As the homeland was once more becoming overpopulated an Imperial decree has been passed for a massive movement of citizens to the Central America and northern South America. The first wave was a million citizens being sent to settle and began the building of pure Scandinvan settlements each was given a million Darvians (Each One equals $1.58) to buy land and to build a large house.

After the settlements had been build the Imperial army moved into the countries where the settlements had been built. As well the army overwhelmed the local governments and militaries then began to subdue all the locals into they had become serfs to the Scandincvans citizens that only numbered a million. Then the main wave of another four million citizens arrived and began to build cities. All the citizens were then granted a fiefs of 2100 acres with four thousand serfs on each. These fiefs supported the luxurious lifestyles the citizens had grown used to.

As well we need this territory to supply our citizens with food and to open a new market for our econimes. In turn we will not withdraw just due to your demands.”

due to the relative closeness of the nations to ours we find it in the interests of national security to formally stop all trade with your nation and to ban any of your citizens and craft from entering our territory

Offical Statement from the Semirhagian Senate

The Democratic Republic of Semirhage, the glorious light of Republic in the world would like to announce that the Imperialist actions by The Scandinvans is appalling and very disturbing. Turning millions of people into slaves just so your people can have "breathing room" is sickening, and reminiscent of Nazi Germany.

But the Republic will not take military action, mainly because we have own affairs to deal with, nor will we cut off trade between our nations. The Republic however will criticize what it obviously backwards filthy Imperial Ambition.
