ooc: first off hey palixia, second did you already own those islands and thrird over my dead body you will get malta...we already have to deal with imperialistic germany and now you too! also this is starting in 1945

IC: King Juan Carlos I has expressed his horror upon hearing that the British intend to take Malta. He hopes that the collective European nations will not allow that and that the British Empire can be swayed from their imperialistic ways.

OOC: I didn't own all of the islands... my research was a little flawed so I just put down all of those Islands... and also Malta eventually did belong to England.... And sorry about the 1945-1905... on the Sign up page I thought I read 1905... And who owns Malta right now.... I appologize on behalf of His Majesty George VI, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, Ireland, and of the British dominions beyond the seas, King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India.

Malta is either independent or Spanish or Italian.

Malta has been a part of the British Empire for over a century by this date.

It was formerly held by the Knights of St. John, then taken over by Napoleon, then captured by the British, during the last few years of the 18th century
