We have a defense budget of over three trillion dollars to work with. We hope to spend less than one trillion, but we are open to negotiations on this matter.

Kahanistan has a military of eight million, of which 400,000 are in the Navy, 1.6 million are in the Imperial Marines, and the balance are in the Republic Guard, which consists of land and air units.

We seek out a contract to provide us with the following weapons:

50,000 LOSAT (Line of Sight Anti-Tank) missile launchers

3,000 Patriot missile launchers

Helicopters:

1,000 Comanches
1,000 Black Hawks
300 Seahawks

Artillery:

2,000 Paladin Self-Propelled Howitzers

Tanks:

3,000 Challenger II MBT's
1,000 Merkava III tanks
1,000 Abrams tanks

Ships:

20 Nimitz-class aircraft carriers
60 Iowa-class battleships

Aircraft:

3,000 MiG-31's
4,000 MiG-29's
300 C-130 Herculeses
300 B-52 Stratofortresses

The exact numbers of this equipment is open to negotiation over the price and the fact that we have a limited, albeit very large, military budget. We will probably settle for significant reductions in many areas. And we will not wait years for the shipments.

The Government of Kahanistan wishes to allay any fears that we plan to use these weapons to threaten our neighbors or our own people. We plan to use these weapons as deterrents against capitalist aggression.

The Government of Kahanistan will wire the total of 11.4 billion dollars to your nation. We will expect shipment of the weapons within five NS days, even if it costs extra to rush-order them.

It will take a couple NS hours to load the weapons onto the 12 C-5 Galaxy and 10 C-141 Starlifter cargo planes. They will be escorted by the 1st and 2nd Operational Fighter Wings of the North St. Clair Air Force and refueled by 4 KC-135 Stratotankers.
