By order of Warmistress Cas'rai Gon'dor'ri, ruler of the Cassiopeian Republic, The Tiyi'Coon was to be Destroyed At Once and theTiyi'Coon was almost destroyed.
But they were in fact hideing, and the leaders, known as the Group of Ten, was Planning to start a Civil War, in Hopes of helpping their Masters, the Harukabi, in to Destroying The Republic.
