Fellow Members of the G.F.F.A and Members of the Inter-Galactic community I am Rei Zephon and i was humbled by your choice to make me Praetor of the G.F.F.A. I will work hard to get this allience fully running and to insure its growth. My First act is to creat a treasury for the G.F.F.A and ask for donations. Neo Zeta has already decided to pay a annual ammount to the G.F.F.A and i would ask all nations do so. Tho this is not manditory.
My Secound act is to creat a special operations core made up of elite teams from all nations. Section 9 from Neo Zeta has already expressed intrest in this and i would hope other groups will too. From Ninja and Spys to Jedi all would be most welcome and wanted to join. I will also appoint a Special Operations Czar to oversee their operations who will report to me and the Traid Council.
I will begian to look at members to appoint to postions such as First Conntact Director and Head of the Military. Other such postions will be addressed as well. Judges will be appointed in due time as well.
I will be addressing the current threat possed by Chronosia later on and would hope to avoid war with them if at all possible. But know i stand ready to take whatever measures are needed to insure the safty of our members.
