In light of the never ending road to chaos and instability that the world is heading for in our time, The New Order Republic of Torontia will now state to the international community that it shall start work on the development of giving the Torontian Armed Forces nuclear capabilities.
Torontia has been more than considerate to the international community in their concerns about the proliferation of nuclear weapons and our nation has gone through MANY decades without developing nuclear weapons.
Torontia makes NO secret of it's very large stockpiles of chemical warheads and it's long range missiles. In this tradition of honesty and openess, Torontia will now become a nuclear power very soon.
Nuclear reactors are already being built and Torontia already has the means to deliver nuclear weapons in a combat situation. It is now only a question of getting the nuclear warheads themselves.
Torontia has enough wealth to buy, maintain and use a large stockpile of nuclear weapons.
Therefore Torontia will start building our first nuclear warhead and at the same time our nation is looking for other nations who are willing to sell Torontia nuclear weapons and help us in the build up of a nation's security and continued stability.
Torontia will be more than happy to pay at ABOVE market prices for these weapons and will hope that any nation that sells these weapons to Torontia will develope their trade with us further and thus open the chance for an allince to be built between Torontia and other nations.
