Hyst Department of Naval Aquisitions Foreign memo:
With the sucessiful foreign deployments aboad and domestically of hyst's naval forces, many gaps have arrisen. With a recent domestic scare involving the attempted importation of banned biological agents. The hyst navy has come in need of line of fast responce vessels. In the reviews of past naval improvements, one sucessiful idea fell through the cracks, the implamintation of hydorfoil technology on full size naval vessels (such as the USS PEGASUS and the PHM line). The implamantation of said technology on 3 classes of vessels are integral to security of Hyst domestically and abroad.
4 contracts avaible:
±30m hydrofoil fast patrol class vessel capable of 100-130+ knots–
150 billion contract offered
±150m hydrofoil gunboat/destroyer class vessel capable of 80-90+ knots
400 billion contract offered
±300m hydrofoil battleship class vessel capable of 65-80+ knows
950 billion contract offered
500+m hydrofoil superdreadnaught hunter/killer or 750+ superdreadnaught capable of 55+knots
3.5 trillion contract offered
The contracts will be awarded based upon utilitarian uesability, viability of the overall design, and the max top speed (more so important for the 2 smaller vessels)
