The Helghan Empire

It was 3:23 PM. It rained lightly, as always, on that afternoon. Scolar Visari - Supreme Leader of The Helghan Empire - had recently arrived back to Helghan after an embassy meeting with a friend. He was scheduled to meet his General Lente - Supreme Leader of The Helghan Army - for a weapons testing in the open landscape far from the nation, yet inside the region of the planet, but he was notified of a capture of a criminal.
His name is Recal Gremes, a notorious murder of three and a rapist of 12 female Helghasts. Murder and rape are serious crimes in the empire. Murder of Helghasts means the betrayal of Helghan and Helghasts. Rape defiles the purity of Helghast infants that shall be born.
He was sentenced to death under General Lente's command while Visari is absent. He was to be shot by military personnal. This would mark the first execution in The Helghan Empire, making it infamous.
Rallies of Helghast civilians and soldiers - being vigilante - gathered outside the capitol city to watch the execution. Lente and Visari gathered there.
The criminal was bound with steel cuffs, clothed in rags, and barefooted. He marched to the execution block, accompanied by two Helghast soldiers.
He was then tied to a post, where then three Helghast soldiers - wielding StA-52 LARs - marched from the crowd. Orders were being shouted, and everyone was silent.
The soldiers were ordered to aim and ready their weapons. Then, the fire command was executed. And then, they shot short burts of ammunition at the prisoner. He was dead shortly.
Visari and Lente did not say a word. The body was taken and stuffed in a large cloth bag. His body was to be burned shortly. Visari would also have the Helghast children, born from rape, to be killed once born.
