Okay the idea is we pick a nation that's around today and we RP them from this point now until whenever. We RP wars relations and everything. Whether a seperate forum or this one will be used is unknown.


RULES

2.) Not all countries need to be chosen
3.) ABSOTIVLY POSILUTELY NO GODMODDING!!!!!!!
4.) Must be consistent and make sense. No nonsense wars or grudges held from NS

sounds good (if not slightly inspired by E20?) I wouldn't mind RPing as Israel, and i would suggest that you stay onsite as offsites tend to have a very short life-span, you're also missing a few nations, from the top of my head i've noticed the lack of Pitcairn Island and Sealand, though they are both small and easily ignored.

You should put in a slightly better claiming system. For example, maybe make the US, Russia, China, India, the Vatican and a few other major military, diplomatic, technological or otherwise strong powers take up all of one's nation allowance

no you've got it all wrong, you wanna RP with Sealand (pop:5) Pitcairn Island (pop:41) and the Vatican City (pop:921) thus creating joy for the whole world to see.

Naswereing a couple questions here now first you must RP as the country would act in real life and I have three countries each because many people don't join these. As you can see Vatican City is influential and blah blah but it's completely religious.
Vatican City + Military Coupe = Quick Death.
Vatican City + More Religion = Still Kinda Gay
Vatican City - Pope = ???

Vatican City has virtually no power. USA is the most owerful but if it fough canada or mexico it would be dead. They would invade and our major cities would be battlefields and be destroyed and economy dies even after war. Not good. Nukes and Warheads are frowned upon by UN and could spawn massive world war. USA is tied up in Iraq for another year or two untill conditions finally stabalize properly.

USA + Crazy Iraqi Bobmings = Military Slowly Picked Apart = No real MANPOWER
USA + Nukes + Iraq = Giant Hole in Middle East

USA has too much pressure from rest of world and must rely on bombs in war which isn't too good. We have bombs and better weapons that's it. USA can't go bombing people because people get mad. Not good. USA is a fragile superpower.

Bangladesh is poor.

So I have no real leverage as everyone (except giant China and their freaking Rabbit reproductive system) will be on an equal level. and if anyone has questions please ask and comments please provide them. And please give me a reason why not to have each person with three countries.

Also I had this idea several times way back before E20 but never worked

Yes, see most people pay no mind to my threads and there are alot of countries. So 3 per person. And you can't just say this "O Iraq now likes the USA stop shooting" or this "Ummm Poland and China and france are now allies so we will take over" no you have to be realistic as well

This place has a shitty bias to new people. Yes you are not a n00b or newb but a lot of times people under a year don't get any recognition. It took me quite a while to get noticed and even at that I'm not that noticed around this place except maybe when people rant about E2 and whine that I am mean and a dictator (losers). But yeah. Just keep at it. I think this idea. I usually hate the 50 bajillion Earths that pop up every 3 months and die 2 weeks later but this isn't a bad idea.

Wow, Western Europe is going quick - only Italy, Portugal, Belgium and Switzerland are left out of 'major' countries. On the other hand, a large amount of mainland Asia is still up for grabs, and ALL of South America, Africa and OCeania are claim-free at the moment :D

On a more important note, we probably can start soon. Just let people still sign up after the 'cut-off'. I can set up the News and Claims threads tomorrow - I already have the stuff for Claims. Just a note how they'll work:

The News Thread will contain all the links to other news threads and all declaration of international (and some national) issues
The Claims Thread will act as a secondary sign-up thread and contain all current countries controlled by each player (and map)
Both will contain links to each other and this thread


Remember, when we start all current alliances (and wars if Zactarn wishes) will be in place (think NATO), but you CAN break off of them - remember that
