Bomb
Cost: $600 million
Tactical Missile
Cost: $800 million

Chemical
Bleeding Bomb
This bomb is made specifically to cause internal bleeding in major organs. This includes the heart, lungs, gums, liver, the reproductive system, and the largest of arteries. This weapon explodes less-than-leathely, set anyone near the explosion of it will be severly injured. Particles released from the explosion are a contagious virus that enter through the nose, mouth, ears, or open wounds. The virus then enters the major body parts that were specified. The virus is disguised as red blood cells so they cannot be destroyed by white blood cells. Within twenty-four hours, the "red blood cells" trigger a contamination on red blood cells and the organs by "exploding" them. Thus, causing internal bleeding. One remarkable aspect is, the virus cannot be treated within the internal bleeding process due to mass blood loss. The infected hosts die within one hour of the bleeding. The virus infection is contagious because of rapid movement through air to hosts, and it can spread if the host sneezes or coughs around people, or becomes sexually intimate with a partner, a.k.a kissing and sexual intercourse (the virus infects the reproductive system). The particles (of the virus) where off, in the air, within sixty-eight hours.

Cost: $700 million

Swilatia
18-12-2005, 02:43
We thought that we could withstand terrorism, but we have had our Embassies attacked, and need better border defenses. Just tell us how to get one, because we need to secure the borders of Swilatia before terrorists penatrate the borders again, and do anther attack. We have one request though: No barbed wire. The reason is that barbed wire has recently become illegal in Swilatia because it is an eyesore, and does not stop people from breking through fences, as often a person trying to break the fence would damage the fence, and go through it, not climb over the fence.
The Helghan Empire
01-01-2006, 20:46
Yes, we are aware of this. We will build you a border checkpoint with our own construction workers. We will transport the supplies and workers with a few of our soldiers to secure the construction. Though, because Helghan is in war right now, we will need most of your police or military force to secure it, and maybe any of your own Swilatian workers to help with the contruction. The construction will be finished, estimated, in four weeks, if we could get some of your own workers, on one checkpoint. If it's not possible, the maximum estimation will be eight weeks. No barbed wire? Okay. We will deduct $1 million. Because of the deduction in price, this will cost you $22 million. Just remember, one checkpoint package spans 35 miles. So it's not going to span across your entire country.
Supplies and workers will be dispatched when our terms are clear and you say the word.
