Actually, scratch that, you can have Minnesota, plus Iowa, Wisconsin, S. Dakota, and N. Dakota (my U.S. territories) if you'd like.

Sorry, but I wanted to start over completely from scratch. Hence, all my African claims, etc. are gone.

Then again, the vast majority of Western Europe (all except Greece and Italy) remain unclaimed...

Do we need to make a history of how we obtained our claims? I can understand your claims and even The Macabees, but when Austria, Switzerland, Holland, and Belgium all join up. You know the history must be complex.
