for an unknown reason, he disappeared from service with his advanced equipment. Eventually he was found in Nathupo, SAVX, where he had begun a killing spree. Local Polizei forces were unable to stop him due to his armor, weaponry, and enhanced body. Miles was finally taken down when Marine forces arrived and a veteran sniper team barely managed to hit him in a small soft spot, ending the violence.

7th: Richard Grossman
Richard Grossman was responsible for the event known as "Red Rain." He had spent years constructing small drones simply called "Shredders," which were fast machines about half the size of an average person, armed with spinning razor-sharp blades. Equipped with heat-seeking sensors and appropriate programming, a total of four were let loose in a densely-packed mercantile street in Galahan, SAVX. Twenty-nine people were killed and another fourty-one maimed before heavily-armed Polizei managed to destroy the drones. The parts were traced back to Richard, who was summarily executed by being slowly boiled to death.

8th: Insen Murdell
Whatever his motivations were is unknown, but what is known is that Insen Murdell brutally murdered at least twenty-three innocents across SAVX before Polizei found him and, in a two-hour gun battle, killed him.

9th: Gabriel Markor
In one of the strangest episodes of violence yet, Gabriel Markor, a schizophrenic religious fanatic, had sixteen members of his cult, God's Shephards, inhale a special incense laced with Sarin nerve agent; all died. Gabriel then removed all bodily fluids from the victims and attempted to force-feed it to the victims' children. Three of them died from Sarin that hadn't yet been absorbed into the victims' nerves. Why this act was performed is unknown. Reportedly, the victims were aware of the Sarin and were fully willing to take the step Markor required. While under SAVX law, the victims would be allowed to partake in this ritual as they consented to it under supposedly uninhibited mindsets, the second step of the ritual resulted in unwanted death and suffering. One of the children contacted authorities, and Gabriel Markor was executed for murder and unauthorized torture three weeks later.

10th: Burning Bill
Aptly named, Burning Bill was an otherwise level-headed man with a severe case of pyromania and psychopathy. Acts of arson and resulting murder over the course of one and a half months were attributed to him, and he was summarily executed.

Don't have TOO many truly evil ones, but a few of them are highly controversial figures.

#1 - Senator Ali Ahmed bin Faisal (born 1978)

One of the few members of the Fascist Party to win election to the Kahanistan Senate. Believes in nuking "inferior nations" like Kraven and its ilk from the map and expanding territorially into the ruins. Almost always outvoted by the much more liberal majority. Has never managed to form a successful Fascist coalition in the Senate.

#2 - Dr. Hamed Abd-al-Karim al-Ezroti (born 1945)

Not truly evil, but what might be called a "mad scientist." Born in 2155, he became a professor of theoretical physics. In 2215, his experiments threw Kahanistan back 210 years into the past to 2005, causing it to degenerate from a PMT nation into MT. Kahanistan has no technology anymore that did not exist in 2005. The time warp altered records to conceal itself, for example, Dr. al-Ezroti's birth certificate was altered so he appeared to have been born in 1945. The cities and other infrastructure in Kahanistan were strangely unaffected. The timewarp also wiped memories of itself, so all that is known is that a time travel experiment resulted in tragedy. Some say Dr. al-Ezroti died in the explosion of the prototype time machine, others that he defected to an alien society, others that he lives a normal life under another name. The truth will likely never be known...

#3 - General Abdullah Hassan al-Ghazi (born 1957)

Commander of XIII Corps (21st and 22nd Divisions) of the Imperial Marines. Nicknamed "General Gas" for his willingness to use nerve gas against his enemies. Luckily, orders from the President or other higher-ups prevent him from deploying his toxic stockpile against civilian concentrations. He is a devout Muslim, and one of the few generals who does not fear Automagfreek.

#4 - Colonel Abia bint Abdul-Rahim al-Qaswa (born 1959)

Brutal commander of an Imperial Marine battalion and a Communist terrorist, born in 1959 (see above for explanation of altered dates.) In 2001 she tortured and murdered several captured militants of a capitalist group that was plotting to overthrow the government. Kahanistan is socialist, but her tactics of dissolving prisoners in acid and oiling tanks in their blood wrenched their stomachs. She is currently serving 30 years in the notorious Ward 58 for the crime. She is also the most evil woman to appear on the list.

