Sigma Octavus

I bring it to the eyes of the international community that having never signed the Geneva convention, the great nation of Sigma Octavus has no reason or obligation to follow it. I know fully well of the backlash that will most likely occur from this announcement, but I have realized just how many nations in this world of our never actually signed the Geneva convention, and how many of those nations follow it to the letter.
In no way does this mean that we will be as barbaric as possible in conflict, it is simply stating that if the need be, we will use almost any means to reach our end in battle. Attacking civilian targets, POW mistreatment, the use of banned weapons, all can and will be used at the drop of a hat.
Hopefully this wil serve as a deterent from conflict, possible aggressor's knowing of the lengths we will go to to defeat them, and provide peace and prosperity in my beloved nations future.
Already, several weapons are being developed that are in "violation" of the Geneva convention, which will soon be released and sold to the world.
Also, should any nations declare embargos upon my nation for this declaration, I would like to point out that it will have such a miniscule effect that it will be almost completely unnoticed.
