Although the forces of the Republic still controlled the city of Neo-Carthage, and the majority of the Empires armies were there, this was an opportunity that the Empire couldn't refuse. Algeria, which had been granted to Carthage legally long ago but had been lost since the deal hadn't been legally recognized, was under the control of a weak and pitiful nation. Although they controlled the North, Southern Algeria had been out of their reach for so long, and millions had died in the brief-but-bloody war against Yelm for the territroy.. Now, the armies of Carthage would claim Algeria

Then he tells me to claim land that belongs to TLS. I have the feeling Krey just wants me to get blown out of EII. And Kreynoria, just because you tell me to nuke Cotlandstad in RL, it doesn't mean you didn't tell me. Keep it if you want and I won't invade. Besides, I've already got unwanted hostalities. Peace?

The Empire of Carthage has been around for quite a long time, and it was "The Empire of Carthage" when I joined EII. I was just using the term "The Empire" because I was referring to the faction "The Empire".
