We would agree to a NAP between our nations, as we too believe it would be beneficial, however we wish you to return Galicia and Lodomeria (OOC: Eastern Hungary) to us. We will allow passage through our nation for both you and the Ottomans, but will not take sides, if you agree.

We would be placated with a sum of money, but our price is high. Please reply with what you are proposing to offer, and we will reply. As for a railway, we think it would be beneficial, but we would wish to increase it to a Berlin-Vienna-Budapest Railway. We would pay the construction and upkeep cost for the parts in our lands, and you for yours. We expect a prompt and formal reply.
