The Tocrowkian Government is selling the 300,000 remaining rebels that ignited the great Pharamas riot. We are keeping the Ringleaders to torture and kill them eventually for their crimes, but we will sell the rabble for a mere one US Dollar per head (And this includes the rebels families, which will also be punished). If all Rebels are not sold by Monday, they will be exterminated to.

Ankhmet will purchase them all for $1.50 per head. Money will be wired upon confirmation.

The unspeakably outraged Government of Kahanistan will accept all of the refugees for one thousand dollars each. We will grant them asylum and we cannot let our enemies, who would use them as slaves, obtain them for such a nefarious purpose.

The intention of the Holy Empire of Saint Fedski is to liberate these people from their lives in Tocrowkia. As they will certain certain qualities and expertise that is needed in the Holy Empire of Saint Fedski, these people will be granted full citizenship and will be integrated into society just like everyone else.

You may come to Tocrowkia to rescue our rebels, but you will only stay to die.

The Holy Ecclesiarchy of Xirnium sympathises with your view. We feel yours are a people of honour, a people who hold ideals such as justice and decency above other merely material matters.

The Ecclesiarchy can understand such a position. As we speak Holy Xirnium is fighting and dying bitterly against the foul Kraven beast, a nation beneath even the basest contempt and one that awaits the icy hot fires of damnation in the next life as well as divine retribution in this.

However, you must be practical. You stand no chance to win against this other foe, Tocrowkia. Here you shall be alone and outnumbered. On the other hand, if you join Holy Xirnium in its just Crusade against the heretical Kraven filth you shall be amongst powerful allies and friends. Nations such as Kahanistan and the Infinite Empire. Nations such as my own, which will fight to their last drop of blood to protect their noble allies. What is more, you shall be fighting a far more reprehensible regime. One that considers its own civilians as little more then expendable resources to be used in its death mines until they expire. One that has invaded sovereign nations in order to appropriate more slaves for its blasphemous industry. One that is even now exterminating its dissidents in death camps. We greatly appreciate the generosity of the Tocrowkian government, and will wire the money for the prisoners directly to you. Although I am aware of your capability to deal with the pathetic nation of Naos Cole, if they attempt hostile action against your nation, I will assist in any way necessary.
