Terms of Hansard:


In accordance with the Constitution Act the publication and distribution of an un-edited edition of the Senate Hansard may not be restricted
In accordance with the Consitution Act the Hansard of all bussiness of the Senate of Rotovia must be published by the Press House of Athens.
In accordance with The Consitution of Rotovia & Her Suborndinate Lands, the Hansard lists time's in Athenian Standard Time and the date from the Foundation of Athens (FC)
Let it be disclosed the Senate of Rotovia assemble for four days and rests for ten, in times of peace.*
In accordance with the Hansard Distribution Act all are informed this is an authorised repoduction of the original Hansard, as edited by the independent Press Society of Rotovia and bearing the Seal of State, certifying it's validity

Appendix:

*Under a state of war the Senate of Rotovia will not convene. Instead the Council of Seven -formed of the confirmed Cabnet- shall meet, with limit authority for the term of hostilities only. The Senate shall only meet during a state of war if a letter signed by fourteen sitting Senators is presented to the Speaker of the House. A state of war may not last more than twenty-four days without reveiw by the Senate of Rotovia
