Greetings,
We are very interested in this excellent concept. We are looking to expand our navy for when our budget is large enough to support it on active duty, so we will therefore purchase both Jiangwei Type II frigates. The $42980000 has been wired to your account. We thank you for your co-operation

We thank you for buying this surplus equipment. The Jiangwei frigates are an excellent choice of multirole combat ships for a starting navy.

We must however remind you that they have seen active combat duty and will not be in perfect condition.
repairs may have to be made before they are at 100% effeciency again.

Once again many thanks for buying the ships, they will be ready for your crews to take away at the Bu' Jan naval yards in Ato-Sara.

Admiral Jia Long,
FASAN Commander in Chief

(OOC: Would you like the statistics of the ships?)

OOC: Please can I have the stats?
Oh, and by the way, how are your ships so cheap? The only ships I bought (from Kriegzimmer) cost me a bundle
IC:
Greetings,
We are very happy with our purchase. After the ships are properly repaired and brought up to scratch, we feel they will become an extremely useful tool in our navy

OOC: How many tanks in a unit?
OOC: I guess that a unit means one tank. You'll have to get confirmation though

OOC: Yes there is only one tank to a unit. An here are the stats

Name: JiangWei Type II destroyer
Propulsion: 4 diesels
Length: 377.3 feet / 115 meters
Beam: 46 feet / 14 meters
Draft: 13 feet / 4 meters
Displacement: 2,250 tons full load
Range: 4,000 miles
Speed: 28 knots
Crew: 170-180
Armament:
1 8-cell HQ-7 SAM
1 Dual 100mm cannon
4 Dual 37 mm Radar guided AA guns
2 Type 87 ASW rocket launcher
2 4-cell Sun Jian SSM
1 RAM

And here is a pic http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v671/lazyjim/jiangwei-III.png

My ships are so cheap for two reasons, 1. because they are damaged and 2. because they are not very good at projecting power like most NS designs. The Jiangwei is good for starting nations who want to protect their coasts but not for fighting wars near distant shores.
