Formal request to Prime Minister of Italy Silivio Berlusconi:
Edmund Cardinal Szoka: Governor of Vatican City requests the Italian Government to allow Vatican City land. We request the land from Civitavecchia to Latina along the coast. We request to rule this land as our own and have it obey our laws. We request this land so we may grow and prosper as a country. We will be more or less like San Marino.
OOC: Nobody's Italy and I hope this goes through because it would suck to RP such a mini country

The Holy city of the Vatican wishes to only expand and not shed blood. We wish to grow and prosper as a country not be destroyed. We will agree to all terms. We will be a full-fledged ally and will work on any other terms. Remember no blood has to be shed and your people know it.

Looks like the Vatican wishes to rebuild it's Papal State Empire, I recomend to the Italian Government to destroy the Vatican completly and to kill the religion of Catholism as it is the eternal enemy of free thought and the glory of Republic.
Give the Vatican an inch, they'll recreate Feudal Europe.