#5 - General Abu Hamza al-Aziz (1931-2005)

Former Deputy Minister of Defense. His orders to launch several nuclear devices at Shazbotdom made him one of the most controversial figures in history, both at home and abroad. His defenders say the actions were necessary to prevent interference in Kahanistan's "humanitarian operations" in Jenrak, his opponents say that diplomacy could have worked. He was dismissed as Deputy Defense Minister and protocols were issued requiring persidential approval for further nuclear attacks. He was secretly murdered by Defense Minister Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad in hopes of preventing military retaliation for the attacks and his death blamed on Ottoman agents. Only a few suspect him of the crime, though.

#6 - Brigadier General Rachel C. Levitt (born 1967)

Not evil, either, but highly controversial for her military tactics and flamboyant personality. As a colonel, commanded a battalion of Imperial Marines on a convoy mission to trade for slaves. When unexpectedly held up at the border, and addressed as 'sir', ignorant of the practice some forces have of calling all officers 'sir', she fired on the border guard and called in air support. This action led to a battle where 500 Imperial Marines and 32 Republic Guards, lightly equipped, with only trucks for cover, fought a long, arduous battle with thousands of hostiles, in which 429 of the soldiers were killed and the 103 survivors, including 68 wounded, were captured. Levitt was court-martialed for engaging such a large force rather than retreating, and angered the conservative judge by showing up late to the trial, drunk, and inappropriately dressed for a trial. During a recess in the trial, a general who supported her actions promoted her to Brigadier General. She was acquitted of major charges, but sent to Ward 58 for ten days for contempt, where she met her former commanding officer, Colonel al-Qaswa (see above).

#7 - Defense Minister Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad (born 1952)

A fleet admiral in the Kahanistan Republic Navy, promoted to Minister of Defense after the previous Minister of Defense went MIA in battle. He killed General al-Aziz in an unsuccessful attempt to prevent clashes with the Ottoman Alliance. A known liar and appeaser. He is viewed as a patriot by most, but one officer in particular wants to hang him by his eye socket...

#8 - Senator Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari (born 1948)

President of the Senate of Kahanistan. Usually advocates military or other hostile actions against human rights violators. Is one of the main reasons Kahanistan is accused of imperialism.

#9 - Captain Alexandra M. Federova (born 1964)

Captain of the battleship RKS Popov. She strongly believes in the rights of the people to know what their governments are up to. She risked her career on numerous occasions to reveal classified information about torture centers and UFO's. She understands the need for secrecy in wartime, but believes that Kahanistan cannot claim to be a defender of humanity if it lies excessively to its own people. The torture centers were shut down.

#10 - Vice President Abd al-Karim bin Hassan (born 1923)

Vice President of Kahanistan. Rarely appears in public. Very little is known of him, but that he is shifty. He may be plotting against the President... then again he may not be. Records say he was born in 1923 in a rural desert village, but other than that his past is a mystery.

Don't really have any "evil" (or ones that can be considered "evil") ones yet.

1. Tugam Serilei (Born in 1937);
Leader of Madnestian Libertanian Party. Known terrorist, was accused and judged of fascism and treason. He was chased for years, but apparently managed to escape during the Operation Pure Nation in 2005, in which his family, followers and organization were destroyed.

2. Tidiray Serilei (1979);
Fourth son of Tugam Serilei, leader of the terrorist wing of the fascist group of his father. Murdered 7 members of Madnestian SEJEM-security forces, and is held responsible for dozens of deaths caused by his subordinates. Was captured, tortured and executed in 2005.

3. Amay Temten (1980);
Terrorist who led the attack against the Beloved Father of The Nation, Warchief Tamujid. She managed to fire three bullets towards the Warchief, but these could not wound the leader - his person is above such means of violence. Was then captured, tortured and given to the crowd which then lynched her.

4. Keljukoo Kojootti (Unknown);
Leader of small terrorist group formed by members of Modokovian minority living in Madnestan. Caused havoc and disorder in the Southern parts of the nation and attempted to provocate a war between Madnestan and Modokov. Held responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths during the 11. (1969-73), 12 ('78-'79)., 13. ('86). and 14.('90-91) Intifada, both of soldiers and civilians. Was killed via napalm strike against his camp in 1991.

