The newly formed nation of Manya is in need of weaponary and veihcles. Due to the nation developing but still being very small we need to keep ourelves from attack and although we have a small but specialised and dedicated armed forces, we still need a supplier of arms. In return, we ask that you do not fall into the ranks of Kraven Corporation or her allies, namely Axis Nova. In return for your pledge, we will supply your military and police with the above stated weapons until your population reaches 10 million people. We'll send you a small complement of 50 F-35 Joint Strike Fighters and 10 B-1Rockwells to start off your airforce. Once you've used those, I recomend Leafanistan's storefront, he generally has good deals for starting nations.

Then what's the point in sending it? I've been around for a month and haven't even begun to acquire nuclear weapons. In fact, I just developed my first original weapon which will be showcased to nations I have lots of contact with. (DMG you're invited, it's "Project: Alpha") Besides with such a small population...there's not much they can support.
