The twelve Kraz-255B trucks rolled on into the centre of Luanda. Ahead the city was smoking from riots which had followed the withdrawal of Tyrandian troops. At the centre of the city, 16 Neuvo Rican Stormtroopers filed out of each one. As the 1st Angolan army front moved in behind the elites to restore order, the Neuvo Rican press office released the following statement:

Neuvo Rican troops today spearheaded the annexation of Luanda. This region is now under the administration of the Neuvo Rican empire, and will abide by the rules of the Neuvo Rican empire. The khan also warned of further expansion to come.