5. Subaya Omtigan (1466);
Serial killer, murderer and sodomiser, leader of the Brotherhood of Blood, a bloodthirsty and discusting cult. A member of the Vampire minority (now extinct) living in the Sorrow Mountains. Held responsible for countless thousands of deaths of innocent people during the centuries his race and cult "lived". Was finally captured, tortured and destroyed in 1997 along with the rest of his followers.

The Galactic Empire of Mationbuds's most infamous people are

1)Dictator Mations (Dead)(Infamous to all)
Mationland Era : Dictator Mations was a opressive leader who often quarelled with his Ministers and other nations , tarnishing the image of Mationland . War was later declared and majority of the population fled under a Sith Lord named Darth Matter who later slained Dictator Mations and established the Galactic Empire of Mationbuds under him as the Dictator and Supreme Emperor .

2)Rebel General Samuel Warton (Alive)(Infamous to Imperial Government and Imperial Loyalists - Majority of Pop)
Samuel was just a odinary citizen who later turned furious against the Government because they imposed a new policy that granted the Dictator Darth Matter ultimate power . He went to several of his friends who were Ship Captains or Regimental Commanders and together they started the Democratic Revolution Front (DRF) to fight and kill the Government and replace the Empire with a Democratic Republic .

Currently there are talks going on with the Imperial Government and the Rebels with the Nova Bazloonians as the mediators . However both parties think that the talks will eventually break down and a fierce civil war breaking out .

The DRF is also appealing for donation of manpower , weaponary and ships as well as support in the form of financial , military and a home base to continue their fight against the Imperial Government .

Probably the most evil person in the nation of Uncle Noel is....er.....well...probably Uncle Noel himself.

The rest of the leaders of my country have ranged from incompetent to 'fairly good sometimes'.

1. King Gritsnak- After failing to be named as an heir by Goredash, Gritsnak took the life of the Orc Gozfar thus starting the Toophian civil war which eventually led to the creation of Toopoxia.

2. Akre Sharashka\Lucian Brave- The Assassin (part time CEO) has racked up a kill list currently in it's hundreds, he does not joke about when it comes to killing where as other Assassins will attempt to follow "honour"

3. David Du'Font- Former President of the nation North Volitaia, after a mass famine which crippled the nation a Coup or major rebellion seemed certain, Du'Font initiated a Coup which he could control and moved in the Toopoxican Organisation, a greed fuelled group which he himself led.

While the Sskiss possess no real concept of good or evil - or at the very least as humans and similar races view good and evil. The Sskiss, however, do have one individual of note which may qualify as "Evil" to other races.

Slhorr' Raa' Praak: A huge "Tyrant/Ruler" caste "Tyrannosaur form" Sskiss who lead the Sskiss ground forces during the battles of Cadia and Segmenta Prime during the Matallinauts civil war between 2341 - 2344 AD. Hired by the Metallinauts rebel forces, the Sskiss ground forces commanded by Slhoor' Raa' Praak indiscriminately slaughtered over 500,000 metallinaut civilians as a "pragmatic" means of increasing their food supply (Sskiss are known to eat other sentients and also consume carrion) during the several battles that raged during the war on both planets. This practice made the Sskiss extremley difficult, if not impossible to starve out and equally made them hated - especially by the Torontonian forces who also fought against the Sskiss knowing their terrors first hand.

Hmm. There were a few noteworthy people.

Emperor Hamdo: Early in our nation's history, Emperor Hamdo kidnapped and enslaved the young President Tenchi Masaki. With the aid of allies and friends, Tenchi escaped his clutches and subsequently defeated the evil man in a lightsaber duel.

Gatou: Terrorist leader. He managed to hijack the nation's nuclear capability and launched them in a battle. Though he was defeated, he managed to destroy Core City.

Alexander Masaki: Son of Tenchi, He turned to the Dark Side after ten years' rule and disappeared from view, leaving a young Andrew Masaki to fend for himself. Later resurfaced to try and turn Daniel Masaki to the Dark, but failed. He was redeemed by the power of love and family and now rules with a kinder hand as Patriarch, although he still meets people distrustful of him.
