Do you design original hardware for your NS nation?

Do you make lineart for it?

Do you want to get advice and comments on both from some of II's pre-eminent linearters and designers, including Hogsweat, Soviet Bloc and Sarzonia?

Then visit LineartInc (http://s13.invisionfree.com/LineartInc/index.php?act=idx). We have a wide range of friendly members who can help you make better military tech and better lineart. We also have an off-topic section for general chat, be it NS or RL. We're an informal forum with no strict rules or harsh moderation, and everyone is welcome, whether you do lineart or not.

LineartInc - You know it makes sense.

Sooo... Is there any place for FT in here as well? I can do some MT and PMT stuff if that's all that's allowed, but if FT designs and art are allowed, I'm definitely in.

FT in most cases goes under the "Misc" Thread

Is this just for lineart, or is 3D admissible as well? I dabble with Maya PLE.

Just out of curiousity, anything against DOGA?

And I make things like this:

Yes read the onsite rules for an explination.
Nice stuff by the way.

Generally we dont like DOGA but that doesnt look like the standard DOGA fare so it may be ok.

BTW, you may want to edit that so you can kinda actually see the image behind all the copyrighting.

yeah, try taking a screenshot of it when its' in the program, or something. For future ref i'll post the rules abbout DOGA here:

"9.) Note by Mekugi
We [the administrative staff] dont feel that by using comercially pre-constructed Doga pieces fully constitutes orignal work, and is therefore not usually alowed (with few exceptions) for the same reason modification (coloring, rearrangement, etc) of existing Lineart is not considered acceptable unless full credit is given to the source.

Obfuscating the source, or Denying the origin is subject to an immediate official Warning, with Pending Deletion/Permaban upon a second offense.

Admiting it after the fact and taking it down (in short not saying 'its not exactly it' or 'I actually drew it regardless how exactly precisely the same it is' or some such...) will usually get you a 'knock it off' or a first strike.

Provideing Original work is very much so something we take seriously."
